10:55PM...
Carter is in the middle of writing another book. He didn't want anyone to disturb him so he put his phone on silent mode since the first hour. He had managed to write 4 chapters.
That's a wrap for tonight. Carter thought to himself. He puts his pencil down and start tidying his work table. After he finished putting all his books, papers, and pencils in its place, he grabs his phone to check his messages. Cameron had send him a message 2 hours ago.
"Hey, dude! You cool for tennis tomorrow at 10 AM? Alyson and Gina will also be there." - Cameron.
"Sure! Meet you guys at our usual spot tomorrow! Goodnight." - Carter.
1 AM...
George had just drop Tiffany back to her place. They had finished their karaoke party, and everyone is at a state where they thought the floor is a wall. Leonard even had to call his driver to drive him home, since both he and Peggy couldn't even walk (and it's a miracle that the two live not far from each other). Tiffany walks upstairs slowly in messed up steps. Her head is spinning and all she want right now is to lie down and sleep on her comfy bed. She finally reach her room and opens the door, throwing herself to bed without even bothering to change into her pajamas.
"You smell like alcohol," says Scott. "What did Martinez did to you?"
"Shut up before I slap you in the face," says Tiffany in a tired tone.
Sunday, 7:45AM...
Catherine is having breakfast alone, since her mom and step-father haven't woke up yet. The two went out together to watch a midnight movie, while Catherine chose to stay at home and slept early. Catherine made herself a bowl of fresh salad, complete with cherry tomatos and quinoa. She also made a glass carrot juice. If there is one thing about Catherine, she loves fruits and vegetables as much as she loves good weather everyday.
As Catherine eats her salad, she hears footsteps walking to the dining room. It was her step-father, Arnold. His brunette hair is messed up and he looks like he's trying to grow a thin bear.
"Morning, Catherine," says Arnold as he walks pass the dining table to enter the kitchen.
"Oh, morning, Arnold," says Catherine in a polite manner.
"You want a cup of coffee?" Arnold ask from the kitchen.
"No thanks," says Catherine before she takes another sip of her carrot juice. Arnold walks back to the dining table with a cup of coffee. He puts the hot cup of coffee on table and pulls out a chair to take a seat, right in front of Catherine. This gives Catherine an awkward vibe, since she hasn't communicate much with her step-father. Catherine prefers to stay alone in her room, or with her friends of course. 10 minutes later, Catherine finish her breakfast and takes the empty bowl and glass to the sink. After washing her dirty dishes, she wash her hands and heads back to her room.
At Catherine's room...
Catherine removes her glasses and starts to study herself in the mirror.
"Time to get ready!" Catherine says to herself.
Meanwhile, at Arianna's house...
Arianna is helping her abuela bake cookies, since her abuela owns a small bakery not far from their house, Chocolatte Bakery.
"Chica (girl)! Can you please get me some sugar and flour from the grocery store? Ah we ran out of them," says her abuela as she continues to stir the bowl of mixed up ingridients for the cookies.
"Si, abuela (yes, grandma). I'll be back in 15 minutes," says Arianna before she grabs her hoodie and walks out the door. Arianna takes her bicycle and heads to the grocery store located near their home.
At the grocery store...
It didn't took long for Arianna to find the sugar and flour. She takes the two and gets in line to pay for her shopping. As she waits in line, she is surprised by a familiar voice.
"Hello, Arianna!"
Aria turns around to see that it's none other than Vincent. He's holding a basket filled with fruits. Aria thought that probably has plan to make fruit salad.
"Hey, Vincent! Fancy seeing you here. What's up?" Arianna ask.
"Oh just that my mom wanted to make fruit tarts for tonight's dessert. So she asked me to buy some fruits," says Vincrnt.
"Cool. I was helping mi abuela (my grandma) bake cookies when we ran out of sugar and flour. So, yeah, here I am," says Aria with a small laugh, in which Vincent lets out a small smile.
"BTW, where have you been this Saturday? Damn, you didn't have any updates on IG," says Aria with curiousity.
"Oh, I just spend my Saturday watching Science documentary on TV. I mean, it's pretty awesome," says Vincent.
"Hmm, science...that's cool. No woman though?" Arianna ask with a teaseful smile.
"Well...Scarlett visited me for a while. We only chat and ate some snacks though, nothing much," says Vincent with an awkward smile, leaving Ariana to be more curious.
9AM...
Sam is washing his car while listening to some J-Pop songs blast through his radio. His father is having a call with his younger brother in Hawaii, while his mother is washing the dishes. As he continues to wipe the top part of his car, his dad walks out with his phone in hand.
"Still cleaning, Son?" ask the man who looks like he's around his early 50s. Tatsuya Kashiwagi, Sam's dad and husband to Minami Watanabe.
"Yeah, Papa! Just a lil more," says Sam as he continues to wipe his windows.
Just as Sam continues to wipe his car window, his phone rings blasting out "Play" by Alan Walker.
"Ahh...sugoii (amazing). I thought you still love Ultraman songs," says his dad as he gives his son two thumbs up.
"Just a sec, Pa," says Sam before he picks up his phone. "Hey, Lex! What's up?"
"Hey, Dude! I was wondering if you would like to hang out at Cup-A-Cinno. Are you free?" Alexis ask before he takes a sip of his Arabica coffee.
"Cup-A-Cinno? Is that a new hangout spot?" Sam ask in curiousity.
"Yeah, Bro! They just opened and is now having a promo! All their drinks are 20% off," says Alexis.
"Ok, cool. I'll catch up after I'm done. You alone?" Sam ask.
"Nah..I'm with Tiff, Candy, and Vic," says Alexis. "We're trying some sweet desserts here."
"Oh ok, I'll catch up soon. Bye Bro," says Sam.
The Sandwhich Box, 12:16PM...
Carter, Alyson, Cameron, and Gina are having brunch together at The Sandwhich Box. Each of them ordered a different sandwhich. Carter ordered salmon, Alyson ordered chicken, Cameron ordered beef, and Gina and ordered tuna.
"What's up with us today? We're all having a sandwhich," says Gina before she takes a bite of her tuna sandwhich.
"Maybe because this is the closest restaurant from the tennis court?" Carter states.
"Of course, and they also have nice food," says Cameron before he drinks his glass of carrot juice.
"I'll say...come on, let's dig in," says Alyson.
"Gina already digged first," says Carter in a sarcastic tone, which made everyone laugh.
"Hey, I was hungry! Damn..sports always wore me out," says Gina with a cheeky smile.
Meanwhile, at Leo's house...
"Is there anything else you need?" ask a woman who is wearing her maid uniform.
"Just tell the chef to cook me a bowl of chicken noodle soup," says Leo before he takes a sip of his Jasmine tea. He is still having a bad hangover after last night's chaos. He definetly had too much alcohol in a night.
"Yes, Mr Leonard," says the maid before she walks away to leave the room and closing the door.
Leonard pulls his blanket up to him to get a good cover of his whole body. He didn't even remember how many shots he had last night, due to Liam's crazy idea of a drinking game.
*Knock knock*
"Come in," says Leo, not even bothering to ask who it was. He was sure it wasn't one of his maids though. The chef couldn't have made that chicken noodle soup too fast.
"Hey Leo," says a guy with brown hair, wearing a black t-shirt and black jeans. It was Scott. "You ok?"
"Fine, just some hangover," says Leonard.
"Hey, sorry I couldn't come for karaoke last night. My mom told me to do my homework since I've been slacking off these days," says Scott.
"Don't worry! Man, I think you sorta should be happy you didn't came. Liam made a dumb game about drinking," says Leo as he grabs his cup of Jasmine tea from the small table beside him.
"How's Tiffany though? Did she and George had fun?" Scott ask. Literally he knew that Tiffany is probably dating George at this state. He just couldn't believe, since he hated the guy for seducing his step-sister. Scott literally has a thing for Tiffany, and he's not gonna deny that.
"Yeah, George even showed his cringe Chinese skills to us," says Leonard.
Damn..if I get my hands on you Martinez, I'll cut your tongue and make sure you won't be able to say another cringe word. Scott thought.
Meanwhile...
Felicity Hat Store...
"Excuse me, but is this available in pink?"
Catherine gets up from her squat position since she just finished putting some hats in its place. She follows the familar voice to see that it was Lindsay.
"Sorry, Lindsay. But this one is only available in black and brown," says Catherine with a small smile.
"I see. I wanted pink though, to match these new outfit I just bought," says Lindsay as she holds to big shopping bags. "Do you have any recommendations, Dear?"
"We do have a pink in different. Let me go get it for you," says Catherine before she walks away to get the pink hat.
Lindsay smiles as she watch Catherine walks to get the hat. In the meantime, she decided to check her Instagram. She noticed Liana had uploaded a new story.
What's Liana up to? Lindsay thought as she clicked Liana's IG story. She widen her eyes at the picture appearing from Liana's story.
Liana uploaded a picture of her and Arthur at the cinemas last night. She had one of her arms around Arthur's shoulder, while Arthur puts one arm on her waist. The two looked happy, and at this state, anyone could be thinking that they're a couple. She wrote the hashtag #saturdaymovienight, and added a heart emoji in the picture.
Staring at the picture, Lindsay somehow felt annoyed at sight of her best friend going out with her ex. Sure, Lindsay stated to her girls that she doesn't have any problems with Arthur, but looking at Liana going out with him was something else. She somehow felt jealous.
"Here it is."
Lindsay immediately moves her vision to Catherine who is standing in front of her with a pink hat in hand.
"That's, pretty! But let me take a closer look," says Lindsay as she puts on her best smile. She didn't want Catherine to notice that she just pissed herself by looking at her own phone.
At Cup-A-Cinno...
"Woah, are they already official or something?" Alexis ask as he keeps his vision on his phone.
"What?" Tiffany ask, before she takes another bite of her chocolate cake.
"Liana and Arthur..they went to the movies together last night," says Alexis.
"Last night?" Candy ask in curiousity. No wonder Arthur didn't pick up her call last night. He was busy going out with another hot cheerleader.
"Yup. Liana posted it on her story 5 minutes ago," says Alexis, before taking another sip of his coffee.
"Well that's surely fast," says Victoria before she secretly glance at Sam.
Sam didn't give a comment about it though. He wanted to make it look like he's cool with it, even though, his face doesn't even show a person with a slight of happiness.
"I wonder how Lindsay's gonna react," says Tiffany.
"What do you mean?" Victoria ask, before she takes a bite of her strawberry cheese cake.
"Didn't you know? That girl is literally the fakest and most envious person I know. All she do is bad talk other people to make herself look good," says Tiffany while still trying to sound calm.
"Damn..she's over with Art though. They're not together anymore," says Alexis.
"That doesn't stop her from being a bad witch," says Tiffany.
"Oh really? Man, she always looks so sweet," says Victoria before she takes a sip of her avocado juice.
"Don't trust everything you see, Vic! Snakes attack you from behind, not in front," Tiffany states.
