MATTHEW was so annoyed because he didn't see Gabriel's car on the road. "What? He's so fast to drive? Oh yeah, his new car was amazing," he said and feeling grumpy while he drives and he doesn't now where to go."Damn! Now I'm hungry!" he just decided to eat at the first restaurant he passed.
When Gabriel saw a restaurant, he entered the car and parked it in front of it. He knows the restaurant; he has eaten here once; it's an Italian restaurant. After he parked as before, Rosy quickly got off. Gabriel wanted to move fast to open the door for her, but the woman was faster than him, so he shook his head and just smiled. If only another woman was with him, she would not move from where they were sitting. They waited for him to open the car door. 
Rosy was waiting for the boss to get out of his car. 
Gabriel quickly got out of his car because she was waiting for him. And it's hot, but he thinks she doesn't seem to mind the sunlight touching her skin. He took a big step when he got close to her. "Let's go; it's too hot here."
Rosy nodded to him. and walked to the restaurant. 
When they entered the restaurant, they were immediately greeted by the waiter. 
"Happy lunch time, sir, ma'am," he said. 
"For two people, please," Gabriel said here. 
"Follow me, sir, ma'am."
Gabriel nodded to the waiter. and followed him. 
When Rosy sat down at the table, the waiter reserved it for them. "Wow! It's beautiful here!" she couldn't stop herself from saying. 
"Yeah, the ambiance here was good, and it was so cozy too."
Rosy nodded because what he said was right. She picked up the menu in front of her. What is good to eat? "Creamy cheese pasta," she read.
"Try that, Rosy, it was so delicious," Gabriel suggested because he had already eaten the pasta and enjoyed the flavor.
"Alright, this is mine," she put down the menu.
"Sir, ma'am, ready to order too?" The waiter asked. 
"Yes, give us the creamy cheese pasta, and cheese-stuffed chili, pizza caprese, spicy shrimp pasta, and BBQ ribs."
Rosy looked at Gabriel because he had ordered a lot for him. She only ordered one. He has a big appetite.
"Anything else, sir?"
"Rosy, what kind of drink do you want?"
"Ah, mine is just coke, sir."
"Cola isn't good, Rosy. Give us two mixed fruit juices. That all."
"Sir, I will just repeated your order. Creamy cheese pasta, cheese-stuffed chili, pizza caprese, spicy shrimp pasta, and BBQ ribs, and two mixed fruit juice."
"Yes, " Gabriel respond.
The waiter immediately left. 
There was silence again between Rosy and Gabriel. Rosy won't ask or say anything to the boss because they just met and she knows it won't happen again. 
Gabriel looked at Rosy. He feels good while looking at her; he doesn't know how lighthearted he is for this woman. He never felt this kind of feeling for any woman he met. 
Rosy was suddenly taken aback because she knew that the person in front of her was looking at her, and she didn't want to look at him because she might be squinting. Her boss was still looking at her as if she wanted to say, "Sir, I might melt like ice cream if you keep looking me like that." My goodness, this is an old line, especially in Filipino dramas. 
"Can we talk now, while our food isn't served yet, Rosy?" Gabriel broke the silence between them. 
This is when Rosy looked at the person in front of her. "Of course, sir," she replied. 
"So, now I will answer what you asked me just now in the car."
Rosy nodded. She was ready to listen to it. 
"It's like this, Rosy; I saw your profile on Shofia's table because I pass by her office. I don't know why my eyes were fixed on your photo. Well, I can say you are beautiful. But that's not the reason; I don't know why. So, I took a picture to your profile. ThenI left because Shofia was not there," he explained. 
Rosy wondered why her profile was on the boss's desk in their department. Ah, maybe she will be transferred because she said this to her once. 
"So, I called Shofia, when I was in the office like I said before. I don't know why I feel so relieved about you, when I just saw your picture."
Well, Rosy's mind immediately flew away from what she heard. Does the boss like him? And did he love her at first sight to her when he saw her picture? Whoa Rosy Your hair is long. She needs confirmation, so she's going to tell him what's on her mind; after all, they're just facing each other like this only now. "Sir, I'm going to ask you something."
"Okay, tell me, Rosy."
"Sir, do you like me?" She spoke straight to the point. 
"Well, honestly, Rosy. I didn't know yet. It's just that I feel differently for you."
For Rosy, it's good. He's honest. Her boss is not her type either. Even so, he was handsome. Yeah, he's handsome and rich, but it means nothing to her. She thinks they have no chemistry. Suddenly, the man who owned the auto car they went in flashed in her mind. She frowned, wondering why that man had entered her mind when she thought he was stuck. 
"Why are you suddenly frowning, Rosy?" Something wrong?" because he noticed it. 
Rosy kept holding her forehead. and caressed it as if fixing it. "Nothing, sir, it's just that I'm hungry," was her alibi. 
Gabriel looked suddenly into the hallway. "Yeah, me too." I'm hungry. "Why did it take so long to bring our food?"
It was right; the waiter who assisted them in pushing the trolley filled with food was coming. "Oh, it's coming now, Rosy. "I wish it was our food."
Rosy also just wished that it was theirs so that they are finished quickly and she can get home. 
Matthew parked his car in front of the restaurant that he saw first. After he got off, he frowned when he looked carefully at the car next to him. He knew this was Mr. Magno's automobile because it was brand new. Suddenly, his demeanor improved, and his expression relaxed. To enter the restaurant, he took a large step. Even his feet sprung into life.
When Matthew was about to go inside, Suddenly, a woman calls his name from behind him.
"Matthew, is that you?"
Matthew stopped walking and looked to see who'd called his name. "Amanda?"
"I know it's you; even though I saw your back, you had a date here, my dear cousin."
Matthew shook his head."A date? I'm alone; how about you? Do you have a date here?"
"Yes, my friends. A woman," she corrected. "Join us; you said you're alone, right?"
"No thanks; you're with someone, aren't you?"
"Yes, but it's okay. I will introduce you to them. You know, maybe you will fall in love with one of them, right?"
Matthew shook his head at what his cousin said. But maybe he's already fallen in love with the woman who kissed him. If he was attracted to one of her friends, maybe his feelings for that woman who kissed him were false."Okay," he agreed after all; he didn't have anyone with him. But wait, did he admit to himself that he loved someone already? Matthew shook his head. "Let's go inside, Amanda."
"Sure, I already have a reservation here."
"That's good, let's go." He really wanted to go inside because his heart longed to see the woman he wanted to see. 
At that moment, Rosy and Gabriel were eating quietly. Rosy really focused her attention on food because she is not used to eating when someone is talking. She felt that she would not be full even if she had two plates. 
From time to time, Gabriel looked at Rosy. And then he smiled because she was so alive while eating. 
When Matthew entered the restaurant, His eyes were rolling. He looking immediately to see if Gabriel is here. He just followed his cousin, who was following the waiter who would accompany them to the reserved table for them. 
"Ma'am, sir, your table," said the waiter. 
"Thank you," replied Amanda. "Cous, let's sit down," she said to Matthew with busy eyes. 
Maybe Matthew didn't hear what his cousin said."Matthew, are you looking for someone?" Her question got louder. 
Rosy heard the name Matthew said by the woman at the other table. She immediately looked up. The man who once she thought of it was him. She thought back. Why is that man here? She wants to slap herself—of course he eats—becuase this is a restaurant. What she had in mind was that he might be following her. Whoa, she's thinking too much. 
Matthew's eyes went right to the other table. Then the woman who was eating and I met with their eyes. Matthew's heart jumped. And a seductive smile appeared on his lips. 
Rosy suddenly grabbed her chest; why did her heart beat so fast all of a sudden? On the other hand, she only saw a charming smile, and then her heart was suddenly confused. 
Gabriel noticed what Rosy did. How can he not see this in every move she makes that he notices? "What happened to you, Rosy? Did you choke?" he asked. 
"Huh? "N-no, sir." She even shook her head. 
Gabriel took the glass of water."Drink water first."
Rosy immediately took it and drank it. 
Amanda frowned because her cousin was just standing there looking at the woman at another table. She touched his hand. Matthew looked at his cousin. "Sit down," she said. 
Matthew just nodded at this. Then his eyes went back to that woman again. 
Rosy looked again at the man, who was still standing. Won't he sit? Will he just stand up to look at her? It's like she wants to assume that the way he looks at her seems to indicate that he likes her. My goodness, really again, she felt like she was Rapunzel; she had long hair today. She thinks today is her lucky day; there are two handsome men and they are also wealthy; jeez, it's nice to have a daydream like this. And she wanted to scream in excitement. But she can't do it because so many people might say she's crazy. And maybe her boss will just leave her suddenly because he is ashamed of what she did. 
Gabriel suddenly looked behind him to see who Rosy was looking at. When he saw the person, he frowned and thought about it. Was he following them?
