Rena felt her body was very weak and almost helpless.  The bones feel like they are detached from the whole body.
 "Then what should we do, Doc?"  Lukman asked.
 "The best solution is that Mrs. Rena must be cured. Because it is to save the mother. Because your child is not developing," replied the doctor.
 Rena feels very sad.  Because she just took the fetus in her stomach for a walk abroad but after they came home from there they were declared undeveloped.  Rena couldn't stop crying.  Lukman approached Rena and hugged her.
 "I don't want a curettage. I want our child," said Rena softly.
 "Yes, I understand. But things are not as we imagined. This is fate. You have to accept," said Lukman then stroked Rena's hair and kissed Rena on the forehead.
 "I'm not willing to be separated from my son. I don't want to be cured," Rena refused and then rebelled.
 The doctor immediately called the security officer through the button in her room but Lukman hugged Rena and the doctor gave a code to Lukman because Rena would be given a sedative.
 Not long after, Rena was unconscious.  Lukman carried Rena to the place designated by the doctor.  Lukman reluctantly also signed an agreement to perform a curettage.  According to Lukman, because their baby cannot be helped at this time, the only person who can be helped is Rena.  Later Lukman will understand Rena if all of this is destiny that must be faced.
 The curettage process was successful.  Lukman waited for Rena to come to her senses because Rena was given general anesthesia.  After waiting for about two hours, Rena finally came to her senses.
 "Our baby? Our baby?"  said Rena quietly.
 "Rena, you're calm, huh! The doctor has done his best. Our baby is gone. I've seen that our baby is a boy. It's been buried too. I hope you can accept all of this," said Lukman while holding hands with Rena.
 "No. This must all be my fault. Because I don't care about my baby. He doesn't like me as his mother doesn't care about him. It's all my fault," Rena was hysterical.
 The doctor approached Rena's room because she heard a scream.
 "Relax, Mrs. Rena! This is all fate. No one is to blame. This could have happened," said the Doctor.
 "But it was my fault that I didn't care about my child. Instead, I had fun alone. He must have hated me and then left me," said Rena, then burst into tears and was hysterical.
 The doctor was forced to give Rena a sedative again until Rena was unconscious.
 "Is your wife like this, Sir?"  asked the doctor.
 "I've never seen her like this before, Doc. Is there any effect?"  Lukman replied.
 "I can't turn it off, Sir. But later it can be consulted with the authorized doctor. Later I will invite you here so you can ask more questions," said Lukman.
 "Okay, thanks, Doc."
 Not long after, a male doctor came to visit Rena's room.  The doctor has also been informed about Rena's condition.
 "Still not aware of your wife?"  asked the Doctor.  He reads a psychologist.
 "Not yet, Doc. What's going on with my wife?"  Lukman asked.
 "I can't be sure if I don't see your wife's condition for myself. But maybe her parents can be brought here?"  asked the doctor.
 "Oh, fine. I'll call my father-in-law," replied Lukman.
Not long after, Mr. Rendi came.  He also didn't know that Rena had just experienced something unexpected.
 "So indeed Rena was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. But it's been a long time. I knew when her mother died. She felt very lost and had no enthusiasm to live. I tried to check Rena and I also can't believe she has the disorder,'' explained Pak  Rendi.
 "So you already know what happened to Rena before?"  asked the doctor.
 "Yes, Doc," said Mr. Rendi.  "Lukman. I'm a sorry! I didn't mean to deceive you. But I thought that by marrying you she could recover, but it came back again," he said to Lukman.
 "No problem, Dad. What's important now is that I know what Rena's condition is. So I'm not confused and can find the best way for Rena's condition," said Lukman.
 The three of them discussed finding the best solution for Rena.  Rena just needs assistance.  Because nowadays it is not easy for Rena to lose her future child.
 That night, Rena wakes up.  She again cried.  Rena didn't even care that Lukman was there waiting for her.
 Lukman also held Rena's hand.  "Rena, I am here. You are patient, yes! We will try to have another child."
 Rena just kept crying without caring about Lukman's words.  For her, losing someone so dear to her is like losing her limbs.  It was the same pain when she lost her mother first.
 "Rena, look at my face!"  Luke's orders.
 Rena didn't look at Lukman's face.  She was deeply saddened.
 Lukman also did not know before this so he also tried to calm her wife.  He hugged Rena gently until Rena's tears fell on Lukman's clothes.
 "Rena, let our child go! Later we will visit his grave. And we are trying to get another child," said Lukman while rubbing Rena's head.
 Rena just kept crying.  At least Rena wasn't hysterical so Lukman didn't need to call a doctor.  A few moments later Rena suddenly said something.
 "Let's go to our child's grave! I want to apologize," said Rena.
 "Yes. We're going to our son's grave but not now. It's getting late. Tomorrow, huh?"  said Lukman carefully.
 Rena didn't answer, she stared at the ceiling in her room.  Her tears no longer came out, only the remnants of sobs remained.
 "Rena, have you eaten, haven't you? You haven't eaten anything since," said Lukman.
 "I'm not hungry," said Rena.
 Lukman knows that although Rena has been given an anesthetic that can fulfill Rena's nutritional needs, eating directly also helps in the recovery process.
 "Would you like me to buy you some juice?"  Lukman made an offer.
 ''Not.  I don't want to eat anything," Rena refused again.
 Lukman then just sat beside Rena.  Even though his body is very tired because he hasn't had time to rest all day plus Rena's problem also seems to be draining a lot of energy.  But Lukman had already eaten before.  He didn't want to be sick while taking care of the sick.
 "What is our son's name?"  said Rena.  She thinks their child should have a name because they already have a gender even though they are still not at the age of his birth.
