After waiting for a while Lukman finally answered Rena's question.  "William. I hope you can accept this situation! Don't be sad and blame yourself!"  said Lukman.
 "I'm trying to do that. So you already know the disease I have?"  Rena asked.
 "Well, I already know and will not leave you. What is clear is that I will continue to be with you. Happy, sad, we will continue to be together. You must be passionate about life!"  Lukman replied.
 Rena swallowed her saliva.  She thought that if Lukman found out about what she was going through, he would leave her.  Lukman is indeed a good man for her.
 After three days in the hospital, Rena finally came home.  While at the hospital, Rena was accompanied by Lukman and took turns with her friends, namely Nita and May.
 Nita and May also feel sorry for Rena, who is deeply saddened by the loss of Rena's future baby.  But it was all fate.  No one can change all that except God.
 Rena's condition has gradually recovered.  She was able to walk and enjoy life.  And she will start college the next day.
 "Rena, are you sure you have college tomorrow?"  Lukman asked.
 "Yeah, you said I didn't have to be sad for too long. You promised me to take the battery to William's night, right?"  Rena replied.
 "Well, if your condition is stable," Lukman replied.
 "I'm stable. I want it now," said Rena.
 Lukman immediately invited his wife to their son's night.  Rena again shed tears when she saw her son's grave.  She again sobbed as she recalled their togetherness while abroad yesterday.  Even Rena is proud to be able to take their child who is still in the womb for a walk.  But after returning from there, their child was declared undeveloped and Rena was devastated.
 Rena also prayed for William to get the best on God's side.  Thirty minutes into the tomb, Lukman also invited Rena to go home.  Because it was almost dark.
 Rena obeyed.  All the way home Rena was still shedding tears.  There is a sense of dishonesty when they find out that their child has already faced God and has not had time to feel togetherness in the world.
 In the evening, Rena had dinner with Lukman.  Like not having the spirit to eat.  Even though during pregnancy Rena always eats whatever is in front of her.
 "Rena, eat first! You said tomorrow you want to go to college," Lukman ordered.
 Rena didn't seem to hear Lukman's words.
 "Rena," Lukman called.
 Rena also moved her eyeballs toward Lukman.
 "Eat first! I already took you to William's grave. You have to be strong for him!"  said Lukman.
 Rena started crying again.  She couldn't hold back the tears that kept coming out of her eyes.
 Lukman got up and hugged Rena.  That was the only thing he could do for now to calm Rena down.  After Rena calmed down, Lukman outlined his hug.
 "Rena, you have to eat nutritious food! You heal yourself! We will have another child program," said Lukman.
 Rena was silent.  She didn't answer anything Lukman said.  Her eyes were still puffy from so many tears coming out.
 The next day, Rena went to college accompanied by Lukman to the front of the class.  Rena's face still couldn't bring out a happy aura.  Because it's still in mourning.
 "Rena, are you in college?"  May asked.
 Rena just nodded her head.
 "Yes, let's go in now. Come on!"  invite Nita.
Following Rena's lecture activities is still not too focused.  But at least it can distract her from losing their future child.  May and Nita also continue to encourage Rena so that Rena can temporarily forget her sadness.
 "Rena, I'm going to the mall. Do you want to come with me?"  May asked.
 "No. I just want to go home," said Rena.
 "Come on! No, you're not fun," said Nita.
 "I want to stay home!"  said Rena.
 May and Nita couldn't force Rena to come, even though they did it to invite Rena to refresh, not because they wanted to go there.
 "You were invited?"  May asked.
 "Yes," replied Rena curtly.
 After Rena was picked up by Lukman, May and Nita sat near the canteen.
 "I feel sorry for Rena. She is good and well, she used to have a relationship with Parka, but her changes were quite significant. But I didn't think she would lose her future child," May said.
 "Well, that's how life is. We also don't know what Rena will meet later. I'm sure she will get a chance. It could be twins maybe," said Nita.
 "Hopefully, I also wish her the best," replied May.
 At Lukman's house.
 Just as Rena entered the house, she immediately cleaned herself up.  As usual.  However, usually Rena would eat right away, but she chose to sleep.
 Lukman accompanied Rena to the room.  "Aren't you going to eat first?"  he asked.
 "No, I'm not hungry," replied Rena then blanketed.
 "You want to sleep? Yes, sleep already!"  Lukman said.  He accompanies Rena by reading a book.
 Only thirty minutes later, Rena suddenly shouted.  "Nooooooo."
 Lukman suddenly stood up to Rena.  "What are you doing, Rena?"  he asked.
 "I had a dream. William said he left us because he wanted to meet God and told me that he loved me very much. And he asked me if he had a brother. He asked to take care of his younger brother. Then he ran into the light that I didn't want to come with him," explained Rena.
 "Oh, it's just a sleeping flower. He already told you that he loves you so much, Rena," said Lukman.
 "Does that mean I didn't take care of William while he was in the womb?"  Rena asked.
 "Of course not. You have also taken good care of him. I also took care of him. Don't think about it anymore! Now we better eat first! You must be hungry," said Lukman.
 Rena then took a deep breath.  Then get out of bed and have dinner with Lukman.
 "I want to eat out," said Rena.
 Lukman immediately took Rena to the gazebo behind the house.  Rena wanted the atmosphere there because she felt when she was pregnant she didn't feel nauseous when she ate there.
 Moreover, Rena also just like meeting William in her dream.  She feels so longing for her future child.
 Rena could eat quite a lot there.  Lukman also several times gave bribes to Rena.  A smile began to appear on Rena's face which made Lukman feel relieved.
 Three months passed.  Rena's condition has completely recovered.  Rena did her usual activities.  Lectures are also very energetic.  When asked for a field study, Rena felt dizzy.  Incidentally, the field study was carried out by Rena in Lukman's office.
 "Rena, are you okay?"  May asked.
