"I don't know, I suddenly feel dizzy," complained Rena.
 Nita then took Rena to the office clinic to get treatment.  There Rena was examined by a doctor.  Starting from blood pressure and several other things.  According to the doctor, everything is normal.  Maybe she just tired and need a break for a while at the office clinic.
 Meanwhile, Lukman who heard his wife was in the office clinic immediately approached Rena.
 "Rena, what are you doing?"  Lukman asked worriedly.  It's only been one week and two weeks, which should have been studying in Lukman's office, already dizzy.
 "Suddenly dizzy. I'm fine. You just go back to your room!"  said Rena.
 "Are you sure? Do we need to go to the hospital?"  Lukman asked.
 "No need! The doctor also said I'm okay, I'm just tired," replied Rena.
 "You have eaten?"  Lukman asked.
 "No, it's not lunchtime yet," replied Rena.
 "Okay, I'll buy food for you," said Lukman then ordered food to be taken to the hospital clinic.
 Seeing Lukman who was so attentive to Rena, the doctor there was amazed.
 "Sir, if I may suggest you go to the obstetrician later! There is a possibility that Mrs. Rena is pregnant. But if you are still in doubt, you can take a test pack first," said the doctor who had just approached Rena and Lukman.
 Rena's eyes widened.  She did not expect the Doctor's words.
 "All right, Doc?"  Rena stammered.
 "Well, there is a possibility. Here there is a test pack if Mrs. Rena is willing," replied the doctor.
 Rena looked at Lukman's face.
 "Try it first! I will accompany you," said Lukman.
 Rena got up, supported by Lukman, to the bathroom.  In the bathroom, Rena's heart suddenly beats fast.  Her hands even trembled to hold the flat object.  Rena then sighed.  Whatever will happen is for the best.
 A few moments later Rena came out of the bathroom with a flat tone.  "Not pregnant. I'm just a normal headache," said Her.
 "You are patient, yes!"  said Lukman.
 The doctor was not sure about Rena's answer.  She felt Rena was pregnant.  The doctor then looked in the bathroom and found a flat object that had been dumped in the trash.
 "Mrs. Rena, sure of what you see?"  asked the doctor.
 "Sure. I saw line one earlier," replied Rena and then lay down on the bed in the clinic.
 The doctor approached Rena.  "Mom, this is line two. Please, Mrs. Rena, pay closer attention!"  her command.
 Lukman also saw the flat object that the doctor was holding.  "Yes, honey. That's line two. That means you're pregnant," said then hugged Rena.
 Rena, who was convinced that what she saw was line one, why could it be line two?  She hesitated and was about to double-check.  "I'll try again."
 After waiting for a while Rena came out of the bathroom for the second time and the result was a double line.
 "Honey, you're pregnant," said Lukman gratefully.  His hands were raised as if grateful to have been given another child.
 "I still can't believe it," Rena said flatly.
 "Okay, then let's go to the hospital now!"  Lukman enthusiastically invites Rena.
 It didn't take long for Rena to arrive at the hospital.  Go to the doctor who used to check Rena's womb.
 "How's it going, Doc?"  Lukman asked after the doctor examined the ultrasound screen.
 "Well, indeed your wife is pregnant. Even though her gestational age is still too young. So it's not clear here. Later when it's a bit bigger it might be more clearly visible. Here you can still see the sac, but the fetus is not visible because the gestational age is too young.  About 4 weeks," explained the doctor.
Rena spits out a clear liquid from the tip of her netra.  She still couldn't believe it didn't take long for them to have another child.  Rena promised to take good care of William's younger brother until he was born.
 "Rena, you're pregnant, honey," said Lukman then kissed Rena on the forehead.
 "Yeah, I didn't think it could be this fast," said Rena.
 The doctor also advised Rena's second pregnancy.  Because previous pregnancies had failed.  So Rena was asked to be more careful again.
 In the afternoon, Rena and Lukman came home.  They were very happy because the Rena was given to another child.
 "Honey, I will take care of you. I have promised your brother to take care of his sister," said Rena while rubbing her stomach.
 "Take care of yourself! While in my office you will be my priority," said Lukman.
 "You will not concentrate on work. Look! Today you have left the office for half a day," said Rena.
 "It's okay, the important thing is that you and our child are fine. If you are dizzy, take a break! Don't force it!"  Lukman gave advice.
 "Okay, got it," said Rena.
 The next day, Rena and Lukman headed to the office.  Rena met with Nita, who happened to be in the same office as her.
 "Rena, where were you yesterday? I was confused. But the doctor said that you and your husband were so confused that I wasn't confused anymore," asked Nita.
 "Sorry, to worry you! I'm home," replied Rena.
 "Are you still dizzy? If so, you should not go in," asked Nita.
 "Still a little. But that's okay. I can enjoy it here," said Rena.
 "Ah, you must be because of your husband, right?"  Nita teased.
 "You know," said Rena.
 While doing activities there, a woman who is an employee there saw that Rena was still too young to be the wife of the CEO there.  She also quipped Rena.
 "Having a wife is still runny. Our CEO is very sorry," sneered the woman who had a name on her chest named Letta.
 Rena pretended not to hear even though she knew Letta was making fun of her.  Nita who heard it felt uncomfortable with Letta's words.
 "Sorry, yes! Even though my friend is still young, her mouth is not cheap," said Nita.
 "It's okay, Nita! What's the point of responding? There's no benefit either," said Rena trying to calm her friend.
 Letta felt uncomfortable with Nita's words and approached Nita.  Letta's hand almost flew to Nita's cheek but Rena managed to block it.
 "Why do you want to hit my friend?"  Rena asked.
 "You are just students who are studying here. Don't act!"  said Letta.
 "Sorry, who acted first? I just said what I saw," asked Rena.
 "Just because you're the CEO's wife then you can do whatever you want here, huh?"  said Letta who then pushed Rena until she almost fell.
 But Rena was caught by Lukman.
 "Mrs. Letta, what's your problem with my wife?"  Lukman asked.
 Letta suddenly looked down.  She did not expect Lukman to suddenly appear.  "S-sorry, sir. I just..."
 "I'm sorry, sir. He called Rena a runny kid and thought it was inappropriate to be your wife," interrupted Nita.
 "Let it be! I don't care about that talk. But I don't accept it if you push me," said Rena with an angry face.  She didn't accept that she was pushed by Letta.
 "Sorry, Ms. Letta. My wife is pregnant. What if she fell and something happened to her womb?"  Lukman asked.
