There Rena spent time together with Lukman.  On the third day in the country, Lukman invited Rena to visit several tourist attractions.  And the fourth day where they had to return to their home country by driving a private plane.  Rena bought quite several gifts for herself, for her father, and also for May and Nita.
 Rena couldn't believe she could go to that country.  It turns out that getting married is not a barrier to exploring the streets.  Moreover, Lukman provides the best facilities.  Even though their trip was sponsored by the main director at the company, Lukman worked.  Lukman worked so well that his presidential director gave him a wedding gift in the form of a trip abroad.  Even Lukman did not spend a dime on their trip.
 When they arrived in their home country, Rena felt so exhausted that Lukman called the doctor to confirm the condition of her wife.  And according to the doctor, Rena's condition as well as the fetus in her stomach is fine.

 "Tomorrow you start college, right?"  Lukman asked.
 "Yes."
 "Tomorrow I will deliver, okay? Because there are people I want to meet at your campus," said Lukman.
 "Who is it?"  Rena asked.
 "Tomorrow you also know why," said Lukman.
 "I don't want to tell you, okay?" Rena replied, annoyed that her question didn't get the answer she wanted.
 The next day, Rena and Lukman headed to the lecturer's room.  Rena just waited in front of the room because she felt embarrassed if she had to come in.  But she was also still curious about who Lukman met there.
 Not long after, Lukman came out with a lecturer who according to Rena was the most killer lecturer.  Rena wondered why Lukman was with the lecturer.
 Slowly, Lukman and the lecturer killer approached Rena.  But Rena pretended not to see by looking the other way.
 "Rena," Lukman called.
 Rena turned around.  "What?"  asked her.
 "This is what I want to meet here. So Mr. Hans is my friend when I was at the orphanage," Lukman replied.
 Rena frowned her.  Did not expect what her husband just said.
"Rena," Rena called again.  "I'm here to give him the book we bought in London yesterday. I think he'll need this."
 Rena swallowed her saliva.  Why did she not know this all this time?  Of course, it would be very embarrassing to know that she had been expelled from Mr. Class.  Hans.
 "Oh yes," said Rena briefly.
 "What about Rena's class?"  Lukman asked Mr.  Hans.
 "Why are you asking everything?"  Rena thought annoyed.
 "She is a smart student. I didn't think she was your wife, Lukman," replied Mr.  Hans.
 Rena was silent.  She wanted to run but why didn't the two men in front of her just disperse?
 Indeed, Rena's lecture hours haven't started yet.  She plays with her cell phone hoping that May and Nita will come soon.  Not long ago her two friends came and she had a reason to leave her husband and lecturer.
 "Hey, you're the one who just spent time in London. Must be very happy, huh?"  May said then gave a hug just because Rena's stomach was getting bigger.
 "Sure thing. I've brought gifts for you," said Rena then gave gifts to May and Nita.
 "Thank you very much, Rena. You didn't forget about us, did you?"  said Nita.
 "Yes, yes. The important thing is to be happy,'' Rena replied.
 "By the way, why is your husband with Mr. Hans?"  May asked.
 "My husband said Mr. Hans was his friend. And he was giving me a gift from London too," replied Rena.
 "What?"  asked Nita in disbelief.
 "Wow, I didn't think that Mr. Hans could be so humble when he talked to friends. But if we were together, we could be very fierce," said May.
 "I didn't expect it either. Therefore, I hope you can come soon so that I'm not with them," Rena replied.
 May and Nita chuckled.
 "Why are you laughing?"  Rena asked confused.
 "Well, it turns out that your husband is not a random person. Believe me, because your husband is the CEO. He's handsome, smart, rich," said Nita.
 "Well, because Rena's father wants the best for Rena," May replied.
 "I also want an arranged marriage," said Nita.
 "I told you not to fantasize!"  May said while rubbing May's face.
 Then Lukman suddenly approached Rena.  "Rena, I'll go first, okay?"  goodbye him.
 "Yes, be careful!"  Rena replied.

 After college, Rena happened to be still in the afternoon.  So Lukman hasn't come home yet.  Rena wanted to wait for the fetus in her stomach to move.  "Usually she or he likes to move. How come it takes so long?"  muttered Rena.
 Waited a long time, no movement at all.  Because sleepy Rena chose to sleep alone.
 After Lukman came home from work, Rena wanted to take Lukman to check her contents at the hospital.
 "So what?"  Lukman asked.
 "I just want to see her or him on the ultrasound screen," replied Rena.
 After getting ready they headed to the hospital.  When they arrived at the hospital, Rena immediately got her turn to be examined.
 Several times the doctor examined longer than usual.  Rena was confused as to why it took the doctor a long time to examine and usually immediately notified the condition of the fetus in Rena's stomach.
 "Doc, how is my child's condition?"  Rena asked.
 "Just a moment, Mrs!"  said the doctor.
 Rena felt uneasy.  Like something is wrong with her content.
 The doctor said something.  "I'm very sorry. After the inspection, I did not see your fetus developing. Her or his heart was also not visible."
 Instantly Rena issued a clear liquid from the tip of her nether.  She couldn't believe what the doctor said.
