"Ten years ago, Albert and Military Governor Pepe fought for the control over Los Angeles. Military Governor Pepe was robbed of his supplies so he wanted to retreat to the Lincoln's family wharf and transport the ammunition over there. However, the Lincoln's family refused to let him use the wharf because they were on good terms with Albert so Military Governor Pepe asked someone kidnap Neo and locked him up in a warehouse at the wharf. Military Governor Pepe sent troops to occupy the wharf on the ground of rescuing Neo at that time Lincoln was shipping goods to somewhere else and in order to save her son, Madam Anna agreed to let him use the Lincoln's wharf to transport ammunition. It was at that time Dawn came to me she said she was pregnant with my child and that if i could get Neo killed then Runa could get into the Lincoln family and if she gave birth to a son this son would be the only heir to the Lincoln's family property i agreed to her plan but still hesitated unexpectedly Albert started to bomb the wharf before i did anything and then the wharf where Neo was kept got blown up and Neo died on the spot. Alfred Albert's adjutant came to me and he said that after the battle Military Governor Pepe lost his power and influence and asked me to frame Pepe that he was the one who killed Neo he offered me a high position and wealth because i was an ordinary soldier then. I was out of my mind and i had no choice so i agreed under Albert's order i got into the warehouse that had been blown up, found Neo's Dead body and fired two shots at his chest and i sent his watch two hours back. Military Governor Pepe retreated after being defeated and Albert finally took control of Los Angeles they went to court for the death of Neo and Neo's body was completely unrecognizable since there were no witness the case was deadlocked for a while. Later the police department found two bullet holes on Neo's body and the legal medical expert identified that he died one o clock in the afternoon while his wristwatch stopped at three o' clock in the afternoon because of the bombing so the police judged that the bombing happened two hours after he was killed in the end it was believed that Military Governor Pepe killed Neo first and then Albert bombed the wharf and Military Governor Pepe got convicted for kidnapping and murder thus losing all his titles in the California government and Albert took his official position Albert knew that if your mother helped Military Governor Pepe transport ammunition then the outcome of that battle would become unknown. The outcome would be decided in the twinkling of an eye so he took the chance when Military Governor Pepe ran out of ammunition and choose to sacrifice your brother's life" Leo ended his words.
Tears were already streaming down her eyes, Richard consoled her.
"Arci, actually, i have a piece of evidence but i don't think we should see it today"
Arci shook her head stubbornly.
"Let's see it. I want to see the evidence relating to my brother's death"
He brought a laptop and a drive he insterted the drive into the laptop and started playing a video.
"The footage you are watching now was shot by by a foreign reporter while he was filming the the river opposite the warehouse he happened to have recorded the scene when Albert bombed the wharf at that time i was afraid of any accidents so i paid him for this video which accidentally gave me an important piece of evidence Neo died at one o' clock in the afternoon, but his watch stopped at three o' clock because i set it two hours back. Based on this fact, the court decided that Neo was killed before Albert started the bombing. However this video recorded when Albert bombed the wharf which can fully proof that Neo was killed when Albert started bombing the warehouse"
"You kept this drive in the safe deposit box of a bank in the concession for ten years and you should know its importance then why would you rather die than threaten Albert with it to save your own life?" Richard asked
"This is what i want to warn you of. Don't think you can defeat Albert with just this piece of evidence you know you can't do it just with your status as the Commander of Los Angeles" Leo warned him.
"What if i say i can do it? Do you dare to stand up and testify against Albert?"
Arci grabbed his hand because it will be a tough battle.
"Don't worry" He reassured her.
Richard saw that Leo was hesitant "Why are you hesitating? Albert still doesn't know that Runa is still alive as long as Albert is in power Runa can't come back if we bring Albert down I'll be in charge here and Runa may have chance to come back. Don't you want to see her again?"
"Okay. I can do it anyway I'm not afraid of death I'll testify in court
Richard held Arci hand and they walked out of the warehouse together.
"Over the past ten years he always known that he killed my brother how could he face my father ?" Arci said.
"Arci, in Albert eyes everyone is a pawn that can be used he is on good term with your father just for your family financial resources. He is a scumbag i knew it would have a great influence on you so i didn't know if i should tell you tell it"
"Thank you if it were not for you i wouldn't have found out the truth"
"You fool, not only will i find out the truth for you I'll also seek justice for you"
"But he is Albert it is like throwing an egg at a rock" Arci said worriedly.
"I always make the most of a bad situation and we don't know who will win in the end right?"
"If you are really so confident, why don't you tell Albert our relationship?"
"Because i don't want to make him suspicious".
"You are afraid that the Lincoln's family and i might be involved if you lose to him. If you win you will officially announce our relationship and if you lose you will take the consequences alone and let me stay out of it" Arci said.
Richard keep silent for awhile acknowledging it indirectly.
"Arci, there is going to be a battle between him and me so even without your brother's death, we won't be able to keep the peace he won't leave me alone even if i don't do anything"
"So you will marry me only after you win? You won't marry me if you lose right?"
"I….." He keep silent and looked down.
"I don't want you to do it if you are going to risk your life in this battle"
He hugged her tightly.
"You fool, don't worry I'll bring Albert down and I'll announce our relationship to the world I'll spend the rest of my life with you"
