Albert discovered the warehouse and the fact that Bremo went back to San Jose after he followed Richard to the warehouse. So he ordered his men searched the warehouse which they did. But they didn't find anything but only a wristwatch that Leo's wears.
He then understood that Leo was still alive.
Richard sent Love to Los Martinez because the battle between him and Albert was about to start. Los Martinez was Military Governor Pepe territory and Stanley her dream guy is also there so Love was more than willing to go there.
Albert told his men to start monitoring Richard if they see Leo they should kill him immediately. Los Angeles was not safe for them anymore so he bought two tickets for him and Arci to Los Martinez to meet Military Governor Pepe about convicting Albert, he already sent a message about him coming so when they got to the airport Pepe was already waiting with his soldiers.
He took them to his home and treat them to Lunch.
After Lunch Richard asked for them to talk privately, Pepe took him to his private study room so they could negotiate, Richard showed Pepe the video of Albert bombing the warehouse that could prove him innocent.
Pepe also have the intention of bringing Albert down, Pepe wants Albert wealth and his soldiers while Richard wants to take absolute control over Los Angeles so they cooperated together since they had both the witness and the evidence.
Pepe asked the court to send Albert a letter about retrial of Neo's death the second day in the letter it was stated that they have both witness and evidence that Albert killed Neo.
Albert wants send Alfred to appear in court on behalf of him. If he refuses to appear to the high court it would be like admitting he was guilty so he decided to send Alfred even if he loses his life won't be in danger he is playing its by the ear.
The next day already got to Los Martinez and Pepe soldiers received him at the airport.
On the day of the trial.
The men Albert sent to monitor Richard said they saw him acting sneaky, putting a person in a car so Albert ordered them to shoot both the driver and the person behind the car down which they did.
Arci and Richard were already in the court with Pepe beside them, some soldiers were there too.
The judge walked into the court and sat down.
"Today, the Los Martinez supreme court opens a session to try the case of Neo's death now i announce the beginning of the court session. First the clerk will read out the court rules according to the constitution of the republic of California to main court order all the people who appear should abide by the following rules"
Alfred smirked at Arci when a soldier walked in and whispered something in his ears.
The clerk read the rules of the court, they started the trial officially.
First they played the video to everyone before anything first.
"The autopsy back then says my brother a 1pm that day but according to the time in his watch stopped working the wharf was bombed at 3pm for that reason Albert was not found guilty but according to this footage we can clearly see it was 1pm when Albert bombed was consistent to the time that when my brother was killed so for my brother's death, Albert was a major suspect"
"Defendant, do you doubt the evidence the plaintiff (Arci) presented?" The judge asked Alfred.
"The plaintiff really has a poor memory. Back then, the key factor that proved Military Governor Albert innocence was not the time when the wharf was bombed but the bullet holes in Neo's body if you say Military Governor Albert order of bombing the wharf cause Neo death i want to ask how come there was bullet holes in his body? Don't forget the wharf was controlled by the Military Governor Pepe at the time, and Military Governor Albert's people couldn't enter at all"
"Plaintiff do you have new evidence to present against the defendant objection?" The judge asked.
Arci stared at Richard for his gesture.
Richard nodded.
"We have a witness" She smirked at Alfred.
Alfred just chuckled because Leo was already killed by his men without caring.
"Bring the witness to court"
Arci stared at a direction.
Leo walked into the court with a soldier behind him.
Alfred was shocked when he saw him. Leo was clearly killed by one of trusted soldier.
How come he is still alive?
Richard exchanged Leo with a person who committed crime and was going to be executed and he also looked like Leo with his hair and body build because he knew Albert was going to make a move, he wants to give him a tiny hope and distinguished the hope back. He took Leo and passed another direction to the court while 'Leo' who was killed was took to another direction.
"I Leo testify here in court that the people behind the kidnapping and murder of Neo over ten years ago were Albert and his soldiers Neo was not killed as a hostage. Albert asked his subordinates to bombed the warehouse and caused Neo's death i saw that with my own eyes so I'm willing to stand in court to speak out what really happened back then to prove Albert and his subordinate guilty i also request the judge to make a fair ruling"
"Defendant do you have any objection?" The judge asked
Alfred didn't say anything because he knew they already lost.
"Now i declare Albert is guilty of murder and prejury"
"Court!"
"I rise"
The judge left.
Arci smiled happily.
'They did it'
The court ordered for Albert to resign and surrender his Military Power. They sent a letter to me and invited him politely to the jail if not they will have to force him.
Albert was furious when he saw this and threw the letter away.
"They ordered me to resign and surrender my military power! Who does Pepe think he is. The Supreme court verdict is nothing to me! Let's go to war, since they want it!" He yelled.
"Military Governor our troops have been assembled and you just need to give the order" One of his trusted aids said.
"Good! Where is Bremo? Ask him to come back immediately. Bring him back as soon as possible" Albert ordered.
"Yes!" Alfred replied.

Richard and Arci packed their clothes to go back to Los Angeles. Love refused to go back Richard had no choice but to offer his blessings when he saw that their relationships was good and Since Albert refused to surrender his Military Power they would likely go to war and Los Martinez was the safest place for her.
So they decided to go Los Angeles the next day. Lincoln will go to the airport to welcome them.
While Flow and Michael relationship progressed even though she has feelings for Richard before. She gave up because he already has someone he likes which is Arci. Michele got closer to her, they became very intimate but not in a relationship.
He has to go and support the soldiers in the war so he has to leave. He gave her a chain that belongs to his mother before he left and asked her to help him keep it.
