The first hearing of the court started Military Governor Albert is already in Los Angeles.
People were already inside the court.
Lincoln, Dawn, Runa and Arci included. Bremo didn't come because he is still at the hospital but his two friends are there too.
The Military Governor is the judge.
The court was silent as the soldier brought Leo in to the court.
"Military Governor Albert shall we start?" Richard asked.
The Military Governor nodded.
"Leo, Military governor Albert will try your case personally today you must tell the truth otherwise, You will receive a harsher punishment"
"Leo, did you kidnap Miss Arci Lincoln?"
"Yes"
"Why did you kidnap her and wants to frame Commander Richard militia group?"
"They fish for fame and reputation saying they will protect those business men. I would like to ask a question if they do that who will give us protection money, Stopping us from earning money is nothing different from killing us"
"If you just want to frame the militia group, why did you kidnap Miss Arci? Weren't you afraid the Lincoln family wouldn't let you off? Bremo almost lost his life taking the gunshot for Miss Arci, the culprits behind such a heinous crime should be sentenced to death. "He is a business man on the surface, but a gangster in reality he is fierce and cruel you can't make conclusion based on common sense" Military Governor Albert said.
Richard nodded
"If you are not only the culprit tell us the instigator behind you and we can spare your life" Richard said
"Darling" Dawn held Lincoln hand, "I feel upset in my stomach I want to go back and have a rest"
"Okay, Let Runa go back with you" Lincoln replied.
Dawn nodded and stood up.
"Mrs Lincoln, please wait a moment" Richard said scaring Dawn senselessly.
"You had an upset stomach?" Richard asked.
"Yes" Dawn nodded with a smile.
"Is it because you had the herbal team from the Glory superstore?" Richard asked.
Dawn looked at him with a shocked expression before she smiled
"Commander Richard you are telling joke again, what are you talking about?" Dawn asked.
"On the morning of the day when the kidnapping took place, Miss Runa had an upset stomach after having the herbal tea so you asked Mr Lincoln to stay and check her condition then Miss Arci got into Mr Lincoln car alone. I don't think that was a coincidence"
"I don't know about that " Dawn denied.
He asked them to bring the maid who went to buy it to testify as witness and the salesman who is selling the herbal tea.
"When Miss Runa had the tea, she did say the herbal tea tasted different. At first, she was unwilling to have the tea" The maid said.
"Yes she came to my shop to buy leaf on the 20th this is the record of my shop. Please check it" The man showed them a book.
Richard accept the book and checked it, he then showed it to the Military Governor.
"On the morning of the 20th, this ma'am bought senna leaves in my pharmacy"
"What kind of leaves is the senna Leaf?" Richard asked.
"Sir, this senna leaves is a laxative it can stimulate stomach and intestine and cure edema and constipation if it is not properly used it can cause colic pain" The shop keeper said.
"So Mrs Lincoln made used of Miss Runa's colic pain to stall Mr Lincoln and deliberately let Miss Arci get into the car alone, am i right?" Richard asked
"No no no" Dawn denied.
"What the hell happened?" Lincoln asked.
Dawn held Lincoln hand.
"Darling, Don't listen to their nonsense that was not the case darling"
"Mrs Lincoln" Richard called.
"Please explain to me this handkerchief. The pattern on it look strange" Richard showed an handkerchief that he folded neatly.
Dawn opened her mouth in shock when she saw the handkerchief.
"Isn't that the pattern of soaring phoenixes?" Dawn asked.
Richard smiled and stood up from his seat.
"Mrs Lincoln, You have the ability to foresee things, huh? I haven't opened it yet, how did you know the pattern on it?" Richard asked and walked towards her.
"I… when you took it out the wind blew on a corner open and i happened to see it" She lied immediately.
"Is there such a coincidence? I am not sure. Did you see it clearly?" Richard smiled.
"Yes" Dawn replied.
"Okay" he said and opened the handkerchief, "But what is the embroidered here, it is the pattern of twin lotus flowers on one stalk"He showed the audience.
"I….. I…. I made a mistake" Dawn replied uneasily.
Richard smiled and didn't say anything he opened the book on his hand and took out another handkerchief.
"Of course, the handkerchief with thee pattern of soaring phoenixes is here too" He said and showed the audience.
"But we got this handkerchief from the foodbox, Living Soul food delivered to Leo. Mrs Lincoln did you put it in the box?" Richard asked

Military Governor Albert adjutant Rick shouted "Order" so they can stop talking.
The Military Governor Albert glanced at Leo, "Leo, did you and Mrs Lincoln know each other before?" He asked.
"Military Governor, I've investigated their backgrounds, Both Mrs Lincoln and Leo are from a village in San Francisco. In that village, there are only about 40 households before he joined the army at the age of 16 and before Mrs Lincoln became a servant girl in the Matts mansion at the age of 16, which was Miss Arci's mother family. You two had lived in the village together, if you say you don't know each other i don't think we will believe you"
