Richard agreed to disband the Bush army. Arci promised him that she will let him build the militia for his army so she asked him to put his soldiers in her father cotton yarn to work.
Arci called him so they could meet at their usual place to discuss. He is already there when she got there so she sat down while he was standing.
"My dad got rejected by the Military Governor who still insists on putting the soldiers in the cotton mills but he also said that wouldn't be too long and that he wouldn't make it too hard for the cotton mills bosses" Arci reported.
"Albert must be up to something, he can't be so kind to provide for my soldiers" Richard said
"Now do you believe that i really want to help you ?" Arci asked.
Richard nodded,"You were really right about everything"
Arci stared at the ground, a strand of her hair fell from her neatly packer hair she didn't noticed but Richard noticed.
He walked closer to her with his hand stretched out to help her, he stopped himself and just stared at her for a while.
He dropped his hand back.
"If there is nothing else I'll be leaving because i have to attend some business" Richard said and turned to leave.
Arci stood up from the chair,"What is wrong with you lately?" She asked Richard stopped walking but he didn't look back, "You are not quite yourself and you don't like making jokes anymore"
"Don't you just like this kind of serious men?" He asked with his back still facing her.
"No i don't" Arci replied.
Richard turned back and stared at with a serious expression.
"So you mean you like men like me?" He asked her eagerly.
"Don't get it wrong" She replied and looked away from him.
"Okay" he said sadly and walked away.
Arci just stared at his back.

Samuel's House.
Samuel just got back from work, he parked his car in the garage. He got down from the car and walked into his house.
"Lucy, i am back" He shouted.
He walked into his living and glanced around.
"Lucy?" He called again.
"Lucy!" He shouted this time.
Normally once he opened the house door, his cat will have come to welcome him but now she is no where to be found.
He bent down and checked under the table maybe she is sleeping but she was not there.
"Lucy where are you?"
He walked towards the kitchen and saw her figure in the sink.
"Aha i got you!" Samuel smiled and walked closer to the sink.
"Lucy!" He called but there is no movement from her.
He picked her up after picking her up he saw a note and picked it.
'A LIFE FOR A LIFE' that was what was written on the note with blood.
He became terrified and ran out of his house.
He quickly drove to the command.
He didn't knock on Richard office he just walked in.
"Commander Richard, you must help me" He said.
"Mr Samuel? Please sit down" Richard smiled at him.
He sat down at the couch, Richard sat down opposite him.
Samuel explained everything that happened.
"Oh" Richard said.
"Who published the news?" Samuel asked.
"The headquarters published it. Is there anything wrong?"
"Commander Richard, have you ever thought that the revolutionaries will take me as their enemy if they see the new? My cat was killed today and the next victim might be me it is you who published this and you have to guarantee my safety" Samuel said.
"Mr Samuel, how do you want me to guarantee your safety?" Richard asked.
"You must send your soldiers to guard near my house and company and send some of your best soldiers to protect me closely" Samuel replied.
"Mr Samuel i understand how you feel and i feel sorry for your loss but there is nothing i can do because the soldiers here don't take my orders" Richard said.
"Commander Richard are you kidding me?"
"Please calm down, do i look like am joking? I am just the commander of Los Angeles in name only and when i took office i made pact with the Military Governor's office that i can't send the soldiers here to anywhere before getting the permission from them"
"This is ridiculous! Do you mean you have to get the permission from the Military Governor office before sending your soldiers to help me when i am under attack?"
"Yes"
"What kind of crappy pact is that? Then how can our personal safety be guaranteed? Commander Richard that reminds me don't you have your own soldiers? You don't need the permission from the Military Governor office to send your own soldiers, do you?"
"Mr Samuel my soldiers have been dismissed and disarmed i have no soldiers now"
Richard smiled when he saw him deep in thought.
"But Mr Samuel there is a solution to this issue"
"Tell me" Samuel said.
Richard asked him to come closer.
Samuel did, Richard whispered something in his ears.
"Okay i understand Commander Richard" Samuel said and quickly left the commander.
He drove to Phillip office straight.
When he got to Phillip's office his secretary tried to stop him but Samuel ignored her and walked into his office straight.
When he saw A woman in Philip office he was not surprised, a girl was sitting down on his lap.
Philip quickly stood up from his seat when he saw Samuel.
"My God! Samuel!" Phillip said.
"What's up man, what is it?" He asked.
Samuel walked towards him and dragged him to seat down on the couch in his office.
"I'll be back" The woman said and left the office to give them space.
"What is it?" Philip asked.
"Lucy was killed right at my house. It is the revolutionary army and i am the next target" Samuel said.
"Damn it" Phillip cursed as he stood up from the couch.
Samuel told him Richard suggestions.
Phillip quickly agreed and called the Military Governor.
The Military Governor approved of the Militia forces
