Arci panicked she glanced at Bremo to stop him.
"Supervisor Bremo, dont bother" She said.
"Okay" Bremo agreed
Bremo took the wine solemnly and pour it in the glass.
The waiter waiting in the room put five more cups infront of him.
Bremo poured wine in all the cups and started drinking.
Arci could only look at him.
By the time he drank the sixth cup he was getting drunk.
"Waiter, Get me another bottle" Philip yelled when the bottle finished.
The waiter brought another bottle.
They started the second round.
He drank till he finished 50 cups before he passed out on the table with his face flushed.
Philip smiled slyly when he saw this everything was going according to his plan.
The next step is to get Arci drunk and bed her!!
"Looks like your superior is not sincere enough. How about you drink it yourself?" Philip asked.
He called the waiter to bring another wine.
The waiter brought another wine and went out.
"Miss Arci he was supposed to drink this bottle of liquor for you, He and i haven't drunk to our hearts content. Come on let's drink, Okay?" He asked and poured the wine on his glass
"Okay I will drink" She poured the wine infront of her into the cup and drank it.
"Let's get drunk" Philip said.
"Cheers"
They drank the first cup.
When she tasted the wine she found out that it was water. She was dumbfounded and glance at Philip to see whether he noticed her abnormality, she was rest assured when she noticed that he was still drinking.
So she downed the water in one gulp thinking it was the waiter mistake.
And cough so her acting will be perfect.
"The more we drink the spirit the mellower it tastes. You will get used to it if you drink more cups" Philip said because he thought the liquor was too strong for her that was why she coughed.
He poured the wine into his cup again, Arci did the same.
"Cheers"
They drank it again..
Arci drink it fluently she glanced at Philip and noticed that he is becoming drunk she smiled..
She stood up from her chair and poured wine into her cup.
"Here is to you again, Mr Phillip" She said as she stretched her hand towards him
"Okay" Philip poured wine into his cup and hit his cup with hers.
They drank it again.
They went on and on.
Philip stared at Arci to study her maybe she is really drinking the wine. Since he is becoming drunk while she is still clear headed.
'Didn't Marshal Bremo said she can't hold her alcohol, who the hell says she can't hold her alcohol should come he promised not to beat the person to death. She can clearly hold her alcohol!!!'
He wanted to bed her before but his plan backfired.
He realized that he is becoming drunker he gave up immediately.
"I am done! I can't drink anymore"
He stood up from his seat to walk out of the room but he almost fell down, his bodyguards quickly helped him and they walked out of the room leaving the passed out Bremo and Arci.
Immediately Richard saw them he stood up and walked into the room Arci is.
When he walked into the room he saw Arci helping Bremo she couldn't lift him since Bremo is heavy.
He looked at the scene with jealousy in his eyes.
He sighed and knocked on the door so she would notice that he was there.
Arci stood up and faced him.
"Why are you here?" She asked him.
"I want to ask you the same question. What are you doing here? Are you here to ruin my Plan?" He asked
"What do you mean by that? I am here with Supervisor Bremo to deal with the matter of disbanding the Bush Army" Arci replied.
"I just finished talking with Philip a few days ago about building a militia and you came here to ruin my plan?" He asked.
"You didn't tell me about the militia thing"
"If i had told you he would have known it even without any investigation"
"You don't believe me?" She asked with a wronged expression.
"I only believe what i see with my own eyes"
"So you sent someone to keep watch on Me?" Arci asked.
"Yes i sent someone to follow you. Otherwise, you wouldn't have drunk plain water instead of liquor" Richard replied.
She suddenly realized that he was the one behind the wine scheme not the waiter's mistake.
"You had the liquor replaced with water?" She asked him.
"Yes i was afraid if you drank too much you and Bremo would…." He stopped talking after that and sighed.
Arci looked at him, hurt flashed in her eyes before she calmed down back.
She opened the unopened wine on the table and started downing it gulp by glup.
Richard just stared at her with no intention of stopping her.
"Am i that kind of person in your mind?" She asked as downed the wine in one gulp.
"Since you don't trust me here is to you" She stretched her glass at him and downed it with waiting for his reply.
"From now on, we are not partners anymore" She said after drinking the wine.
She only drank three glasses and she is drunk already.
She almost fell Richard quickly rushed to support her.
"Arci, are you alright?" Richard asked as he held her arm to support her from falling.
She pushed him away and she staggered back.
"Fine without me could you be so sober when talking to me?"
"I didn't ask you to care about me!" She yelled at him.
Richard stared at her and walked out of the room.
He walked out of the hotel, Richmond was already waiting for him outside with a car.
Richmond opened the car door for him.
"Commander, haven't miss Arci and Supervisor Bremo finished the meal?" Richmond asked.
Richard stopped in his step for awhile before he turned back and walked into the hotel back solemnly
