It's already past seven in the evening so we have to go home, Diane has school tomorrow and I also have to talk to Aunt Em tomorrow about Gian entering kindergarten.

"We will go to the car first, Gill." Diane said and hold Gian's hand before they walked to her car that was parked just outsideof Lia's gate.

"Yes, yes. Tell Jake that we'll drink next."
"Hahahaha okay, uncle."
"Pa! Godfather's nagging me, he's looking for little Lia." Lia frowned and complained like a child to her father.

They both started teasing each other again, I just left them and I peeked at Gian in the back seat and double checked his seatbelt in his baby's chair.

It's obvious in his eyes that he is sleepy, every time he closes his eyes its heavy. It's already seven o'clock because he and Kris played a game earlier, so Gian's energy is definitely running low.
"Hmmm, sleep there first. Here's your dinosaur."
I gave him his dinosaur stuff toy that Diane gave him and hugged it before he closed his eyes. For the third time, I made sure that Gian's seatbelt was fastened properly before I kissed him on the top of his head and made the 'I love you' gesture to each other.
"Those rapists are really shitheads! Too bad for him cause you're the one he'll face in court." Diane said to Lia in shock.

"He's in the back seat, probably in his dreamland already."

I looked at Gian again after we left Lia's place and he was sleeping soundly while his head was on the side of the child's seat, fortunately there was a noose on his head so his neck wouldn't be stretched Because his head is on the side.

"No, but can we just go to the mansion? Grandpa will probably be asleep when we get there and they will be leaving early tomorrow."

The content of Jake's message was repeated and he asked if we were home. Almost two hours passed before I replied him. I said in the message that we are on our way home as well as I said Diane's suggestion.
In less than a minute, I immediately received a reply from Jake.
"Is that Jake?" I turned to Diane when she asked me. She focused her gaze at the road.
"Yes, He's worried. I couldn't answer his calls and messages earlier."
"Maybe Jake thought uncle had a handsome guests and you were entertaining them" Diane replied foolishly.
She's sleepy but still has a gut to joke around.

"Hahahaha yes! Well, what did Jake say?"
"Secret"

I just put my cellphone back in my bag and looked at Diane who's driving.
"We are not still in a good terms for now, I need to punish him for a while after what he did to my nephew."
