She was contemplating about her plans to pursue her studies abroad and continue it. Sitting in silence had been a continuous routine she's been doing for herself. The motion of the tides are about to reach a turning point for her this time. It's time for her to make the decision and do something. “Are you sure you want to do it?” Her mother talked. She was ensuring that Azaiah should make the right decision. Whether she'll take it or not. It took her for a while before responding. She needs to wrap things up before she leaves for good. She wants to go. She always wants to go. She did not say something to her Mom. She needs time. Her back went to rest to her seat. The shoot is done. “Are you good?” Ehaan asked her if she's fine. She only nodded her head at him. She almost forgot that there's someone in the same room as him. “We need to go down. Your mother's waiting for us.” Another dinner party was arranged by the friend of Azaiah's mother. It's good that the concealer was too effective. She looked bright, alive. She stared at the mirror. She looked horrible due to the cries she had earlier. Calli's eyes are checking on Galen. Carefully.Ehaan and Azaiah showed up. It's a pleasant thing to have them around. Calli was smiling. But Galen couldn't even brought himself to make a nice face. Feelings aren't everything at the moment. That's what he believed. Now that he saw Azaiah with him. The prolonged lingering gaze he gave to them made his eyes hurt a bit.He looked away. “He doesn't look at you like he's apologetic.”, Ehaan tried his best to whisper it discreetly. Eyes were on them. So he was careful. She did not spared Galen a glance. She was looking at her mom who is talking to the same businessman that gave Alcuin and her a ride. The same business man that was introduced as Ehaan's father. They reached their parents. Azaiah's mother looked like she was delighted seeing them together. With her clasp hands she leane, tilting her head and said something to Ehaan's father. The man showed a sensible reaction. “You two looked lovely.” Then Amelia proceeded to compliment how handsome Ehaan is. “If that's the case I think we should set them up for marriage.” Ehaan's father became another accomplice to Amelia and his brother Rufus. “I agree.” Amelia merrily clap her hands. Ehaan and Azaiah only exchange glances. Ehaan looked at her softly. They went to the table designated for them. Ehaan pulled the chair for her. He watched her slowly, too carefully, and he looked sincere as she sat on the chair. Azaiah noticed it all. Their eyes meet. Ehaan smiled at her. “Thank you.” She mouthed at him while she was smiling. There are other people on the table. Azaiah's uncle Rufus is present and his business partner ad his plus on were sitting with them. “I got to tell you about business, Amelia.” It sounded like a logical proposition. “My son Ehaan will be the face of our man's apparel. And the modeling team is looking for someone who will model for the women's apparel.” He stared at Azaiah. “I wanted to ask where your daughter is interested.” “Azaiah. Is it okay with you?” Ehaan asked. He wanted to hear her side. All eyes are on her. She's feeling a bit uncomfortable. His uncle started chuckling. “Give her a day will you.” Rufus said. “Oh Rufus...” Amelia muttered. Azaiah gathered the some courage to speak up. “Uncle's right I need to sleep this through before deciding about the offer.” She's glad and felt grateful in the way she worded out her statement. Ehaan's father smiled at her. “Good.” He then began to stuffed the food in his mouth. “Rufus.” The woman beside Ehaan's father said. “Why Rufus?” She asked. “Why do you call her Rufus?” Her eyes were glued at him. Amelia chuckled. “ Because Antuan is a bit.” She eyed his brother and they seemed to understand each other through their states and they began laughing. “A bit manly. That's what she's supposed to say.” Rufus wiped a napkin on the corner of his mouth after he said his words. The woman smiled in return. She's looking attentive for what's next. “And besides there is a story.” Amelia said. But it's already outmoded.” “Old-fashioned.” Rufus made another comment after Amelia. Ehaan is eyeing Azaiah. The sideway look of his stare where on her. Azaiah stared at him back. Rufus took noticed of the exchange glances. “Oh the children, look at them..” Rufus said... Something click. The camera. It was from the person who photographed her in her shoots. “Gorgeous.. Both are gorgeous.” He gave the camera to Rufus. Ehaan's eyes turned into a monotonous stare. Azaiah followed his stare. She went back to look at him. “It's quite disrespectful to photographed someone without the permission.” He went to share his ideals of what proper ethic could be applied in the situation they're in. He sticked with the principle he learned. That what the man did is quite disrespectful. Ehaan's father had the tight look before it disappears. Nodding his head he agreed with what Ehaan uttered. “Put the down the camera, Callum.”The woman on her right said. “We can take as much photos as we want after finishing dinner.” Azaiah stared at the interiors of the house. The chandeliers. The decors. The lights even the utensils. It screams expensive. She kept on eating. Ehaan leaned to her and whisper. “I have a preposition to make. How about we finish this fast so we can inhale some air outside and get out of here...” Azaiah leans towards him too, mimicking the gesture he just did. “Let's do that.” Ehaan smiled at her in return.
