"Jin."

"Jin?"

"Jin Takishima."

"Mr. Takishima!"
Again, no response.
Himari let out a huff as she lay down on the sofa. It had already been an hour since she entered her boyfriend's office. To be fair, Himari should not have come here at all. Himari scheduled an appointment with Vincent first. However, the artist had an emergency regarding his upcoming exhibit this weekend. He vaguely mentioned that one of his masterpieces had been damaged, and Vincent needed to repair it as soon as possible.
Because Vincent is not available tonight, Himari decided to invite Dice to dinner. But the assassin, who is posing as Vincent's manager, is also preoccupied with the exhibit. Gael is also unavailable today. Dice stated that he is still looking for the serial rapist who is lingering around the city.
Himari also attempted to invite Ace for another lunch date. However, he is currently visiting his other resorts abroad. He brought Lily with him. She knows Ace will use his work as an excuse to take a vacation with his girlfriend.
Himari also considered asking Akito to join her today. But she quickly dismissed that idea. He will always claim that her ideas are dangerous, and then Akito will tell her to stay in a safe place, which is her house.
Finally, Himari decides to visit her boyfriend, despite the fact that he has already informed her of his busy schedule for today. As usual, she entered their office, and the Dragons greeted her with respect. When the guard assigned today saw her, Himari saw his hesitation to let her enter their boss's office. Jin probably told them not to let anyone disturb him or enter his office.
But is she going to listen to him? Of course not. So Himari ignored the guard and promised him that she would not let Jin punish him for allowing her into his office. When Himari entered the office, Jin glared at her, but she only kissed his cheek. In the end, Jin simply ignored her and continued reading the documents on his desk while Himari sat on the sofa.
"My handsome and stoic boyfriend, your beautiful girlfriend requires your love and attention right now."
Jin still ignores her. When Jin said he would be busy, Himari did not expect him to ignore her and pretend she did not exist in his office while reading the documents on his desk. Typically, Himari only needs to irritate him for a few seconds before Jin explodes in rage.
But today is different. Himari had already figured out that Jin was doing a very important job that involved the White Dragons. He is so focused on his work that he ignored her attempts to distract her. Of course, Himari understands him. Himari also has rare occasions when she must be serious when the Tigers are involved.
However, this does not preclude Himari from accomplishing her goals. Himari sits up straight on the sofa, her energy restored, and focuses on Jin's face. Himari is bothered by Jin's lack of physical and intimate touches. So she straightens her posture and stares at him with focused eyes.
Minutes later, Jin closes the folder in his hands and places it on the desk. Turning his head, he notices Himari staring at him, a small smile on her face. When he raises his brow at her, Himari's smile deepens, and her eyes squint slightly.
"What?"
"Hmm. Nothing. I am just admiring the handsome face of my boyfriend."
"Tch."
"Aww. Are you getting shy now? But you should know how handsome you are! That is one of the reasons why I like you, Jin."
"Why are you here anyway? I told you that I have an important job to do today."
"And I told you that I am bored. So entertain me."
"Do I look like a fucking clown to you?"
Himari gasps when she heard that.
"How can you say that? Are you really not aware of your exquisite looks? Jin, do I have to give you a mirror as a gift?"
Jin tightly closes his eyes and sighs. Jin has grown accustomed to her craziness, but that does not make him immune to it. She can still make his blood boil in anger and irritation on occasion. There are other times when Himari will purposefully do something crazy to rile him up.
"What do you want now, Himari? Can't you see that I am busy right now?"
"Yeah? And I am also busy but look at me. I still have time to spend with you."
"You were supposed to be with that idiot artist today."
"Oh, wow. You really like me, right? You even know my schedule today." Himari said in a surprised voice.
"Stupid. It was you who informed me over the phone at two in the morning that Vincent and you would enjoy yourselves today." Jin replied in irritation.
"Oh, right. I forgot." Himari said, shrugging her shoulders. "Anyways. Vincent had an emergency to attend to today. So now I am visiting my favorite boyfriend."
"You had nowhere to go, so you decided to disturb me."
"Aw. Don't make it sound like I am just giving you troubles."
Then Jin clicks his tongue.
"It appears that the Tigers are having an easy time these days. Their leader is always bored and has nothing better to do than disturb a very busy person like me."
"You have the audacity to think that I am not as busy as you."
"Then why are you here instead of doing your work?"
Perhaps he indulges Himari too much, and she believes he will always put up with her craziness and unexpected visits. Maybe Himari assumed Jin would always forgive her for the inconveniences she would cause and for disrupting his time. Although Jin's anger and irritation towards her will subside after a few minutes, this does not mean he wants to repeat the experience.
"Simple. I let Akito deal with it."
Jin opens his eyes to look at Himari, who is still staring at him with clear eyes. She is currently resting her head on her left hand.
"You are letting him make important decisions for your organization?" Jin asked, squinting his eyes.
"No. You got it all wrong, Jin." Himari said, tilting her head. "I still make the final decisions. Akito is only responsible for reading and organizing the important documents on my desk."
"I know you are insane, Himari. But to delegate those important tasks to someone other than yourself? "Are you crazy?"
"No. According to my psychologist, I am still functioning properly. Thank you very much."
"I am serious, Himari."
Although Himari trusts Akito, she cannot leave him alone to deal with the Tigers' most important issues. Himari should be the only one who has access to the documents pertaining to their hidden businesses, shipments, and other important reports on their enemies. It is her responsibility as their leader to deal with this.
"Are you worried about Akito betraying me and the Tigers?" Himari inquired when she noticed the seriousness on his face. "Well, if he really did, then Akito is only harming himself."
