Mariano saw the sincerity of Donny on his eyes so, he opened the gate and allowed him to come in. He never wanted to be so much strict to her daughter and he never wanted to hurt anybody else. Donny was so much thankful for what Mariano did and afterwards, when Mariano finally opened the main door, Alyn was there , holding a book and snuggling with the puppy that he had given to Alyn and Donny was on the cloud nine to entirely see her. " Hi Ma'am. Nice to meet you. I am Donny Smyth" Donny's greetings to Camila. Alyn saw how Donny greeted her mom and she asked to Donny, " What are you doing here?". Camila and Mariano gave time for Alyn and Donny to talk to one another. " Alyn, I am so sorry. I had no idea at first but now I already know. I am so sorry. Please. " Donny was beginning to cry the moment he said all of this and he held the right hand of Alyn when his tears was simultaneously falling, Alyn was in tears at the same time. Camila saw it and, " Hey! What are you doing?!, Get out of our house?!" Mariano heard the vehement noise and he came out of the kitchen in a hurry. But then, " Mama stop, he is Donny. He is my friend" Alyn strongly said. " Papa, Ma, please let me do this. Please I want to live. I want to do the things I love. I want to make everything worth it while I am still here and still breathing. I have never wanted to be in this situation in the first place and everything get worst when the Doctor said that I only have few years to live with. I can't die being sad and not experiencing the moments I want to experience and honestly, I used to be afraid of everything but Donny changed that and , ma, pa, I made a promise to him that I... will... be ....her official girlfriend the moment I turn 18". Alyn said in tears. Donny clearly heard what just Alyn said and he got so much flabbergasted when Alyn mentioned about her lifespan. He could not believe what just Alyn said. Mariano and Camila got speechless . They were at loss for words. And then, Donny spoke up, " Alyn, why you did not tell me all of this?." Alyn responded by saying, " I just can't Donny." Mariano and Camila came up with something to tell. Their anger turned into prerequisite realization and then, Mariano said, " I have seen how sincere you were to my daughter and if you really love her, you will wait for her until she is ready. Alyn, I changed my mind, you will go to school and you will do everything you love and cherish every moments you encounter. I love you". Everyone was touched the moment he heard what Mariano just spoken. Right after his words, Camila and Alyn hugged Mariano so tightly. And, " For you Donny, keep an eye to Alyn and make sure that you are taking good care of our daughter as a friend". Everyone laughed when Camila gave her advice to Donny. Donny replied with, " Sir Mariano and Mrs. Camila, I promise that I will be the best guy for your daughter. I will take care of her especially when you are not around."
The rules of the family were already broken and Alyn's parents learned to accept everything." Hey Alyn, before I go home. What is the name of this puppy?" Donny asked to Alyn. " Well, I gave her a name as, " Lucky" for I feel like she is going to be one of my lucky charms. Haha is it funny Don?" Alyn responded. They were having humurous talks and Mariano and Camila were so happy for what theywere seeing. After a while, Alyn admitted something" Donny, I have something to tell you. Uhm. I am one of the candidates for the search of Mr. and Ms. AEPS" Alyn opened up. " Really? wow that's amazing. Well, I am also one of the male candidates Alyn you know." Donny shared. When it was Alyn turned," Oh, that would be great, so who is going to be your partner?". Donny answered with, " It is going to be Cryst. The new transferee. How about yours Alyn?". Alyn felt a little bit of weirdness the moment she heard about Cryst but she just answered what Donny asked and, " Gio. It's gonna be Gio, Don."
Donny felt weird too the moment he heard the name "Gio". But they were able to conquer the weird feelings by covering it with amazing words like," I know you can do really well" and the like. After this, Alyn got the capacity to ask about Donny's life and she felt bad when she entirely heard about what had happened to his parents for Donny never experienced having both parents for very long period of time. But, Donny never shared about his wealthy side for he just never wanted to be rich in the first place. And when Alyn knew everything about his parents, she got excited the moment she told about something to Donny. " Donny, What will be your gift to me?". Alyn suddenly asked. " Huh?" Donny responded with full of confusions. "Hahaha, tomorrow is my 15th Birthday!". Alyn said in excitement. Donny immediately hugged Alyn when he knew about it. " Then, which means, there's gonna be 3 years left! Wohohh!". Donny said being so much delighted. When their great talks went done, Camila invited Donny for Dinner but Donny could not accept the offer for he needed a lot of rest as of the moment. However, he promised that he will be coming back earlier tomorrow for Alyn's birthday. Mariano and Camila were starting to like Donny for their daughter. They saw how true Donny can be to Alyn. They never thought that Alyn could experience those moments that she had never experienced before. They were happy for their daughter but they were quite concerned as well for what would possibly happen. But they taught themselves to stop worrying what could go wrong in the future and focus on the present instead. When Donny got back to home and immediately went to bed, he could not sleep at all for he was immensely excited for Alyn's 15th birthday but at the same time , he was feeling like carrying hectic schedules for he was part of the upcoming activity but Donny decided to just go with the flow and while he was in bed, he was thinking about the possible gift he could possibly give to Alyn. The Greece family was preparing for the 15th birthday celebration of Alyn. But before the celebration, Gio called Alyn for their own rehearsal and, " Oh Gio, sorry I can't make it today. Maybe, tomorrow morning? Is that okay?". Alyn explained. Gio was able to grasp everything and he never bothered asking for the reason why Alyn could not go. It was going to be a simple celebration but for Alyn's side, it would be the most amazing celebration ever for she felt like a lot of things had happened so far and at the same time, she felt like, she can do everything she wanted to do in her whole life in a manner that the rules implemented were officially not taking any significant parts anymore within their circle.
