"Haven't I already told everyone to move quietly when there's no moon outside? This is a disaster." Lucian spoke as softly as he can. No one can argue with him. Naked Sai that has already turned to his human form is covered with cloth. His face still flushed from humiliation at his act. When Lucian came back home, he cowered in fear and shut his mouth shut, causing him to have terrible hiccups. The house is a different matter, the receiving hall is now in shambles. The glasses shattered. The floor crumbled. And more than that, the most pressing problem is that the people within one-kilometer radius of the house felt the shaking of the ground. Lucian set eyes on Kayne and dragged him to the center of the hall. "Fix it," he demanded. Kayne groused yet he still does the job in every respect. He learned the trick in restoring inanimate objects during his stay in the den from one of the staff there. And from then on, he became one of the working hands in fixing the literal mess of the Regulus family. Koiren, who is observing from the sidelines, was captivated by the magic he's seeing for the first time in his life. Not long after, he finished fully restoring the area. Just when he's planning to settle down in his room, Lucian called him again, telling them, Koiren and him, to come to the conservatory where a variety of plants and trees were planted to house his pet birds. Having not slept yet for the night, Kayne followed Lucian automatically. "If the child wants to sleep now, you can go and leave the rest to the adults," Lucian said when he noticed Kayne winking several times and holding his yawn. Koiren teased Kayne and the latter snarled back. "Seems like the both of you still have energy to spare," Lucian commented while fixing his lenses. Back to his business attitude, he requested the youths to join him in his seat, pointing to the bench beside his own bench. He whistled and a flock of birds came rushing to his side. "The two of you will head straight to Yothopyia Institute tomorrow. I already finished the arrangements with the headmaster. He'll welcome the both of you as researchers and not as students. Yearly, our business sends 20 researchers of magic as part of our contract with Yothopyia and both of you will be participating in it. By providing the basic weapons of the institute, they allow us access to the knowledge on how to improve our products. However, that's the least of our concern." Lucian took a breather before carrying on in his explanation. "As requested by Reileigh Stanz, you'll help him investigate a peculiar event that running currently at Yothopyia." "Six students have already been found dead. The first one is a son of a baron. He's a special talent as a Neo, having two abilities that could affect large areas. His family found him dead in his room, his limbs were deformed unnaturally like a laundry being twisted to take its water off. As if not enough, the corpse is found bloodless. Not a single drop of blood was seen in the scene. The others are also Neos that were being praised for their talents and among the victims is Lady Irene Grazia whom your father is acquainted with." "Are you telling me to save every person who has a connection with my father?" Kayne interrupted when he noticed the point of the conversation. Lucian fixed his eyeglasses in place once more. "That's not so. I expected you to lend a hand for a different reason than charity. Do you remember the day Rigel picked you up?" Kayne's eyes widened and his hands trembled when Lucian mentioned 'that' day. "There's no point hiding it from me, I know most of the truths in this continent." "I-I do." Kayne replied. The confidence he developed in the past months, shied away in that moment as he felt the ground crumbling below his feet. "The students who are dead are all part of the group Rigel organized to inspect the borders of Erasmus territory. Coincidentally, he picked you up from that place and coincidentally, all of the children involved are falling one by one. What do you think is going on, Kayne?" "I-I have no idea." Lucian looked at the trembling lad beside him. There's a possibility that they are pointing their fingers in the wrong direction but they can't still rule out the connection between the Erasmus territory and the victims including Kayne's involvement in the case. "The case is known and recorded as the "Dry Towel Incidents" and is the current topic of debates on high societies. Meaning, the public's eyes will be directed and focused on the case until completion." Lucian got to his feet and straightened his attire. "I am not giving you any false hopes but, maybe you can track Rigel through this small door."

Just finished watching 25 eps. on Amazon Prime and the last 5 on Youtube because I couldn't wait. Both main casts are so lovely and did an awesome job. This is the second time I watched Zheng Ye Cheng as one of the main leads. I couldn't get over the 'An Oriental Odyssey' because he has a cute smile and very soothing voice. I hope that I can see both main leads in more future c-dramas. Highly recommend it.
