Everyday takes a dynamic phase, with a significant offer, the end of a day determines the beginning of another. Everything goes smoothly accept for the minor things she considers major. About her mates, when she goes for lectures and have some of her them gossip about her. She often imagine fatal measures of terminating them if she had super powers but since that was only imaginations she had to overlook them, besides they are wrong about her.
        It's been over a month she haven't set her eyes on both Susan and Fatima. Where could they have gone? Could they be running from her or they went on a pleasure trip? 
"Whoever offends me when I have nothing against the person will never succeed in life. the soil will chase them, the air will toss them, water will hurl them violently, no peace no rest, life will be so difficult and hard for them, that i promise" 
         Amanda returned hastily to the shop, looking like she wants to take something and leave but instead when she got to that seat she fell on it and relaxed, somewhat excited or tensed, sweaty and seems to be separated from her body. 
"You look excited, what is it?" Roselyn asked looking at her with so much concern. She was mixing baking ingredients before Amanda's arrival, now she's paused.
"Oh you are here" She didn't know that Roselyn was there. Never expected to see anyone in the shop but also did wonder why the shop was open.
"You look excited" Roselyn said drawing closer. Amanda did not answer with words, she only raised her hands, moving her fingers so that the engagement ring will be noticed.
"Chimo! you got engaged?" Roselyn yelled just as every lady does when proposed to or when shown an engagement ring. Without hearing who was responsible they already began to behave like people who's never seen or heard about engagement. There's something about this union called marriage, it can make a lady go crazy. It's weird enough to make anyone wonder what they would gain from the marriage that they haven't had before. of course the difference is not very much, whatever happens in a marriage today happens in a relationships. However people tends to do more things in relationships than marriage this days, so what special package does marriage unbox to ladies? Do they see it as a competition among their friends or does that makes them more important or does it make way for other good things? Hard to guess, of course. will never understand. 
"So give me the gist" Roselyn sat her down to get the full story.
"You remember the guy I told you about?"
             Roselyn tried to create a picture in her mind but none was coming.
"No" she replied doubtfully.
"My best friend I told you about"
"I don't think I remember..... wait, you mean the guy you don't wanna date but want to have only intimacy with?"
"Correct! two weeks ago he demanded we take this to another level, he wanted us to date and not just friends with benefits anymore, I considered the idea, he is not a bad person in anyway, he looks good too and financially stable. I gave us a chance to see how it goes, we became lovers and so far he's proving every point and today he engaged me. I'm so excited"
"Okwaya? I'm happy for you too, congratulations" She said holding her hand to take a better look at the ring.
"Thank you"
"This surely worth a good fortune"
"I know. He's always trying to give me the best"
"Really? so why have you refused to date him earlier?"
"errh...He's my husband to be now, telling you things like that entails I'm betraying my matrimony"
"Now I know why you didn't tell me when you weren't engaged, because you were expecting something"
"And I'm glad i was careful enough"
"Don't make me feel like you alone has a man"
"No, not me alone, many has but there's difference. As for you, yours is a boyfriend who is currently far and mute and as for others there's is an old fashion, out of date, mine is the trend. not a boyfriend but a fiancee"
"Wow, you have really explained it with a lot of insults" She was hurt indeed to be told that her beloved boyfriend is far and mute. It made her feel like there's no hope for her. She sounded as if she was sent to stir her emotions. 
"Don't say that. I didn't insult anyone. Your time is coming, and when that comes, it will be the latest. you will glow even more than me. This beauty will grow even more, he will be crazy about you on whatever you do. he'll feel like eating you, cuddling or taking you along to wherever he goes. Even when he's with you, he will still miss you, even when he knows you are his he will still make advances to woo you. Don't worry, you will have the best in your time, I assure you and trust me I will give you the best decorations and best cake"
              Roselyn smiled shyly. that's one thing about Amanda, she's very sensitive. she's careful but whenever she makes a careless statement she rectifies it immediately.
"I can't wait to see him. I really miss him"
"He will be missing you even more. I'm sure he will be more excited to see you. He will definitely restore your happiness and activeness"
"Have I not been active?"
"Unlike when he was around. you were more cheerful and lively, even your looks"
"My looks? what about it?"
"Never mind, but always remember I once talked about your looks"
"I'm not getting fatter neither am I getting slimmer. still the same"
            From that day on Roselyn was getting similar comments from ladies and she feels strange, such she can not explain. But one of the mothers made it clear. 
"I pray your baby is a girl, my son will marry her for she will be as beautiful as you" a woman carrying a baby boy at her back said looking at her stomach. Roselyn also did not feign naivety, she smiled even when she's confused.
"But I was confirmed not to be pregnant. what is happening? Everyone see me as a mother to be. No, I must check myself properly this time" She thought. She quickly bought the stuffs in the market and rushed to the pharmacy for the pregnancy test device. When she got home, it was the first thing she did, she did it as was to be done and it came out positive - she was pregnant.  
           The result confirmed she was two months pregnant. 
"Why? what's all this play? I thought I bypassed this. I thought I have escaped. The doctor said it's fever, how come about the result? Was it another person's result they gave me? God! everything is getting more complicated. why me? I didn't plan for this. what will I tell my family? how can I face my mates when the so called rumors is now the truth? I can't stay here, I will go on a vacation"
Roselyn spoke disappointedly with tears dropping.
