Amanda was washing when Roselyn woke, the clothes were so much that anyone can tell it took an hour or more to wash. She was almost done when Roselyn came out, the mild sun could tell she had a long sleep.
"Good morning Amanda"
"Asa, you are up. how did you sleep?"
"Standing" They laughed, Amanda knew the answer was given based on how the question was asked. 
"Okay, I get it. My question is confusing you"
"I know what you wanted but the way you asked, it could mean anything. the direct way should be 'how was your night', isn't it?"
"Ok, how was your night, ugogbe oyibo?"
  
               Roselyn nodded with a slight smile. she joined Amanda on the seat like someone who has something to say.
"I'm impressed to see your face glowing this morning with a smile and so It shall remain. it exposes that beauty the more and I feel jealous"
"Please, stop. You have sweet mouth like a guy in love. God knows why he didn't create you a boy, you will spoil the girls". They laughed, Amanda sounding louder.
"But I said the truth"
"Not in the manner you should have. You are equally beautiful, even more. look at your hips and boobs, all bigger than mine"
"Those are your primary emphasis, isn't it?now let me list yours. you are taller and more elegant, you are very light in complexion which many finds more attractive, you have a colorful face, bigger bright eyes, dark long lashes and brows, pointed nose and pink lips, your balloons pointing upwards and...."
"It's okay, if I should allow you, you will continue until you end up giving the qualities of a non-existing thing"
"If I was a guy, I would take you away from your boyfriend. He shouldn't have all these to himself. I'm sure he would sometimes see you as something edible, sweet girl, fresh carrot, ripe pawpaw, pineapple water, soft fresh bread, ice cream, nwa nmiri"
"Do you know that you are very naughty?"
"I'm no longer a child. You saying I'm naughty, don't you know more than your parents? the bad things you know today without being taught by anyone is far more than what your parents ever knew. Are you not one of those that says your favorite is doggy, missionary, snake in the monkey shadows,.... "
"Enough.! enough! chineke! to be honest Amanda, you have spoiled. Are your parents aware of how far you have gone?"
"Like you. Your mom can swear now that you are a virgin"
"Hahaha, serious" Roselyn felt reminded and restored. "I have disappointed them. I've slipped off their fingers. All advice and teachings wasted, I just wonder how I'm going to keep this out of their ears till I conceive"
"Don't let that bother you, you have me, I got you. you can call me a bad girl for that, no wahala. About what you said last night, about not wanting to stay here, I gave my brother a call and he said you can come stay with him"
"Your brother?"
"Yes, my twin"
"You don't have any other family here?"
"No, the rest are in the East"
"Hold on please, you said you have a brother in this Abuja?"
"Yes, my twin brother"
"Twin brother, and you never talked about him?"
"Everyone around me knows about him. But the distance and his work terms keeps him busy always"
"Won't I be causing him inconveniences?"
"My brother is the simplest person you will ever meet. Don't worry, you will like him when you meet him. You will feel comfortable at his place. in fact, both of you will be comfortable"
             Roselyn had mixed feelings, one is being glad having gotten a place she can stay hidden till she puts to bed but the contradicting part is being with a single guy in one building, that can be risky and tempting too. It might lead to something awful, However she has to keep calm till she sees the person, since the assurance was coming from a trusted friend. 
"So, you guys picked a day?"
"Ah, anytime you decide. Your most appropriate time"
"And him?"
"He will be fine, anytime"
"Ok. thank you,. thank you so much Amanda, without you I don't know what I would have done. You have really been good to me more than I deserve. I have nothing to pay back with but my God will bless you"
"You know you are my only sister, kid sis. So then I need to take good care of you"
 
            This was sweet, Roselyn smiled. And after awhile they were washing together. Roselyn wished it was Amanda herself she was going to stay with for she was practically her kind of person. She understands her very well and keeps away whatever does not please her.
               Two days they were at the place. it was a four hours journey, it's quite a distance and definitely it's far from people that knows her. They ended up in front of a mighty gate.
"Is this where your brother stays?"
"Yes"
"Him alone this big house? or .... is this one of your uncle's house and he stays here as a caretaker?" 
"He pays the rent by himself"
"What does he do?" She asked now taking a better look at the building. It was big and beautiful. It will surely contain not less than 5 rooms. 
"When you get there you'll know"
               As they knocked on the get a teenager came and opened the gate but before then they waited almost twenty minutes. The boy let them in, locked the gate and led the way.
"Why locking it with a padlock when they are around?"
"Uju, will I answer every question you have today? You have more time and besides you will be staying here so whatever you need to know you will know it"
"I ever told you my native name?"
"I listen to your mother's call, when you both speak, remember?"
"I haven't heard that name from outsiders for a long time"
"Am I an outsider?"
"I don't mean what you are thinking"
"You better tell me, if I am"
"No, you are not, my sweet lovely, beautiful naughty sister". They laughed. Even as they were talking Roselyn's eyes never ceased surveying.
