Chapter 58.

Rein looked at her mother, but she wanted to be honest and have her feelings acknowledged by her mother, even though Maudy didn't know how Rein felt now. Once again, Rein took a deep breath and looked at his mother more closely.
"Mom, what's wrong if Rein falls in love with Maudy? His mother actually shook her head but found it difficult to explain what the situation was. Until his younger brother came home and said, "It's not wrong. It's just that you're really insensitive, aren't you? He snorted, making Rein almost throw the Aqua bottle in front of him.
"Shut up, you! She said firmly that his younger brother, Awan, just stuck out his tongue mockingly, and who cared if Rein was angry or rolled around in a rage in front of him?
"Mom, he's stupid; isn't he insensitive, I think?" Cloud sneered again, making Rein glare at Cloud.
"What do you mean, go to school there properly and study well?" he said, telling his younger brother not to interfere.
"Ish, never mind, ma'am. He's really stupid; when will he be smart? You're smart, and you go everywhere. He said he was reluctant to prolong the problem. He knew his brother would always lose when arguing with him. So, why bother, you little guts? he snorted inside.
"What?" he asked with a rather loud intonation that made Awan turn his back on him immediately and shake his buttocks and hips, intending to mock him because Awan knew that Rein was most annoyed at being ridiculed and declared a coward.
"Shut up! Go!!" He ordered his younger brother, and because he was reluctant to make a fuss, the clouds immediately passed.
"Mom, Awan wants to eat. He's hungry, and your other child told him to eat outside. He said it reluctantly, looking at his older brother. He knew that Awan would definitely make fun of him and tease him again for being insensitive. Actually, Rein knows why he is considered insensitive; it's just that he has always thought that it was just nonsense. But lately, they rarely see each other.
Rein lay down on the sofa because he was too lazy to go to the room; his mother rebuked him.
"Just go to your room, bro. After all, you don't have work today. Eat it; I'll make your favourite food later, and you like to fight with your sister, sis. You know yourself right; you and your sister have opposing haracteristics. You are too entertaining with human things; now your sister is realistic and logical. Even though you can still say it's humane. His mother explained.
"Ma'am, but is it okay if Rein goes to Jakarta?" he asked again.
"How about with Mira?" asked his mother to make sure
"Why does it have to be Mirna?" asked Rein suddenly.
"You're really stupid, Sis; it's true," said his younger brother while spooning rice into his mouth. He didn't care if his older brother looked at him with eyes as sharp as knives and could use his eyes to stab other people at any time.
"Shut up!"
"Brother, just be quiet; don't tell people to, he said anyway.
Meanwhile, Maudy was having fun on the phone with Nuril, her cousin; she was listening to Nuril's complaints, and she herself didn't know where the problem lay.
"Ril, what were you talking about earlier? Maudy asked because she was confused by Nuril's jumping up and down talk.
"Dy, you've been listening to me, haven't you? She also asked Maudy irritably,
"Listen, I'm just confused; you explain and run away. It was clear that Maudy was making Nuril suddenly scream from there as if she were about to cry loudly, but Maudy knew that Nuril would just scream, like a drunk person who just screams, for no reason.
"Ril, don't cry like that, bro. You're like a child, you know, crying for no reason even though it's yourself who caused the problem. Maudy's words made Nuril fall silent for a moment from across there.
"Dy, Fathur has been hard to contact; I just left him like that in front of the house, he said vehemently.
"Whose house?" Maudy responded even though she seemed to know the answer.
"It's mom's house; yes, he left me in front of mom's house. I told him to come down; I'll talk again tomorrow; after that, he just left. Nuril still didn't want to give in, saying he was in the wrong, but he still said that Fathur was in the wrong.
"Nuying, don't be ridiculous. You were delivered in front of your house, not someone else's house; where is he impolite? And anyway, why do you guys keep fighting? It seems like you guys rarely fight, and besides, I don't remember ever meeting him, but I feel close to Fathur, especially when you come to the house. Then, I looked at him carefully. He's not someone who will start a fight on purpose. Obviously, Maudy told what she thought was true from her point of view without knowing that Nuril was listening more intensely, and in her heart, she sneered at Maudy and also hated herself, who is sometimes really sensitive.
"So, I was wrong then? Nuril from across there snorted, and Maudy could feel and even imagine what it would be like to see her cousin snort.
"Ril, try to be mature. Not everything you want can be achieved just like that. And it doesn't just have to be that our lives are always good and comfortable. Try to understand a little more about other humans, so that at least we can be considered humane. Maudy explained this to Nuril because she knows her best friend's stubborn nature better than anyone.
"You think I'm stubborn like that? Nuril asked Maudy, and even though she didn't see it directly, Maudy nodded. Then he answered because he knew that Nuril did not see.
"Well, that's how it is. Not bad, hem... Not bad, not much, in my opinion. Maudy said it honestly.
"Okay, I'm sorry," said Nuril, suddenly making Maudy chuckle.
"You're not drunk, right? You should be apologising to Fathur, not me. She chuckled in response.
"Tomorrow I'll apologise; see you here tomorrow, Dy," she said. Maudy nodded.
"Okay," Maudy said, then cut off their call.
She looked at his device, shook his head slowly, smiled faintly, found it funny, and at the same time couldn't stop thinking about Nuril, his best friend and cousin.
Maudy didn't think about the possibility of what she might encounter in Jakarta tomorrow or while there, unlike someone who had just arrived in Jakarta on the train she was on. It's not a matter of time but a matter of his mental state, whether he is ready or not. Arga had thought about so many things.
"What if Maudy was really standing in front of him? What would he do? Then how would he behave? Should he pretend not to know him too? Ah, what about his parents? Is it true that he will accept Arga if he finds out that I have been looking for Maudy all this time? his monologue, a question for himself, which he asked himself, was not someone else asking, but himself.
Arga arrived at his apartment faster; he immediately got out of the taxi and immediately entered his apartment building. Arga deliberately did not want his driver or his family to pick him up so that no one would know that he was returning to Jakarta empty-handed. Ah, actually, it's not empty-handed; he's just reluctant to meet Maudy for now if he can meet later without Maudy having to hide if she sees him.
