Chapter 62.

At around three o'clock in the afternoon, Maudy and his family had just arrived in Jakarta. Yes, it took almost five hours for them to arrive, and yes, it was a bit far from Maudy's place, but actually, because the train they were taking had to be delayed for about an hour, they arrived quite unknowingly. afternoon.
"Mom, can we just take a taxi? Maudy's suggestion.
"Eh, why? Nuril didn't pick us up? Her mother asked, making Maudy confused about how to explain to her mother that Nuril was fighting with Fathur.
"Nuril can't pick up mom," said Maudy.
"Why?" asked her mother, because she didn't think Nuril was busy, and besides, it didn't make sense, she thought.
"Okay, let's just take a taxi. It's no problem," said the father, making Maudy nod.
"Nuril fought with Fathur again." Her mother asked, making Maudy silent; she didn't shake her head or nod. Her mother's guess was absolutely correct.
"Oh my gosh, that kid. Just see you later, when you get home... Mom will be mad at him." His annoyance made Maudy wince.
Her mother is not someone who likes to be angry or chatty, but her mother will also be annoyed if she stays like that for a long time. He already considered Nuril his son, so according to Maudy, it was only natural.
"Mom, be patient. Nuril is like that; it's like I don't even know what she's like. Maudy explained, but her mother didn't want to know.
"She already wants to get married; it's only a matter of days. Don't be rich with children all the time. Her mother said
Just wait; later Mama will give him advice. Don't let her get into that habit; if you're married, you can't like her anymore. Life is not about her or only her; it is different. Because she was already alone and married. If he's still single and she continues like that, what if he's married and has children? Mama can't stop thinking about it. She said she was massaging her forehead because she was dizzy. Having just arrived in Jakarta, she was already dizzy thinking about her other daughter, she thought. Well, even though Nuril is her husband's niece, according to Maudy's mother, Nuril has become her child too. Since she was small and closer to her.
"Mom, why are you patient? Normal young people. Maudy's father spoke calmly. He knows that his wife already considers Nuril her biological child, and she loves Nuril very much, just like Maudy. In fact, his wife is closer to Nuril than Maudy, even though Maudy and her mother are also very close.
Already, ma, come on, there's a taxi. Maudy said she had stopped a taxi for them to take to their aunt's house.
In the end, they took a taxi while Nuril was waiting to hear from Maudy. Indeed, he had sent a message to Maudy to take a taxi. He couldn't pick him up because Fathur didn't want to take him; he didn't mean Nuril had to be with Fathur, or he didn't mean to just continue to rely on Fathur. However, because Fathur had promised to pick up Maudy and his family when he arrived in Jakarta, what made Nuril even more irritated was that this time Fathur had broken his promise. Usually never, but for some reason he even denied it. Either because he was busy or simply forgot. Or even deliberately forgetting, because earlier Nuril called Fathur's house, meaning his family's house, but they said Fathur had already left, either working or really having something to do; his sister said he left early in the morning. And when Nuril contacted Fathur's office, they said Fathur hadn't arrived yet; indeed, Fathur had applied for leave before the wedding but still came to work occasionally. This made Nuril even more worried, but the man was reluctant to even call her for a moment.
"Where the heck is that guy?" he muttered furiously to himself.
Meanwhile, Fathur actually met his old acquaintance across from the office of the man he met. Fathur looked up at the tall building, which was bigger and more magnificent than his office. His company is also not a small company; it's just that compared to Argantara's company, he clearly loses; he is nothing compared to that man's company, and even now, he didn't expect to be friends and good friends with Arga. Even though they were apart some time ago, they have not really made up. It's just that, honestly, from the bottom of his heart, Fathur doesn't really hate Arga. He was just angry and upset, even now. Hate exists; it definitely does. Especially in the past, when he ignored Maudy's family after what he had done and how he accused and left Maudy alone in the dark,
"Why do you want to meet me?" asked someone who had just arrived and immediately spoke sarcastically to Fathur.
"Oh, hi," he said, waving his hand, "is it here? Please sit down. What would you like to order? asked Fathur, diverting the conversation, reluctant to respond to Arga's question, which of course made the man even more annoyed.
"I asked, why did you ask me to meet you here? He reluctantly answered Fathur's question as well.
"You're really stubborn, aren't you? In fact, I just wanted to meet you here. Fathur chuckled again.
Arga was reluctant to respond too; he only looked at Fathur with a frown and returned his gaze. It had been a long time since he sat alone with Fathur; the last time was when they met in Bali a few months ago, half a year ago. Ah, I can't believe that time flies so fast.
"It's been a long time since we talked like this, huh? The last time was six or seven months ago, wasn't it? Fathur also said this, before finally a waitress came with Fathur's order. And Fathur also returned to order food.
"I haven't eaten yet; this cake is delicious; I'll order another one for you," he said, then ordered the same cake for Arga, then ordered another cake, different for him and Arga too. Arga just watched and was confused, but he was reluctant to comment. After that, Fathur told Arga to order his own drink while he was here. Arga finally ordered lemon juice, basil juice, and a mixture of milk. Arga said that just looking at the drink was refreshing for him. Especially if he drinks it, he thought.
"You always live healthy, huh? Fathur asked, reluctant to look at him, and he just continued eating his cake and talking to Arga.
Once again, Arga sighed.
"What do you want, Tour?" asked Arga again, because she couldn't stand just sitting quietly and watching Fathur all the time.
Fathur finished his meal and left a little more of the cake, then sipped his drink and put his hands on the table while looking at Arga.
"Have a drink first, so I can relax. I don't want anything; I just want to chat. I haven't talked for a long time. Fathur said he was very stupid.
"Tour, as I remember, the last time we met and talked, it wasn't this close. Don't make it seem like you're my friend. Arga said
"I'm your friend. But you're the only one who forgot that you once had a friend like me," replied Fathur nonchalantly.
Arga is still staring at Fathur carefully. Just now, he stared even more intensely. How could he not? He was even reluctant to look at Arga but still talked as if they were the closest, even though Arga couldn't deny that they used to be very close—like twins. Although, last time, their meeting was full of emotion, it was not entirely Fathur's.
