Chapter 64.

Fathur drove his car at medium speed; actually, he was trying to buy time while contacting Nuril first; unfortunately, the woman didn't pick up, making Fathur exhale roughly. Finally, Fathur decided to go to Nuril's house instead of waiting, and it ended up getting worse, he thought. Until he drove his car fast enough. Although the distance from Nuril's house to where he met Arga was quite far, Fathur could get there in just twenty minutes. Meanwhile, Nuril, who was sullen at home, watched Maudy and her parents arrive. Nuril felt guilty and uncomfortable because she had broken her promise. In fact, he promised to pick them up. Maudy, who had just arrived, looked at Nuril with the corner of her eye, as if asking a question that made Nuril only look down.
"Ril, mom wants to ask, are you fighting with Fathur? Can't you promise to pick up mom and dad? Maudy doesn't even do it. If you have a fight with Fathur, can't you pick us up? Mama Maudy started scolding Nuril, not because she was tired of taking public transportation; what's more, what they were taking was a taxi, but because he felt that Nuril was irresponsible.
"It's not like that, Tan, but Fathur also promised to pick you up. He said he was starting to rub his tongue so he wouldn't get scolded by Maudy's mother.
Meanwhile, Maudy started to stop her mother from nagging.
"Mom, that's it, mom; I'm not tired or just nagging. Besides, Nuril and Fathur have jobs too. If they forget, that's understandable; we were also wrong; they left suddenly. Besides, the promise was two days before the party, even a week or even eight days before the party. Maudy said, Winning.
"Mama's not angry because she and Fathur didn't pick them up, but she's annoyed because Fathur didn't come along and she didn't pick them up. Besides, why do all the fighting when you're already getting married? You can keep fighting. His mother scolded him again.
Yes, Ma, but they also have an agreement in their marriage. Yes, you can't just equalise everything, bro. Maudy explained again.
Yes, mom, I understand, but right-"
"Mom, it's been a while; mom, just rest first. Poor Nuril. Let Maudy talk to Nuril; Daddy,  take Mom to the room, okay? He said he was asking for help with the code from his father.
Her father took her mother to their room, and Maudy slowly approached Nuril.
Ril! he called, patting his cousin on the shoulder.
"Hmm, why?" asked Nuril.
"Are you really fighting with Brother Fathur? Maudy asked, looking at her cousin carefully.
Nuril, who understood that Maudy was curious, just nodded without explaining the reason.
"Why?" Maudy asked, even though Nuril deliberately didn't prolong it to finish it, but apparently Maudy didn't understand what he meant. Besides, Maudy just wanted to know where their problems started. Why do we have to fight at a time like this? thought Maudy too.
"Eh, eungh, it's okay. Nuril said she couldn't explain it because she was afraid that Maudy would find out that Arga was in her past. Even though he knew that Maudy had lost part of her memory, at least if she asked further, it would make her suspicious, and Maudy could just ask and even find out herself, and that could make Maudy's head hurt again. And Nuril doesn't want that to happen again.
"Explain, come on! Maudy took Nuril to her room because Nuril and Maudy would share different beds or bedrooms while Maudy was in Jakarta.
Maudy put her backpack on the sofa in Nuril's room and slowly arranged her clothes on the hanger, then changed into casual clothes, then sat down after everything she had done to make herself comfortable.
"Why?" Nuril asked when Maudy patted the bed next to her to tell Maudy to sit next to her.
"Sit here first. I want me to tell a story," said Maudy, trying to seduce Nuril, who was a bit reluctant.
"Ril, I think Fathur will come. The answer is reply.
"He said he had a fight; he will definitely come; he wants to apologize." Even though it wasn't his fault. However, you will definitely tell him to apologize. Maudy's chuckle, whose statement was very accurate, made Nuril frown and sit with her face bent.
"Don't bend your face; the sweetness will disappear, you know," teased Maudy, making Nuril sneer again.
"Oh, Maudy, are you done? he said, sulking, until Maudy finished teasing Nuril.
"Ril, I'll tell you here, I don't really understand anything about this relationship, especially since you've been dating Fathur for a long time. Well, even though I don't remember you ever dating anyone, It's better if you know who your first love was or who first made your heart flutter. Is it me? I don't remember at all, and as long as you know, it doesn't matter. Why? Because I feel like I'll get true love again later, and you should be grateful to be loved by Fathur, and remember, you should change slowly. Ril, I'm not telling us to change into Power Rangers; you know, no. I'm not telling you to change all your characteristics, but please, don't be too childish; your attitude like that can make other people bored with you," explained Maudy, looking at Nuril while holding both of her cousin's hands.

Nuril looked at Maudy for a long time, and so did Maudy. Maudy looked at Nuril, trying to understand why he was sometimes reckless or selfish. She knew that her cousin and best friend loved her. However, he himself didn't know where Nuril and Fathur's problems were. Meanwhile, Nuril tried to understand what was in Maudy's heart. After everything that had happened, Maudy was still able to give him advice with a friendly smile. What if he finds out one day that Nuril is fighting with Fathur because of Maudy's past? It is related to Maudy's past. Even though he wasn't really a murderer, according to Nuril, Arga was still a murderer. Because he was the one who made Maudy like this, one thing they believe to be grateful for is that Maudy is still alive and has lost his memory. Because of that, he can put his life back together again without having Arga's name in it.
"Dy, what is your heart made of?" asked Nuril.
"Yes, it was made by God; I don't know myself," said Maudy, frowning because she didn't understand what Nuril meant.
"So what?" Maudy said it again, but Nuril shook his head.
Nothing; it's just why are you always nice to people? Nuril asked again, confused by her cousin's thoughts.
"Ril, do you know that, actually, everything can be fine if your thoughts are also fine?" Maudy replied with a look full of optimism towards Nuril, whom he had never found so far. Even in Maudy's mother, ah, that optimism; she also found it in Casya's eyes. Nuril was sure that Casya and Nuril would be needed in the future. Either to be a life partner or a best friend. And Nuril chose to observe Maudy.
"Dy, not everyone can accept what you say, you know," said Nuril.
Maudy nodded in confirmation, and so with a long sigh, she explained again, "Ril, but not everything you want; you can have what you need; what you need is what you need; what do you understand about Fathur, right?" about who can please him, not that. Likewise with other people, including your future," he explained again.
Meanwhile, Fathur arrived at Nuril's house and instead returned to Fahri's house with his older cousin and neighbor, and  Fathur's good friend too, Farhan.
"What are you doing here? Farhan asked.
"At least I fought with Nuril," continued Fahri.
"Bro, I'll be here first, okay? He says he is asking for help.
While sitting on the swing in the yard next to Fahri's house, he just sighed when Farhan looked at him with strange, unreadable eyes, while Fahri thought about what was happening to Fathur. Not long after, Fahri's home phone rang, and Farhan and Fathur were gone.
"What is it? Fahri asked, trying to calm him down, even though it felt strange to him.
