"Wow..." Trixi uttered as she saw how amazing the capital is. People were lively; the newly constructed structures are stunning, and around every corner are numerous shops. 
Kids were laughing as they run in front of them. Keyla watches them, she wonders what it is like to be free like those children who worry about nothing. 
"Keyla! Come on, we have to buy the ingredients." Julia called
"Right, coming!" Keyla stated as she went toward them
Vaughn and Adonis saw them enter the shop. Adonis uttered, "Let's go to the other shop."
"Eh? Why?" Vaughn asks
"I want to buy the nightshade plant first before the glow dust."
Vaughn smirks as he realized something, "Are you shy?"
"What are you talking about?"
"I mean, you don't want to enter that shop because Keyla, Trixi, and the other girl were in there, right?"
"I don't want them to think that we're following them."
"You're joking? You, folks, are classmates and went into this capital to buy the same stuff for the potion blah blah, and you're thinking that?"
"Shut up, I'm going to buy the nightshade."
Vaughn grabbed his forearm, "No, no. We're going inside. You don't have to be shy."
"Let go of me."
Trixi, Julia, and Keyla come out from the door and saw both of them. Vaughn noticed them and uttered, "Ah..."
Trixi laughs, "What on earth are you two doing?"
"Are they dating?" Julia whispers to Keyla
Keyla simply laughs, "C'mon, girls, we have to give them space."
The three of them walk away. Adonis glared at Vaughn and said, "I told you to let me go,"
Vaughn replied as he rubs his nape, "Well, that was awkward, anyway, buy whatever you need, and I'll pay for it."
"As you should, you put me into a very humiliating spot,"
Vaughn gasp, "That was not my fault."
"Then whose fault is it?"
"Mine!"
Adonis stared at him blankly because of his stupidity, he entered the shop and left Vaughn outside. However, Vaughn followed him. As soon as they entered, an old woman greet them, "Hello, young men. What would you like?"
"Glow dust, please," Vaughn answered
"Certainly," the old woman replied as she grab a small bag of glow dust. "That'll be two silver coins, please."
Vaughn handed her the coins, they were about to depart the place but the old woman suddenly spoke, "I sense a great terror in this shop earlier. Do you perhaps know who that person is?"
Vaughn and Adonis look at each other's eyes, "What do you mean, ma'am?" Vaughn ask
"Apparently, I saw a vision as soon as I touched her hands. " she added, "A terrifying dread is on its way to Spipoiary. Always be careful with that girl,"
Vaughn smiled, "Don't fret, ma'am, we will."
The old lady smiled at them. Both of them exited the store and began walking to find another shop
"I wonder if she's referring to Keyla. She's the only one in Spivilion to defeat Professor Melfynn twice, her mana is overwhelming and her combat skills are exceptional, probably because she trained for a very long time, but she seems like a threat to others, I must say. Nevertheless, it's odd how that old lady told us to be careful, and as far as I remember, Keyla told me she doesn't have any supernatural abilities like us. What do you think, Scheben?"
Adonis uttered, "We all know Keyla is a descendant of Sir Laurince Madris. Maybe being strong is in their genes, but I don't think she's a pure paladin."
"How can you say so?"
"I'm sure you already noticed it since you hang out with her a lot,"
"My head hurts just thinking about it, I want to explore the capital before going back to Spivilion Institution, and I'm also starving, do you want anything?" Vaughn ask
"No, thanks. I'm not hungry."
"My treat."
Adonis thought about it for a moment, "Can I have a cinnamon roll, please?" he uttered
Vaughn laughs, "What was that? That was so out of character, man! You're a shy person, aren't ya?"
"Shut up, you're so loud..."
Vaughn smacked his shoulder multiple times, "It's okay, it's okay. You don't have to be shy around me!"
"Shut up!"
Vaughn grabbed Adonis to the nearest shop and ordered two cinnamon rolls and some beverage
"Do you like some poison ivy shake?" The lady stated
"Poison ivy?" Vaughn asks
"Oh, it's like a coconut shake with caramel syrup and sprinkles on top, it's super yummy,"
"Why would you call it poison ivy shake?" He asks again
"I don't know, I can ask my grandma if you want,"
"It's okay," Vaughn smiles at her and the lady flustered
They departed the shop and started walking on the street. Adonis took a bite of his cinnamon roll. 
"Glowing mushroom for sale!" A vendor yelled
Adonis quickly walked towards the vendor and ask, "How much for the glowing mushroom, sir?"
"4 silver coins, young man, but if you're interested to buy some of our stuff, the glowing mushroom would be free for ya to take!"
"What stuff?" Vaughn inquired
"Well, we have some artifacts and some ancient relics, we also have a potion recipe book, and a history book that was never written in the usual books you found inside the libraries."
Vaughn stared at the vendor and stated, "A history book?"
"Indeed, it's a very rare book. Some details from history that no one ever told you."
"Are you sure you're not scamming us?"
"Of course not!" The vendor exclaims, "You see, there are some events in history that aren't written in our current history books. This book contains lots of information, this could be very helpful.."
"Hmm, what do you think, Scheben?" 
"I don't care, as long I got what I need," Adonis replied
"The glowing mushroom is for free right?"
"Yup!"
"How much is it?"
"Twenty silver coins only, young man."
"Are you sure you're not scamming us?"
"Yes!"
Vaughn gave him fifty silver coins and smiled, "If this is not a fraud, then I guess it's worth the investment. But if it is, I'll find you and eat your whole family, got it?"
The vendor seems terrified and abruptly nods his head
"Great!" Vaughn stated, "Oh, can we have some extra glowing mushroom with it?"
"H- How many?"
"Please give us five glowing mushrooms!" Vaughn exclaim
"I want the bioluminescent one," Adonis added
"There you go, thank you, c- come visit us again..." The vendor stated as he glances at Vaughn who was still smiling at him
"I'll certainly will," Vaughn stated, "Remember, what I told you!"
The both of them left the shop
"We need one more ingredient, the nightshade plant." Adonis said, "But why did you buy all of that? You also gave him too much money for that."
"Relics and artifacts are really expensive and yet he only sells all of that for twenty silver coins, his business will not bloom in that way."
"Don't you find it suspicious? He sells it for a cheap price, what if it's fake?"
Vaughn smiles, "I can haunt him whenever I feel like if that's the case. But other than that, I'm pretty sure these things aren't fake, I can go and ask Professor Neffari to examine these things for me."
"If you say so,"
"Also, I didn't bought these because of the artifacts and relics. I am more interested to know the history he's referring to."
