Jordan POV;
In the evening…
I stood closely to the teacher who has been grouping the students for some time now.
She's so irritating, why isn't she calling my name?
She's done with the females, and they're already settled in the girl's Villa, parallel to the boy's Villa. Furthermore, she was done calling the names, and it was just I, jackass and the stupid head prefect.
No,
don't tell me she's actually going to group this people with me?
“So, you guys are taking the last room” She said with a little sigh, looking at my face to theirs. “I can't sleep with these people,” I stated flatly, crossing my hands on my chest.
She adjusted her glasses. “And why can't you sleep with them, Mr. Jordan?” She asked, sarcastically.
I'm aware she doesn't like me, but I don't care, I am Jordan, the only son of the famous Park empire.
“You don't expect me to sleep with these scumbags, do you?” I asked her rudely.
Jackass shot me a hardened look as soon as I said that. “You can go in guys” She gestured to jackass and the head prefect and they both walked into the building at once.
She shot me a look under her glasses before walking away too. I stomped on my feet- what's this? And the principal is not here with us.
I better give dad a call tomorrow, I can't stand this.
Audrey POV
“You're Audrey right?” The unknown girl asked cheerfully. I gave a perfunctory nod.
I don't even know her, but I guess she's in grade twelve because she doesn't look familiar.
“Whoa, you are so pretty” She said lovingly, and I just smiled. “I'm glad to be your roommate for the next two days, I like you so much,” She squealed on her bed.
I chuckled softly, tucking my hair behind my ear. She turned to the third girl in the room, crazy Blondie's second friend.
“What's your name?” She asked her, amiably.
“Ryan” She answered simply, not sparing her a glance as she continued unpacking. “My name is Hazel” She introduced, grinning so much. “Uhm mm… Can we get to know each other?” She asked after a brief silence.
“No, I'm not interested,” I declined with a little smile. Her face turned to a frown instantly. “And you Ryan?” She turned to her and asked, but she shook her head negatively.
“You can't be like these girls” She pouts her lips. “I don't know what your differences might be, and believe me, I prefer not to know; but I want you to put an end to it this minute,” She ordered with a grim expression.
I watched as she talks in surprise.
Who's this girl?
“We are all here on a trip, then we should enjoy every bit of it to our heart content and not holding grudges against one another,” She tutored.
I glanced at Ryan and I caught her staring at me. I smiled softly at her, I won't push her away from now on, but I still don't want a close friend.
“Thanks Hazel” Ryan and I chorused and busted out in hearty laughter.
That was funny.
“You should always laugh Audrey, you look more pretty when you do” She complimented, and I felt my cheeks heat up.
“You're blushing at my words?”
“Then what if it was your boyfriend, you would have developed goosebumps?” She asked with dilated eyes.
I laughed at her last words. “What are you saying, Hazel?” I asked her, folding my legs on the bed. “What?”
“You don't have a boyfriend?” She asked, eyeing me suspiciously.
“Yeah, I don't have,” I responded plainly.
She gasped but quickly covered her mouth, causing Ryan and I to exchange a look.
“And you?” She asked Ryan too.
Ryan nodded reluctantly, and I watched as she picked the hem of her pajamas jacket and started fiddling with it. “I do… Not… Have a boyfriend but…” She drawled her words, acting like a kid. “You're in love?” Hazel completed her words and she quickly covered her face.
I smiled at her childish attitude- is this how love make one behaves?
“Whoa, girl”
“You're there!” Hazel said with all smiles.
“Who are you in love with?” She asked her, ecstatically. She picked the only pillow on her bed and covered her face with it.
“Just tell us already, will you?”
I rolled my eyes, playfully.
“Uhm mm… Audrey might stop talking to me once I mentioned the person,” She removed the pillow and said timidly.
Holy Jesus!
Please don't tell me she's in love with Duffer.
“Audrey?” Hazel raised her brows.
“What do you mean by that, Ryan?” I managed to speak up, to cover the uneasy state that I was. “You and I both know I don't interact with boys, isn't it?”
“Yes, but I've seen you two together a few times” She said, and I felt my heart become heavy.
Oh my goodness!
She's talking about Duffer.
“Is it Min jun?” My voice quavers while my heart beat keep racing.
She shook her head sideways, and I couldn't help but sighed heavily with relief.
Thank God.
Then who's she talking about?
“Jordan” She blurted, fiddling with her fingers timidly. What?
“The same Jordan in our class?” I asked unsure and she nodded quickly, beaming.

I kept rolling and rolling on the bed.
It was a bad idea coming here, I couldn't even get some sleep.
After I waited for some minutes more outside, I finally came in.
It was getting late, and I have a phobia for darkness, I have no choice than to manage to pass the night; but tomorrow, I'm leaving this room. Jackass and the head prefect were already fast asleep.

I'm not even comfortable here.
Should I just go out for a while?
A phone vibrated, snapping me out of my thought. Whose phone is it?

It's dark.
“What's it Jin, it's late”
I suddenly heard the head prefect rough voice. Huh? It's the head prefect's phone.
“Okay, I'm coming”
I watched in the darkness as he switched on his phone flashlight before finding his way out of the room. Where's he going?
I left the bed and brought out my phone from my trouser pocket and also left the room.
It was really dark, but I managed to trail behind him till he stopped walking.
I hid behind a tall tree closer to where he was standing. What's he doing here?
“We can talk tomorrow, Jin”
“It's very late” He groused, immediately a figure approached him. “I can't wait till tomorrow, Travis,” The female voice yelled silently.
“Why didn't you get the job done?” She queried. “You were not even picking my calls because you were ashamed to face me, isn't it?” “You won't blame me, Jin,” The head prefect spoke up this time.
“That girl is quiet more than you think”
“She almost killed me”
I listened to their conversations, confusedly.
What are they saying? I couldn't comprehend a thing. I should just go back inside, this is not my business.
I took a step forward to walk away.
“So you mean you can't deal with Audrey?” The female voice went ballistic. Huh?
I quickly retreated my step. Audrey?
