Seo yun POV.
“Are you ready?” Ju won asked lowly, immediately we spotted Kwan approaching our seat. “Of course, you all know I've been prepared for this day for some weeks now”
“I really can't wait to humiliate her in the presence of everyone, her friend especially,” I replied, with a smirk glimmering on my lips.
“Hi guys” She greeted cheerfully, pulling one of the empty chairs backward.
None of us answered, and her face switched to a frown. “Is there a problem?” She asked, looking from my face to other faces.
“Leave here,” I ordered, staring straight into her eyes. She chuckled before sitting down.
“I'm sure you wanted to say 'Don't leave here', am I right?” She winked, and I became more furious. So dumb.
“Will you get out of here?!” I yelled on top of my voice, and she cowered on her seat.
I could feel all eyes on us already.
Good, It's going to be fun!
She slowly got on her feet, looking around in complete embarrassment. “What's wrong, Seo yun?” She asked in a quavering voice.
“I didn't tell you something was wrong, just get out of my sight!” I scowled, banging my fist on the table. She stared at me for a moment, tears dripping down her cheeks.
Shortly, she ran out of the cafeteria, ashamedly. We busted in hearty laughter when she left.
“That was funny, Seo yun” Ye jun said amidst laughter. “You were not nice” Ju won added, but I just laughed the more. I enjoyed it!
“So you think it's funny?”
I looked up to see her friend, glowering down at me, my long-time crush.
“Hey! It's none of your business crazy, so stay out of this” Ju won cautioned, sternly.
“One more word from you again and you shall see how I'm going to destroy your mouth,” She threatened through tightened teeth. Will she ever change?
“Why did you just embarrass my friend?!” She threw the question at me, looking so furious.
I just stared at her like she has grown two heads. I thought she and Kwan were not friends anymore, so what's her business in this?
She took a step closer, and what happened next was what I wasn't expecting.
She slapped my right cheek very hard, and I think I saw lightening. A gasp fell out everyone's mouth, including Ju won and Ye jun, but she seems less bothered.
“Will you answer me now?” She snarled, but I couldn't utter a word. “I've always known you're of no good, but Kwan would never listen and that's because she loves blindly, she even had to give up our friendship just to be with you because she knew very well that I'll never approve her relationship with you”
She has gone ballistic, obviously.
“So tell me, what else do you want, huh?!”
“What more do you want from her?”
“Has any girl ever loved you the way Kwan does?” “How else do you want her to prove her love to you?!” “Do you think some girl would love you the way Kwan loves you, No?!”
I watched her as she talks lividly, with my palm pressed to the cheek she had just slapped. “Bet it with me, you can never come across a girl like Kwan again in your lifetime”
A tear dropped from her eyes.
And without another glance, she marched out of the cafeteria.
Chun cha POV
“You're welcome, ma'am,” One of my stylists greeted politely. I just nodded shortly.
I shouldn't have bother coming to work today, I feel tired. I headed to my office,, but her voice stopped me. “Uh mm… You have a visitor, ma'am,” I creased my eyebrows.
“A visitor?” She nodded curtly.
“But I didn't fix an appointment with anyone today,” I reminded. “Where's the visitor?” I asked her. “In your office, ma'am,” She responded.
“She said she would prefer your office to the reception,” She added before I could chide her for allowing a visitor into my office.
She?
But who could she be? I breathe out softly and gestured at her to go back to her work.
“Welcome Miss Chun cha” The visitor rose to her feet immediately I walked into my office, she was backing me.
I walked up to my seat, across the two visitors seats, she has occupied one.
“Good afternoon, ma'am,” I greeted with a light bow. She offered a soft smile and which I reciprocated. One could tell from her elegant dress that she's pretty rich.
“I'm sorry, but your face doesn't look familiar” I spoke up, and she smiled.
She sat down and crossed her legs, I also dropped my handbag on the table before taking my seat. “You'll get to know me later, Miss Chun cha” She told me, flipping her hair backward. “I'm here to offer you a job”
I adjusted on my seat on hearing that.
“Could you come over to my house by weekend, it's my daughter's birthday"?
“I'm sure you understand what your job is?” She talked with so much pride.
I nodded with a small smile.
“Sure ma'am”
Audrey POV
I headed straight to Kwan and I favorite spot in the garden, with tears rolling down my cheeks. I collapsed on the grass and began to sob quietly.
Not only that, but I just couldn't control the tears, why does love has to hurt so much?
Kwan is a nice girl, she deserves better.
Why that scumbag?
I placed my head on my knees as I wept.
“Here” I glanced up after I heard the voice.
It's Duffer, stretching out a handkerchief to me. I took my eyes away from his figure and snatched the handkerchief from him.
“Were you following me?” I asked him, wiping the tears with his handkerchief.
He didn't answer my question, but sat next to me instead. “You're really a great friend, psycho,” He cooed, watching me.
I sniffed and tucked my hair backward.
“Anyone in my shoe would do that,” I told him blankly, staring ahead. “Yeah, maybe not to that extent though,” I exhaled softly.
“I just wish Kwan would stop loving him, he doesn't worth her,” I spoke up after a brief silence. Duffer chuckled out and I glanced at him. “You can't stop love, psycho” He tutors, and I frowned. “Look who's tutoring me now, do you even know what love is?"
“Can you define it?”
“Do you know how it feels?”
He rolled his eyes at my questions.
I smiled inwardly- I must admit Duffer is one cute guy. “You want me to answer all that?” He asked with a cute frown.
“I'm sure you've got no answers,” I told him, pushing my hair back. “Well, what if I do?”
“Then you would have answered my questions immediately,” I said to him with a light shrug. “Uhm mm” He hummed softly before looking away. “It's break over”
He stood up and offered his hand for me to take. Huh?
He winked, and my heart made a quick movement. “Come on, psycho”
I reluctantly took his hand and he pulled me up at once, causing our eyes to meet.
Who's this guy? Why do I always have to feel like this around him?

“Why do you keep following me, Duffer?” I asked him with an eye roll, taking a few steps away from the school gate. This new Duffer has got most people talking in the class.
Ryan told me she heard some saying that perhaps he had eaten a forbidden fruit in Nami Island. Funny! I must say I like this new Duffer, although, I'm the only person he speaks with. He followed behind and stood beside me, tucking his hands in his pocket. “I'm coming with you” He announced, and my eyes popped up in surprise. Did I hear just hear wrong? “Are you out of your mind?”
“Why would you come with me?” I asked him flatly, but one part of me was really excited about it. “I want to see your mum again,” He smiled. “My mum is not home,” I told him quickly.
He pouted like a baby, and I couldn't resist the urge to laugh. I laughed for a minute.
“Stop doing that, will you?” I cautioned, after I stopped laughing. “Why?”
“Aren't you happy to be so close to a cute boy like me?” He boasted and winked, I felt my heart rise. Damn. “Go to your house, Duffer” I folded my arms and started walking away.
“I'm coming with, psycho”
I shook my head negatively before turning around to face him. “You're really…”
A car screeched to a halt in front of us, cutting me off. Uhm mm… His driver is here.
“Now go home,” I told him, gesturing to the car with my hand. “This is not my car,” He frowned, shaking his head. “Then whose car?” I mumbled.
We both watched as the car door went open, revealing Jordan's mum, or should I say his mum.
She came down from the car, wearing a sympathetic look. I averted my eyes back to Duffer, and anger and hatred has laced through him already. “My son” Her voice wavers as she walked up to where we were standing. Duffer made to walk past her, but she was quick to grab his arm.
“Please Min jun, listen to me” She pleaded tearfully, “Don't ever call me your son again!” He yelled, yanking her hand away.
He marched off at the same time his driver arrive. I watched his back as he hopped into the car and the car sheered away afterwards.
“Min jun!” His mum screamed after the car.

I wonder what her offense could be.
I'm sad her presence made my Duffer left angrily. Truth been told, I was happy when he'd said he would be coming with me, but his mum had ruined everything. F**k.
