Ryan POV.
“If this is a joke, then you guys should stop it, it's really not funny anymore” Audrey flared up. Hazel and I left our beds to where she was standing, looking so furious.
“You have no choice, sweetheart,” Hazel snickered, hooking her arm with hers.
“You just have to do it,” I added with a light chuckle. “Do what exactly?” She fired as she disengaged her arm from Hazel's.
“Tell me, what am I supposed to do?”
“To walk up to Min jun and tell him I love him, or to get back at school and slap the principal?” She shrieked, glancing from my face to Hazel's.
“I think the first option would be better, girl” Hazel smirked, pushing Audrey towards the door. “No, you can't do this, it's late, and the security wouldn't allow us into their Villa” Audrey gritted out, but Hazel wouldn't listen as she kept pushing her out of the room.
I followed behind them, enjoying the scene.
We sneaked out of our room till we got outside the building. Everywhere was damn silent. “This is not making any sense!” Audrey yelled silently.
“Shush, girl, you wouldn't like us to get caught, would you?” Hazel hushed her and she rolled her eyes. “So, where are we going right now?” “To Min jun's Villa of course” Hazel grabbed her wrist as we walked towards the guy's Villa.
We were already close to their Villa, but stopped walking immediately we saw a figure approaching us, in the dark.
We all became frightened at once, me especially. “Oh my goodness, who's that?” I asked, startled, and started to retreat my steps. The figure moved closer while we moved backward.
“Oh no, this was really a bad idea” Hazel mumbled, but audible for us to hear.
“I told you!” Audrey almost yelled, through clenched teeth.
Suddenly, the streetlights turned on, reflecting on the figure. Thank goodness!
I breathed out softly with relief.
“Whoa” Hazel and I muttered immediately we registered the figure. It's Min jun.
He looks so shocked too. He was wearing a black short with a white shirt, looking so charming. He's just too cute.
“Hi Min jun” Hazel giggles as she strode close to where he was standing.
I glanced at Audrey and I couldn't decipher the look on her face.
She looks displeased and kind of excited at the same time. Huh?
Min jun POV
“Hi Min jun” The girl standing beside psycho called as she ambled towards me.
“We were just on our way to your room. I'm Hazel, grade twelve student” She introduced, but I only nodded with no enthuse.
What does she want by the way?
And what's psycho doing outside with them, by this time?
“Audrey and I are roommates, and you see, she actually wants to tell you something,” The girl explained, smiling sheepishly. Huh?
I glanced at Audrey and caught her staring in our direction, I'm sure she can't hear the girl talking from where we were standing.
“What she wants to tell you might not come out the way it should, but I hope you would understand”
I just watched her mouth as she talks, I couldn't understand a thing.
“We'll leave you both now” She winked at me and ran back to where psycho was.
Psycho wanted to utter something, but the girl beat her to it. She pushed psycho towards my direction and ran off quickly with the other girl. What's going on?
She counted her steps towards me, staring at her feet. Is she okay?
She got to where I was standing, and I expected her to speak already, but she just looked down at her feet instead.
“Turn your back,” She finally ordered, without raising her head. “Is there something you want to tell me?” I asked with a hint of curiosity. “And that's why I'm asking you to turn your back,” She snarled.
I shook my head, she would never change.
“Actually, I shouldn't listen to your orders, but I'm really curious to know what it is you want to tell me about” I stated the fact, and she finally lifted her head to look at me.
Her dazzling eyes pierced into mine and believe me when I say, I didn't want to look away at that moment.
The light breeze blew her hair backward-she's gorgeous. “Why are you curious?" She asked me, but I just stared into her emerald eyes. What's she doing to me?
“Duffer” She snapped her fingers at my face and that was when I came to realize I've been staring for long.
I shrugged lightly before turning my back against her. “I just obeyed your order, psycho, so what do you want to tell me?” I asked, many thoughts were already running across my mind. I already did what she asked me to do, but she's still not saying anything.
Or has she gone?
I made to turn my head back, but I felt her hand on my arm…” I didn't ask you to turn, did I?” Her voice came out, hoarsely.
“You were not saying anything, so I thought you already fainted,” I replied dryly.
Another silence fell in…” Do you really want to say something?" I broke the silence with an eye roll. “I love you, Duffer” She uttered in the sweetest voice I've ever heard, and I felt my heartbeat accelerated.
Hold on,
Did I just hear wrong?
Did she just say she loves me?
I turned my back when I didn't hear her say anything afterwards, but she has already left.
My heart was now thumping so fast, I had to place a hand on my chest to prevent it from falling off my chest.
Psycho loves me?
Does she really love me?
A wide smile was already plastered on my face. “My psycho loves me!” I let out a small scream as I jumped up happily.
