( Luna's pov)
"What are you talking about," I exclaimed, glaring daggers at Rhea.
   " That's not the thank you, I was expecting," Rhea complained.
 
   " For torturing me for days? Yeah thanks," I said sarcastically.
   " I kept your father for you, I deserve a dance offering," she retorted, chuckling.
  "My father?" I repeated, murmuring it to myself before the realization hit me hard.
   I looked at the man beside me. We stared at each other for a long time before I blinked away the tears that threatened to flow down. Chris and Cat let me free as I dropped down to the floor again, now I was so weak, weak by the truth. What was even the truth? What if Rhea was lying?
 
" Rhea enough with your games," The man spoke up, distracting my thoughts with the sound of his voice as I looked at him, he spoke boldly although he was weak, and I could help but look at him with mouth agape, "you told me, Ani was dead, you said you killed her and my child, please don't play with their memories, let my family rest in peace" he proclaimed tears flowing from his eyes down his chin, his sorrow was so pure and true, I almost drowned in its storm.
  " The only truth in what I told you is that your wife, Ani, is dead. But the thing is, I didn't kill her, she died while giving birth to her,.." Rhea explained pointing a finger at me, " I had to look for her, I know you know she is your daughter, you feel it, don't you? She looks so much like her, that pathetic lady of yours" she let out a peal of hysterical laughter that rang through the whole room.
  I gathered every strength I had in me and crawled toward him. He was weeping. When I reached him, I touched his hair, they were so much familiarity in his hair. I have seen them before, he raised his head and held me by the chin.
" You so much like her, like your mother," he said, eyes darting around my face like he was trying to take in every feature of me and at that, I smiled.
  "Do I ?," I asked, letting the tears free, he nodded with a murmured 'yes'.
      "Father!! " I called out and he looked at me with a precious smile. A smile that said he had been waiting to be called that in a long time but was deprived of that privilege. Calling someone, father for the first time, made me sob even harder, I had wished for this day. When I would call someone my father. I could finally say it, finally have my father, here with me.
   Rhea let out an agitated sound at our gesture,
  " That's enough please, I don't want to puke." She deadpanned
Before I could protest, Chris came and dragged me to where I originally was, I jerked harder than before struggling to be free,
" Let me go, Rhea, why are you doing this?" I screamed glaring at her,
  " Rhea, let her go, you've had me for this long, let me stay" dad pleads
   " I went through a lot of work for this, you see I can't let her go, the DNA test was positive, so that means, she is your daughter, and if she's your daughter. I can do what I want" she said laughing harder,
  " Take him back," she instructed and the two men that brought dad in came and hauled him to his feet again as he was taken to back to that cell. I jerked harder at Chris's grips,
  " No!!  where are you taking him? Let me go," I cried out, I struggled harder but Chris's impact was only getting stronger with each jerk.
" I'll be fine, she won't kill me," dad said quietly to me,
  " Maybe not now, but soon enough!!" Rhea called out.
  As dad was taken out of the room and back to the glass, I turned and glared at Rhea. I was beyond furious, I was getting crazy here, the only thing standing between Rhea dead by my hands was Chris's hands crushing my shoulders. This only made my hatred for Rhea grow stronger, at some point I wanted to sympathize with her. She has been through so much pain that's why she ended up this way,  but no, she is this way because she chooses to be. And now I choose to be the one who ends this chase.
  " What do you want!!," I seethed with my teeth,
  " I think you already know that, " she stood up, " you are going to do as I say, if you don't I'll kill him and everyone else you love" she threatened.
  " Shelby, take her to the ward, let's begin this," she instructed Shelby, and then vanished out of the room.
  " Let her go already," Shelby ordered and Chris freed me from his grip and then Shelby came and took me by my hands. Taking me up and then crossed my hands on her shoulder to keep me standing. Cat walked and Infront of us, glaring and me, and then looked at Shelby, placing her hands on her cheek.
  " Don't try to help her, The queen won't want that, if you are found doing that. You know what she'll do, please shel, you are the only family I have left" I stared at them and knew that these sisters both loved each other, where Cat believed Rhea would be a good queen, Shelby strongly didn't. I could tell that's why they argue.
    Shelby never responded. She teleported us to the so-called ward. It was more like a science laboratory, with so many chemicals. The smell here was intoxicating. Rhea appeared in front of us in white scrubs, she smirked at me.
" I'm the doctor strange of our realm, hope you've watched that movie," she said and never gave me a chance to answer as she inserted an injection in my neck abruptly drawing enough blood to knock me out,
" You see, a little Birdie told me that we've just infiltrated the force field of your people, you know what that means? It means I'm winning this Hunt!" She said laughing once again and then drawing the injection out. She walked towards a door and entered a certain password that gave her entry,
  " Bring her in Shelby" she instructed.
  The room we entered, was nothing I had seen before, although I had caught a glimpse of it in sci-fi movies, this was plain wicked.
There were so many, and when I say so many, I mean up to a thousand incubators, and inside those incubators were people. The room was larger than Hadrian's father's ballroom.
" Welcome to my lab Luna, where I raise my armies, and with your blood here, I'll create armies of the gifted, there'll be no more wood goddess only Queen Rhea" she announced
" Why are you doing these?" I asked
  " Because they hurt me and I'm going to hurt them, the wood goddess better shows herself now, because she doesn't know what I'm about to do to her people. With the force field broken, Hadrian and others would be triggered to come and end me but they don't know, that's just want I want, they will fall to my traps and I'll catch them like the mouse they are "
Oh no, she was right, with the force field down, Hadrian and others would be more vexed to attack her, she was devilishly wise and Hadrian and others were about to fall into a bad trap.
Please Hadrian, for once don't be determined.
