(Darren's Pov)
Things we didn't want to do, we found ourselves doing them.
  Being cornered was one thing but being threatened by the lifes of the people you loved was another thing. Miracle don't always happen. At least that what I believe. I believe if there was a right to be done. It should be done now and not later. 
   But how I was deceived by the trace of a miracle, I do not know.
   I was angry at myself for believing a liar, a deceiver. One who had never been truthful in her life but was an epitome of pretence and chaos, even the prophecy foretold the calamity she'll bring.
    Storm was my only family, my only remaining family. My blood. My brother. For him to die was going to be my last draw. Sending him to the mortal realm to protect Luna was already too difficult for me. It took pleads from the king before I could bend to that mission. And seeing the determination Storm had for the mission, I couldn't say no but I had to agree. After he came back, I feared. Rhea must've sensed him, I feared she would come after him. And she did. Know one knew, no one understood that why I became weak easily. No one knew I was fighting a battle beyond the eyes. Until I was given an alternative, an alternative that costed my loyalty to the king and all astralians.
   I tried not to oblige, but I was getting too weak to fight her. I knew I was going to lose and that my losing would cost Storm his life. Storm was also oblivious to what was happening to him. He too was getting weak. I saw it through his eyes. When he was around me, I smelled death. She was doing something to him.
Rhea was killing him.
  And that was why I yielded to her wish. The alternative. I betrayed my king.
  And now the guilt was killing me. I knew this was what she was wanted my suffering. My pain. My guilt. I tried so many times to tell Zuka. But all attempts failed and now I was left with rage and pain. I was going to make Rhea pay for putting me through this pain.
   What I feared most wa Zuka's reaction. Because at the end of the day I loved her. So much that I feared. I was not one to love dearly. I dedicated my life to taking care of Storm and serving the king that I forgot about myself, now that I had someone that cared for me too, I feared to lose them. This was why I hated having things; there always go away somehow.

Rhea was playing a game. And I had no idea if we were losing or not. I thought as darted my eyes around the huge door I was standing in front of. I had asked my squad to check the base that seemed to be a very room filled with glass boxes and machine. While I take the this hallway, now I was stuck.
   It was totally ironic that the color of the mansion was white. She could paint her face white as snow but nothing could change her blackened soul to be sane again. I stepped back, preparing a blast to knock the door off, but before I could, the door burst open. Revealing two figures, a boy and a girl.
   The girl looked very familiar. She decked in black gear and crimson hair that was cut in  mohawk. The boy or should I say man, was well built, filled with heavy muscles and a heeled boots that stretched into his leather pants. I could sense they were not astralians. They were humans. Why was Rhea keeping humans as soldiers?
  I didn't have time to ask questions as I matched forward.
  " I'm not looking for you too, so if you don't wanna get hurt step aside," I tried negotiating.
   The man smirked. Glancing at the girl as they both gave other a twitch in the brow. That was all it took for me to feel an instant punch in my jaw.
  I groaned in pain, placing my hands on the spot that was just maltreated as I glared at the girl that punched. She was back at her position. Geez, how did she move that fast?
   I wanted  shape shifting but decided not to, I was too curious to do anything. I tilted my head to the side as I looked at the two beings in front of me skeptically.
  " Interesting." I mused.
  " I know right, you don't have to worry, we'll go easy on you," the girl replied.
  I laughed.
  " Normally I don't say this but it'll be fun playing with you guys."
   " I don't play games," the girl said glaring daggers at me.
  " Well I do, infact I love to," I looked at the boy, " is he deaf or something? "
   " I do, but unlike you I talk less." I heard the voice of the boy coming from behind me, this was what I wanted, Rhea must have pumped something into their system that makes them move fast but that was still not in their advantage. He swung his fist at me and dodge turning immediately and insecting my hands deep inside his chest capturing his heart. I watched at blood spilled from his mouth slowly and his eyes slowing losing its life.
  The scream that came from the girl was deafening. I brought forth my hands and the man dropped lifeless to the floor.  My hands was covered in blood but I had seen and done worse than this I feel anything no more.
  
   I marched towards the girl, she looked shocked for only a spilt second and her darted to me. Her eyes were filled with fear and terror but she masked it off with a very hateful glare.
   " You had no right to do that," she said as she stepped back walking backwards into the room and I as walked in with her. I noticed it was a throne room. If it were another situation I would have complimented it as beautiful but anything that belonged to Rhea was repulsive to my sight.
   " He wanted to kill me, I had to survive, don't you think?"
  " He was my friend."
   " I'm doing this for my friends too. my family.my people, Can't you see what Rhea is doing?"
   " You're no better than her, you're a hypocrite, you don't love your people. You love only yourself. I know what you did."
I stopped in my track.
" What are you talking about."
  " You were the one who gave Rhea the book. Weren't you?"
   I froze.
She smiled.
  " You betrayed your people. You're no better than Rhea."
I smile grew wide as she watched something behind me, I followed her gaze as I turned to see, standing with tears filled eyes and a face of shock was none other than Zuka.
  The one thing I wanted most was about to be taken away from me.
