Jenna was running so much that she didn't raise her head to look up until she got to where Erica– Erica was on her way to fetch her before and she didn't see the man she had bumped into back then.
“Here, you are. I came to fetch you just now, Let's go home . Bethany is waiting for us in front of the gate. Let's go?”.
Jenna stared at her for a while as she say these words then she pouted her face, and purses her lips as she looked at her thirstily.
“Can you give me a minute? how can I walk when I'm this thirsty? Take me to go have a glass of water already”.
“Oh! you're thirsty? come on”.
She took her hand and walked back to the car.
By the time, they came back to the car. Bethany was already in the car with her eyes glued to the screen of her laptops as she made constant phone calls.
As soon as she saw them approaching the car, she quickly ended the call and straighten her expression– Her face became a little lit up.
“You're never off duty, Miss Burnett. When are you going to have time for yourself and others?”.
Jenna said while taking her seat close to Bethany at the passenger seat of the car, while Erica sat in the front seat.
“I have no idea why you're so busy all the time, also you never seem to be satisfied with the results, always squealing to the horror of my mind”
She hissed ad she crossed her arms around her chest sadly.
Bethany was shocked by her words, and she couldn't control the deep cut that went across her chest instantly.

“Help me with the bottle of water, I'm very thirsty ”.
Jenna cry out interrupting her thoughts, and she quickly jerked out of her daze and searched for the bottle of water.
After handing it over to her, she looked out of the window and focus her gaze on the biggest building in the city center.
There were two biggest companies in the city center, one blog to the Meyers, approximately the biggest building in the commercial city, while the second-largest building belongs to the Medina family.
In the past, she used to come to this place as a simple worker despite being the heiress, but now everything was snatched away from her by the people she had loved the most.

The two companies are now being run by the two traitors who had offended her.

But one thing has remained a mystery to Bethany. no matter how she thinks about it, she can't seem to come up with correlative answers to the questions she has in mind.

Sensing that the atmosphere in the car was quite tense, Erica decided to speak up first.
With a smile on her face,e said, “The weather is nice today, why don't we eat out together tonight? it's my treat”.
She said while looking back to the passenger seats to see how Bethany was going to react.
Bethany just took her gaze away from the building and it fell on Erica. She thought about it for a while before giving her a reply.“I don't think so, I'm going to prepare dinner tonight, so there's no eating out today”.
She replied with her eyes fixed on Erica.
Meanwhile, as soon as Jenna heard what she said. she was startled for a moment, then a smile broke out on her face as she tried to find back her excitement.
After that, she started making mental calculations of all of her favorite food that she's been dying to have prepared by her. Since she has gotten the opportunity today, then she's going to make good use of it and not waste anything of it.
Bethany stole a glance at the little girl and found how happy she was with the news. She was immediately seized up by guilt as she had left the little girl to the care of others for the past few months–she hardly spent some time with her after she got busy with the preparation to come back to the country. Although she had plans of going back abroad after she's done here–she wanted to keep the little girl by her side while she's still here that way she won't feel so bad about being left alone but now, she doesn't think that's the case.
It seems having the little girl here is going to affect her a lot due to how busy she'd get in the future.
“Yaay! is that so? you're going to prepare dinner for us tonight? what luck did I come across today? why does it feel like things are finally falling into the right sphere? ”
Erica exclaimed with her eyes turned to the back to glance at Bethany, who wore a long face without any form of expression or emotions attached to her gaze.
“Quit yelling already, Erica. I'm having a hard time breathing, and now you're giving me a hard time resting my mind due to your noise”
She pressed her hand against her head as she tried to ease her aching head.
“Sorry! sorry, I didn't mean to do that. I'll shut up now. sorry”
She apologized while beaming joyfully. Then she quickly turned her face to face the road.
The driver slammed on the gas after getting instructed by Erica, he drove at full speed leading in their direction.
On the other hand, Danica has just arrived at the mansion with her face drained of color due to the anger she felt inside.
As soon as she step out of the car, she pushed the car door open and slammed it back almost immediately without waiting for the little boy to step out of the car. When she realized that Zayn might come around to the house unexpectedly, so she went back and grudgingly pushed the door open for him to step out.
When she had let him out of the car, she kicked the car so hard that her foot started hurting so much, and she crouched her face in pain she walked bitterly into the house.
As she walked into the house, the servant came out in numbers to greet her, but instead of accepting their kind gestures, she got angry with them and due to that she began venting out her anger on them.
“Why the hell are you standing there like a log of wood? are you being paid to waste your time doing nothing at all? I'm getting the idea that you're tired of working here, don't you worry at all as I'm going to relieve of your burden soon enough .you little bag of cheap rags”.
“I'm sorry ma'am Danica, please don't fire me”.
“You better be sorry ”.
she said with a spiteful tone as she pushed the maids out of her way and found her way into the house, she was angry that she clenched her fists into a fist while walking into the house, while the little boy trail after her.
In the past whenever she got any or was pissed off by others, she would end up venting out her anger on the maids, and it seems today was not an exception as she did exactly what everyone had in mind.
Scolding the maids without any reason. How pathetic!
As soon as they got to the living room, she threw her purse on top of the coffee table and threw her lean figure onto the sofa bitterly. She flung her purse onto the table, took off her high heels, and threw it across the hall. Then, she pulled her hair tightly as she ran her fingers through it frustratedly.
The little boy stared at her as she continued to watch her settling on the sofa while he remained standing.
Danica sat down, then she raised her knitted brows just then her gaze fell on the young boy.
“What are you looking at?
She asked staring dagger at the little scared boy. who looks like he was going to pass out at any moment.
