Ivanna woke up, nearly afternoon.
"Aww, I'm starving." she said.
She tied her hair, massaging her belly while walking. Ash saw her from his office, he just didn't mind her. Ivanna went to the kitchen to find something to eat.
"Wow." she said.
She was stunned to see the baked mac, by the microwave.
"Did he cook this?" she murmured.
She smiled happily and grab a spoon and plate. She quickly tasted it.
"Hmmm, it's so delicious." she said.
She eats more and more, she sliced it and put some to her plate.
"Where is he?" she was looking for her husband.
She remembered his office, she headed there slowly. Ash was disturbed by her noise. He saw her peeking to his door.
"What?" he asked.
Ivanna smiled like a child, and went inside.
"Nothing, just want to stay here." she said.
Ash saw her eating the baked mac, his eyes widened and Ivanna was curious.
"Why?" she asked.
"Did you just eat that?!" he asked.
Ivanna nodded and continue to eat.
"Jesus Christ!" he murmured.
Ivanna was really shocked, she doesn't have any idea what was he saying.
"I thought you cook this?" she asked.
Ash went near her, staring at the food.
"That's not ours." he said.
With that, Ivanna was being in shame. She gulped and gulped.
"If it's not, who then?" she asked.
"Our neighbor." he said.
She was stunned.
"OMG." she stated.
Now, they were trying to figure out what are they going to do. Turned out, that their neighbor just asked for a favor to microwave the bake mac because their microwave was destroyed. Ivanna doesn't know what to do, Ash keeps on telling her stupid.
"Gosh, so what now?" he asked.
No one between them doesn't know how to cook it. They heard the door bell, their eyes widened. Ash grabs her hand with him, and he opened the door. Their neighbor was there standing and smiling.
"I'm sorry sir but my wife eat your food, she didn't know it's yours." he apologized.
The old man was surprised, Ivanna was hiding from his back. They thought he's going to be angry at them.
"Oh is that so? did she eat all?" he asked.
Ash asked Ivanna, and she shook her head.
"It's okay, I can just get what is left." the man said, smiling.
Ivanna and Ash were relieved, they thanked the old man and give his food. they thanked him for being nice.
"Now, look what you've done." Ash told her.
Ivanna was stunned, she's being so selfish and she even know it.
"I'm sorry, okay. I thought you cooked it for me." she mumbled.
Ash chcukles, turned his head to see her.
"What? for what reason? stupid." he said, and left.
Ivanna's tears roll down from her eyes, it was the first time she was embarassed and someone called her stupid for so many times. She wipes her tears and just smiled, she headed to the kitchen and eat the left baked mac to her plate.
"She's such a trouble." Ash said.
Ivanna doesn't have any chores to do, she wanted to go out but she was shy to ask permission to her husband, she sighed. She already know that he'll not let her to.
She just went outside, she saw their neighbor's house. She wanted to apologized to all of them, so she decided to knock.
"Coming!" she heard a little boy said.
She was diverted to see a cute boy ages like 7 years old.
"Hi." she said.
"Hi." the boy smiled.
"Adrian, who's that?" maybe that's his mother.
"Mom, I don't know her." he said.
The woman went near them.
"Your our new neighbors right?" she asked.
"Yes, I am." she said.
The woman let her in, she just notice that they're in a exclusive subdivision and they have many neighbors but this house is the closest to them.
"I'm Catherine, and this is my son, Adrian." she said.
"Hi, I'm Ivanna." she said.
Catherine gives her a juice, and then the old man showed up.
"Hey, you're the one who eat our baked mac." he said.
Ivanna bowed her head down, feeling embarassed. Catherine and Adrian were stunned.
"I'm sorry, i didn't mean to eat it. I thought, my husband cook it. I'm really sorry." she said, apologetic.
The old man chuckles.
"It's okay, besides we couldn't eat that much." he said.
"I'm Leo, Catherine's father and Adrian's grandpa." he said.
Ivanna felt welcomed inside their house, they even invited them for dinner later.
"Wow, I want to but my husband maybe doesn't want to." she said.
"It's okay, I can call for him." Leo said.
Leo went to their house, Ivanna helps Catherine and Adrian to cook for dinner. Grandpa Leo keep on pushing the door bell.
"Candice! someone's at the door." Ash shouted.
But no one's answering, he went to their room but it was empty. He went down but he didn't found her. the doorbell rang again.
"Grandpa." he said.
Grandpa Leo was just smiling at him.
"Son, your wife is in our house preparing dinner with my daughter and grandson. Come with us and we're going to eat dinner together." he said.
Ash doesn't want to turn his invitation down.
"She's in your house?" he asked.
"yeah, she went to apologized to me and my daughter with her son." Leo said.
Ash was astonished, he didn't know she was that persistent to apologized.
"Okay, let's go." he said.
Ash was holding grandpa's hand, because he can't walk properly.
"I'm sorry about it again." he said again.
"It's okay, besides I'm so happy that she loves it she said it was so delicious." he said.
They had arrived to their house.
"Come in!" Catherine said.
Catherine is in her 30's, she's the only daughter of Leo. Ash was stunned to see many foods on top of the table. Ivanna nudged at him.
"Your saliva." she said.
Ash was tricked and he just glared at her.
