Shuzi and the Shadow Guard Swordsman (Last Part: The Past Æ's)

After meeting at the demolished Capital building of the Ganko Village, which is thrown outside, Kenki, Shuzi, and Nurui Fakure, the shadow guard swordsmen, have a brief conversation. They ended their conversation and decided to return to the Village.
Kenki cleared his throat as he started running. He came to a halt as soon as he noticed Nurui Fakure approaching her. He kneeled in front of her, and she hopped up behind his back. Kenki made an expressionless face, and Shuzi did the same behind the mask.
The two of them began running and entering the forest, heading for the Ganko Village. It was far from them making them both fasten their feet.
They sprint by massive trees on both sides. They were sprinting on grass when Shuzi noticed the big branches above her and the green foliage, as well as the blue sky and orange light. She cleared her throat as she felt peace for a moment.
"Hey, Kenki. I'd like to ask, what happened to the village now? I haven't been back in a while, I'm sure it's destroyed, did anything else change besides that?" Nurui Fakure inquired, as Shuzi stared at him with interest.
"Yes, and it's a terrible experience. I fought a monster above anyone's level that I've met so far in my entire life... The strangest part is that being let me live while killing his ally, the glitch mob," Kenki stated solemnly, changing the mood around them three. She was staring at him with interest, while Nurui was also looking at him with interest.
"Glitch mob you say? Then they're here? If they're really here, a lot of things could happen, things could go south, and if General McDean isn't there yet, what we'll be doing is committing suicide," Nurui groans as he runs.
"They could be... And it appears that my clone is sensing an army inside the village on the other side of it. I have a clone there guarding one of the bunkers watching from afar. I hope my friend is okay," Kenki stated worriedly as he led the way.
They arrived to the village's massive walls after a few minutes of running. They look around as they rush out of the trees, noticing a path ahead of them. Shuzi and Nurui's eyes startled when they noticed a section of a wall missing in the distance.
They were both astonished and horrified when they realized the section of the wall had been cleanly sliced. Kenki didn't look astonished, so they both appeared serious at first glance. Nurui Fakure was on high alert, and Kenki was beginning to get strange feelings about him.
"Nurui Fakure, hmm? What a strange name, and he is also strange. He isn't giving any presence, and I haven't felt him in the minutes we've been together, but Shizu. She has a presence, and I can sense her, but floating, it somehow seems like that man doesn't exist," Kenki reflected on Nurui.
They were looking in the distance at large wrecked houses when a giant tree appeared in front of them. It appeared just above Kenki, causing his eyes to widen. He quickly grabbed his sword with his right hand, but he realized he wasn't going to make it.
The giant tree struck the ground where he was running as Nurui appeared kneeling on the side of the giant tree while carrying Shuzi behind him. He has his left eye glowing as he stands and raises his head, seeing Kenki standing on top of the giant tree.
"W-What just happened?! Did I get teleported...? I was under the tree and now I'm above the tree?!?" Kenki pondered fiercely as he looked to his left as he heard a whistle. He notices Nurui and Shuzi approaching. He caught a glimpse of Nurui and noticed his left eye was glowing.
"I teleported you before you got crushed, Kenki. Now, let's get moving before another tree appears. The tree was thrown so fast that I couldn't even predict where it came from," Nurui stated, lowering his head even more. He lowered his head as he noticed an unknown figure in the distance walking out of the trees, unleashing a demon presence that gave Nurui goosebumps.
"A different being...? I can't see it very clearly because of the shadow. Who the hell is it now?" Kenki pondered fiercely as he turned around to stare at the forest while standing on top of the enormous tree limb. He caught a glimpse of someone unknown wielding a massive sword behind its back and clutching its fist menacingly.
Nurui Fakure abruptly jumped and landed on his side. They cast a peek in the direction of the unknown, which was approaching them from a distance. They notice a large hole in the distance with ruined ground and realize it is the tree that the unknown pulled off and tossed at them.
"Hey! Kenki! We need to leave! Now!" Nurui exclaimed as he turned around and was about to dash away towards the village when Kenki casually patted him on the shoulder with his left hand while holding his blade menacingly in his right hand.
"Why? Why the hell would you run? He's alone, and he's an enemy," Kenki said in a serious tone as he heard Nurui sighing behind him and standing. Shuzi closed her eyes while holding Nurui with both of her hands, worried.
"You don't know who you're fighting. The Darkening unknown is specifically an unknown who's been in pursuit of us in the past weeks, and he's the one behind all of this killing. He's smarter and more deadly than we've ever faced before, and if we fought him head on, our death is certain. I shall revenge my fallen comrades and friends. But not today, because he is the genius behind everything, and I'm confronting him right now, and if I try to end him but no, we don't stand a chance," Nurui remarked solemnly as Kenki stood and noticed the unknown's presence in the far distance had changed.
His eyes widened as he realized the unknown's presence had souls surrounding him, gripping him and trying to draw him back. He could only sense the dead souls lurking behind the unknown, but he couldn't see them with his own eyes. Nurui Fakure tapped him on the shoulder, turned around, and rushed into the village.
Kenki followed him from behind, and they slowly faded away, leaving no trace behind. The unknown came to a halt and took a serious stance. The unknown wore a smiling mask and a tall black hood, as well as a coat and cape in dark hues. The massive sword behind his back, which appeared to be at least nine feet taller than him, was shining brightly. It was painted blue and black, giving it a sinister appearance.
"Run and run, Nurui Fakure. And Shuzi, you both won't live another day while I'm here to finish the job. I can't believe you two survive, I should start manipulating some of McDean's soldiers. Killing him would be such a waste now," the unknown thought menacingly as the wind blew at him gently and he vanished in thin air.
Kenki and Nurui were sprinting down a gravel path, gazing around. Shuzi remained mute as she glanced about, observing houses that had been demolished, some of which had burned down. She could also see dead bodies and a lot of blood on the ground. They were sprinting past dead civilians on both sides of the road when the three of them noticed another Kenki in the distance.
"That's my clone. I'll leave him here for now and stay on guard at that bunker. Civilians, mostly children, are there, and I can't leave them to die, so I'll hide his presence," Kenki explained as he noticed Shuzi nodding.
He teleported to his clone and came to a halt in front of himself. Nurui continued as his clone nodded after he explained. He began running, following Nurui from behind in the distance.
Nurui Fakure started to sense life and slowly realized there was an army in the far distance. He could sense them but they were still far from him. He turned around and came to a halt as he saw Kenki coming towards him.
"An army is up ahead. Continuing would be total chaos, and with that freak joining us, it would be more than chaos. This village might be erased if we fight that thing. Good thing we didn't, and he's still pursuing us," Nurui stated as he noticed Kenki nod and come to a halt in front of him.
"I don't sense them, but I can sense my friend. Maybe I'm not focusing enough or just don't care about the army more than my friend. Let's get moving, and just a reminder, Nurui and Shuzi, reinforcements are tomorrow. If things go south, everything we'll be doing is the fight for survival, do everything it takes to survive till they arrive," Kenki said as he gave a different sensation that Nurui and Shuzi saw and felt.
As soon as they feel it, the sensation gives them chills. He walked past them and began running. Nurui immediately turned around and followed him from behind, heading for the other side of the village where Katsuki and General McDean's army was.
They had a clear view of Kenki's presence. It was heartwarming and he had a nice heart, but on the outside he had a different demeanor, which made Nurui smile. He exhaled in relief as he raised his head and briefly gazed at the blue sky before returning his gaze to his path while sprinting.
"This guy is something else, yet he's not enough for that Dark Being. He'd get clapped, but based on his presence, there's a possibility that he can if he pushed himself more than ever. I wonder how that would work, hmm, I guess I need to figure it out," Nurui Fakure thought as he sighs and looked around again. Nurui understood they were in a terrifying environment. Everywhere they looked, the civilians who had been slaughtered were worse than being consumed.
She was clutching the diary with her right hand while holding him with her left. He was carrying her along. She has sad eyes and was looking down at the path, concerned that the wind had changed direction.
