The cool breeze passes through the atmosphere, Maria sat looking through the window with heavy thoughts. Her mind was swiveling in notions. Sighing, she rested her head on the back of her hand, her blue eyes staring intensively at the sky. A hand held her on her shoulder, looking back, she saw Allocen holding a plate of food that she handed to her. "Thank you"Maria mumbled looking at her. Smiling, Allocen walked back and joined her sisters as they discussed finding the fifth sister. " Getting to the valley tower is quite dangerous, we need to be careful when passing through its routes" Ammit notified holding a map. Aynaet looked at her sisters with confused eyes, "None of us has ever been there and I have heard a lot about the forbidden part leading to the tower, it is very intense and we need to come together to solve this" her eyes glinted at each of her sisters face. "Wait" Ahazu specified collecting the map from Ammit as they stared at her with longing eyes. "This path will get us there quite easier than the rest, passing through the other routes will only expose us to more dangers" she lowered her voice looking at her sisters, "You know we might get attacked, are we allowed to use our powers in front of her?" She asked, her eyes glaring at Maria. "She is so uptight against this prophecy but we all know nothing can be done to stop this. I have waited for this my whole life because it's our duty" Ammit instructed them as they stared at her in respect. "Father knew that all this were going to happen, her stubbornness, thinking she can stop this but she can't" Ammit red eyes flicked in the darkroom as the candlelight gave them a chance to see through. "We will take off tomorrow morning, but now, we need to rest" Allocen spoke out and her sisters nodded in affirmation. Ammit glanced back and saw Maria sleeping with her head on the table. Scoffing, she got up, took a blanket, and covered her. Along with her sisters, they went towards their different rooms as the night got deeper. ****************************** The chirping sounds of the bird echoed through Filippo's ear as he went further into the woods on his black horse. The journey to the Bridgettines is just a night and he knows the way to the convent because he has been there once. Looking around with his rosary clung around his hand. Apart from being a priest, he was trained on how to use a sword by his father who was the best blacksmith back in his village. But when the Lord called him, he abandoned everything and followed Christ but his skill with swords never departed from him. Taking a peek at the dagger by his side, he tucked it in deeper looking by his side. The woods are full of wild animals and weird creatures but he came fully prepared. He went deeper as the chirping sounds of the birds became louder. Looking up, he wonders what made them so noisy than normal but scanning around, he saw nothing. He brought out a bottle of water from his bag, he drank a little shoving it back inside, made the sign of the cross, and wandered deeper into the woods. Hours went by and the sun began to set. Filippo stroked his horse gently examining the area, "Buddy, we have to stop here for the night, it's dark already" he muttered softly to his horse as he caresses it. Bringing out a torch which showed him way through the dark path. They got to a region with no grass, just sand. Coming down from his horse, Filippo tied it to a tree and went into the woods in search of dry sticks. A few minutes later, he came back with some, gathered it together, and made a fire bedside a tree. Sitting at the foot of the tree, Filippo brought out a bread from his bag, and ate quietly, he got up, fed his horse, and sat back at the foot of the tree. Feeling exhausted, he relaxed on the tree yawning tiredly, a few minutes later, he fluttered off slowly. A sound brushed past a tree next to Filippo. Waking up, he looked around rubbing his eyes as he wondered who made the noise, "Is it an animal?", he asked himself staring at the direction the noise came from. Turning his gaze back at his horse which laid still, Filippo realized that the fire he made was already exhausted. He got up, with his torch in his hand, stepped slowly towards the tree, his other hand on his dagger. Suddenly, he heard another sound opposite him. He quickly turned back as adrenaline passed through his veins. Looking at the direction the noise came from. The air became still and chill, as a cold sensation passed through Filippo. Immediately, a familiar smell ratified through his nostrils, it startled him as he flicked his torch around. Someone was here watching him, he could feel it. The smell was so strong, exactly like the smell that passed through him two days ago at the chapel. "Who is there, show yourself!" He yelled fearlessly expecting the worst but there was no reply. He stepped towards the direction the sound came from walking carefully towards him, his thoughts twirling around his head. Quickly, someone moved swiftly behind him, the leaves around Filippo waved around, a little wind following it. Filippo's senses were filled, it was obvious that someone is here with him, "You better show yourself now or leave!" He commanded with hardened eyes. A chuckle came from a direction. Filippo quickly turned to the path the laugh came from, his veins running wild in anxiety. "Show yourself now or leave!" Filippo ordered again, looking courageously. Slowly, a figure came out closely from a tree, his body in a shape of a horse with a human's face. His hair was long and black just like a woman's hair neatly combed and laid down as it swift softly to the breeze. His teeth sprouted out as long as a lion's own. He had a breast-plated chest and his tail not like a horse but a scorpion. Filippo's eyes widened in shock as he stared at the strange creature. His horse neighs in fright but couldn't move because it was tied to the tree. "Who are you and what do you want?" Filipino asked with a tensed voice not out of fear but shock. Abadon glared at him with a smirk on his face, he didn't say anything but stared longing at Filippo who scanned his appearance. "I said who are you?!" Filipino asked again, this time without fear, he has fought lots of demons when growing up so he isn't surprised to see one standing before him. Suddenly before he could say a word again, Abadon came closer with fierce power and rage, with might, he strikes Filippo who flew with great speed hitting a tree. Filippo's eyes widened in shock as he stared at the beast. The way it moved so fast with speed brought curiosity in him as he stared at the strange creature. Deep down, he knows this isn't just a demon but more than that. Filippo quickly looked down at his dagger, as he was about to take it, Abadon came closer to his grasping his neck as he stared at Filippo in fury. "The clock is ticking, it is ticking, "Abadon spoke out with a strange tone as their eyes lock, his hand around Filippo's neck. Abadon studied Filippo who struggled to breathe gasping for air as his lungs squeezed deep inside him. A smirk came across Abadon's face, slowly, he brought out his long claws touching Filippo's cheek as his red eyes shone, " I won't hurt you now but I will wait till when the prince of hell takes his charge, just know that the clock is ticking" he notified grinding from ear to ear and immediately he vanished. Filippo fell to the ground gasping for air, his eyes became so blurred as he crawled towards his bag trying his best to take his bottle of water, he crawled with all his might, his lungs burning in hot flames. Getting close to his bag as his hand touched it, he began to feel dizzy, his sight doubling in utmost fright, not able to bear it anymore, he fainted, the cold wind of the night piercing through him.
