"No, I did not. I just cleaned it from time to time, that's all", she replied. She stood up and went to the kitchen. I just focused on the tv and enjoy the show. I did not realize that I fell asleep at the couch.
"Pauline, Pauline, Pauline", I heard aunt Cherry's voice calling my name. I opened my eyes and I saw auntie shaking me. I sat straight and rubbed my eyes.
"Go to your room if you're sleepy", aunt Cherry said. I stood up and went to my room. I look around and saw that nothing has changed. I went straight to my bed and lie down. My eyes are slowly closing and I fall asleep again.

A knock from the door was heard. "Pauline! Wake up or you'll be late for school. You still have to go home and change clothes you know", aunt Cherry yelled. I stood up and fix my bed. I rubbed my eyes before getting out of my room. I never slept as good as last night. I wish I could sleep like that every night. But those damn ghosts keep disturbing my slumber.
I went downstairs and saw that auntie already made breakfast. I sat down on one of the chairs and ate breakfast on the plate that looks like for me. I look at my watch and saw that it was already 6 in the morning. I eat as quickly as I can so I can go to school and don't get late. When I finished eating, I grab my plate and washed it myself.
"I'm leaving", I said. I look at my aunt and wave goodbye, I closed the door behind me and left.
I just took a taxi because I was in a hurry. Taking a bus might be a bad idea. Waiting for a bus when you're in a hurry feels like eternity, and I don't want to feel the anxiety I always feel when waiting for a bus.
When I arrive home, I quickly went to my room and straight to my bathroom. After i shower, I changed into my school clothes and grab my bag. I run as fast as I could and to get out of that mansion. When I was already outside, I noticed that some of the flowers are dying, I haven't took good care of them that's why they're dying.
"I should get a gardener or just someone who could take care of the plants", I said to myself. I think I can afford a gardener. My parents left enough money for me, and even if I won't go to college and won't work, I still can afford to live because they left millions, and I haven't spend that much so i guess I can afford a gardener, and I can hire a helper who can help me clean the mansion.
I walk to the nearest bus stop and waited for the bus to arrive. I still have enough time because I finished shower earlier than I expected. I was really in a hurry when I shower because I was so worried about the time. And since I have time, I just ride a bus to school because I like the bus more when I'm not in a hurry and it does not cost that much. I still have to be thrifty even though my parents left me a fortune.
I arrived at school on time. The bell didn't ring yet, and the gate is not close yet either. When I was infront of our classroom, I look around and spotted Claudine in her chair, she sa me and run towards me.
"Where were you yesterday?", she asked and put her hands on my shoulders. Her brows met and she looks like she's angry.
"I haven't got enough sleep yesterday so I decided not to go to school", I replied calmly.Claudine's brow didn't change. She turns around and walks away. She went straight to her chair and sat down. I went to my chair too, and put my bag down.
"You could have called me yesterday, you know! You got me worried!", she said angrily. I was fixing my chair and I can't see her expression since I wasn't facing her.
"We're too close to each other, Claudine. You don't need to shout", I stayed calm and still not facing her. I sat down on my chair after fixing it. I look at her and saw how furious she look. I ignored it and look straight to the board and waited for the teacher to arrive. I think she was mumbling something to herself, but can't hear it properly. When I look at her, she stops mumbling and sat erect. I just smiled because I find it funny, but Claudine's face looks really furious when she saw me smiling.
The teacher arrived and she starts discussing. I'm in a good mood therefore, I can focus and listen well to what the teacher was talking about. It was in the middle of the discussion when Claudine suddenly shout. The whole class was surprise and all of us look at Claudine. I don't about the others, but my eyes widened on what I saw. Claudine's eyes turned all white. She starts shaking and the lights turn off and on. The whole class stood up from their sit. Some are crying because of fright and some are shouting, while some are frozen and they don't know what to do. I am one of those who got frozen. I told myself to move, but every muscle in my body wont. I was the one who was nearest to Claudine, and I can see her face clearly, it was scary as hell. Claudine stopped shaking and the lights stop flickering. We thought Claudine passed out, but her eyes suddenly open and it didn't change. Claudine looks at me with her white and terrifying eyes.
"What are you looking at, peasant?!", she said with a devilish voice. I was terrified and left frozen. She stood up from her sit, I want to run but like I said, I can't move.
