Chapter Eleven - The Magnificent Tour

Fay looked at Ron in surprise that he would be so wise before turning her gaze to Riley. "Yes, Ron is right. I'm too old to play barbies with you."
Riley looked down at the carpeted floor before looking back up at her, "Oh shoot! Then what can we do together? Wanna braid my hair?"
"Sure, I would love to. You have pretty hair." Fay said as she walked to Riley. Her dark hair looked soft and silky as it reached the middle of her back.
"Luna, I am here to show you around the house as the Alpha told me to this morning." Rachel's voice made her turn around to face the door where she was standing. Riley and Ron's attention also turned there.
"Okay, I will be right with you." She said then turned to Riley and Ron. "Alright, kids. I need to go, today is a busy day for me. I'll play with you next time, okay?"
Riley smiled brightly at her as she nodded, "Okay!"
"I will show you my bike next time, Luna." Ron added, also smiling.
Fay placed her hand on his dark hair and ruffled it. "Okay, Ron. I will be looking forward to it."
She turned around and walked out of the room. Rachel started leading her further down the hallway where a glass sliding door was at the end. They reached it and Rachel slid it open as she said, looking at Fay, "This leads to the back compound where we have the garden, swimming pool, volley ball area, soccer field, and other sports areas. We also have a game room inside the mansion and the cinema room."
"Okay." Fay replied as she walked through the open doorway of the glass doors and looked amazed as she saw the very large garden. "Wow!"
The garden was filled with beautiful flowers including roses, peonies, lilies, sunflowers and more. The grasses were trimmed short and there were shrubs cut into the shape of different animals; wolf, goose, swan and lion.
"Beautiful, isn't it?" Rachel asked as she led her into the garden.
"Yeah, it's magnificent." She replied as she studied the wolf shaped shrub while walking around it.
"This is where you will have the personal mating ceremony. The guys are about to start arranging the chairs and decorating the garden."
"I'm sure it will be more magnificent." She replied as they started approaching a soccer field.
"Yes, they are talented in doing that." Rachel replied then glanced around the field and said, "This is the soccer field where the younger wolves play their games."
"Yes, I can see." She replied as they passed between the goal posts.
They passed through the volley ball area, tennis court and swimming pool. It was at the swimming pool that she saw some young werewolves there. A guy in his teens was swimming in the pool while two girls in their late teens and one girl in her early twenties were lounging around the pool on lounge chairs.
The older girl with brown hair was sitting farther away from the rest and she stood up when she saw Rachel and Fay. She walked up to them with a smile as the other two girls giggled together while stealing glimpses at the guy swimming. "Hey, Luna! I'm so glad to meet you personally."
"Hi, I'm glad to meet you too. How are you?" Fay replied, smiling too.
"I'm fine, I'm Bailey. I work in town at the Tanner store, and I think I've seen you there a couple of times while I'm arranging the goods."
"Oh yeah, I've seen you there too, but we've never talked before. Probably because I have only been there three times."
"Yep, and it was epic how the Alpha put Brittany in her place. No one likes her because she's so mean and thinks she can do anything to anyone just because Beta Connor supports her." Bailey said as she let out a laugh.
Fay and Rachel also laughed, and Fay said, "Yes, it was indeed epic, and I also noticed that Beta Connor is supporting her. Are they close?"
"Sometimes it seems so, but other times, not so close." Bailey replied, and Rachel added, "They're not related though if that is what you are asking."
"I see. I am happy to have a mate like Alpha Clause to put shewolves like Brittany in their place." Fay said, and Rachel nodded.
"He is happy to have you too." Rachel replied, and Bailey said in awe, "You are really lucky. I hope I will find my mate soon."
"You look like you have come of age, were there on the night of the mating ceremony?" Fay asked curiously.
"Yes, but you didn't see me because you and Alpha Clause were busy making googly eyes at each other." Bailey said with a giggle.
"Anyone would want to make googly eyes with Alpha Clause." Fay replied as she giggled too.
"You didn't find your mate then, that means you have to attend next year's. Maybe your mate is younger than you and hasn't come of age yet." Fay said thoughtfully.
"Yeah, maybe, but I really don't like the thought of being with a hewolf younger than me." Bailey replied with a grimace.
"You wouldn't even remember that he is younger when you find him because you will be too in love with him to notice." Fay said, trying to cheer her up.
"Yeah, I am sure fate has someone great in store for me."
Rachel raised her hand and looked at her wrist watch before looking back at the two friends, "Luna, it is almost time for your personal mating ceremony. Alpha Clause wants it to happen by sun down."
Fay glanced at her with a surprised look and then at the sky before looking back at her, "I didn't notice that it is already evening time, and I haven't chosen my dress yet."
"I'm sure that will be easy, Rachel and I can help you choose." Bailey replied to ease her fears.
"Okay, thanks, but Rachel, what about the remaining house tour?" Fay said, looking at Rachel.
