Sheriff Trina walked out of the investigating room with Decker trailing behind her, one of the cops walked so fast to meet her pace and told her about the rise in the death toll in the city, she checked the time on her phone, and it says 8:30 pm the petition has gone up to 50 people signing, knowing so well Cassie is not always with her phone, she put a call across to Sean and waited patiently for him to pick it, she stepped outside the station as she determined to stop Carter.

“Light w-what?“ Sandra exclaimed
“Yes you are, or weren't you the one who caused the earth to vibrate a few hours ago?“ Ben asked.
“I didn't do it, it was the white glowing object that did”
“So you touched it?“
“Yes, I have to, I mean who wouldn't, it was pretty.“ She said
“That means you are the chosen one, now we have to train because you're the only one that can save humanity!“ Paul said
“Train? Well before that, I'm hungry!“ She blurted out, just immediately her stomach grumble
“Sorry…” she added and they all burst out laughing.
The ringing tone of Sean's phone interrupted their laughter as he brought it to his ears.
“Sean, where are you guys?“ Sheriff Trinna asked
“At Chloe and place, her Mum is the Light” Sean explained
“Cool, you guys are safe, Tell Cassie not to bother coming home today, in fact, you guys should wait till tomorrow before going to your various homes, okay?“
“Okay.“ Sean stressed out the word
“One more thing, Chloe and Sarah are twins, James, Flora's personal assistant is their Father, and Olivia is their mother!“
“Twin w-what!“
“It's unbelievable, right? But that was the truth”
“Who are you on the line with?“ Paul asked him seeing his shocked face
“Cassie mum” he mouthed
“What did she say?“
“Have it.“ He said, handing the phone to him and he brought it to his ear, Trina narrated to him exactly what he told Sean.
“What happened?“ Christy whispered in Sean's ear
“Sarah and Chloe are twins.“ He whispered back and they both stared at the twin who was seating beside each other not having a clue on what was going on
“Woah!“ Christy exclaimed.
“James is Flora's assistant, and he is the father.“ He added
“What do you think? Do you think they look alike?“ Christy whispered at him
“That is what I'm checking out, they both have similar noses just like Olivia, Sarah has Olivia's eyes shape and Color, and Chloe has James' brown eyes”
“What?“ Chloe asked not getting comfortable with the way Sean, Christy and Paul are staring at her and Sarah
“You both are Twins!“ Paul dropped the bombshell and they both scream, “What?“ Sean collected his phone from his Dad as he Checked the news headlines.
“That is impossible!“ Sarah exclaimed, Chloe kept mute as all that Zoe told her is replaying In her head, she was right, she was Renetha's granddaughter
“Well, it is possible, Olivia gave birth to a set of twins that day, but Chloe was taken away by the father, James, personal assistant to Flora, he took you somewhere, and the Orphanage took you in, Woah, you are destined to be here Chloe, weren't you adopted by any family before Sandra adopted you?“
“I was, even, I lost count of the families that I've been adopted to. After two or three months, I will be back at the Orphanage, the longest is one year until I was adopted again.“ She explained
“That explained the electrifying shock I felt earlier, did you feel it too?“
“Yes, I did when you held my hands.“ Sarah attest to it as they both faced each other
“Since then I've been having some strange energy flowing in me, it was as if I've been charged like Sarah was the powerhouse I needed all this while”
“What was it like? Did you possess the same power as Sarah?“ Paul asked
“Nah, I don't think I do”
“How about you try it?“
“Try to see what I am thinking right now.“ Paul said and Chloe stared deeply at him just as she had seen Sarah did.
“I can't”
“I don't think she possess Sarah's powers because I was there and I could feel the energy radiating from her was nothing like Sarah's, and at that moment the gate…” he stopped talking, and went over to the wooden container that the orb was kept, and put it in front of Chloe closing the lid.
“Try opening the container.“ Kyle said to her and he made eye contact and he nodded his head for her to go on.
She concentrated her mind at it as everyone went quiet, she found herself in a bright white room seating on the water like floor with no one insight except for the wooden container, she crossed her leg as she concentrated on it, the container vibrated as she struggled to open it lid, till it finally opened and everything went back as it was before, everyone gasped seeing she just opened the container without touching it.
“See, Sarah has the ability to control animate object, while Chloe has the ability to control an inanimate object, Sarah is the powerhouse while Chloe is the battery.“ Kyle explained
“Woah, this is lit” Cassie said clapping her hands
“With some practice, Chloe will be able to master her powers, Sarah could help her with it.“ Kyle said and Sarah smiled, finally someone that will understand me, she thought
“Oh oh, guys we have a problem” Sean called out at them and they rushed to his side.
“What is that?“ They asked, he tossed the phone to Kyle
“Check this out”
“Five deaths recorded in the last two hours!“ Kyle read out
“Carter!“ Cassie said,
“Exactly!“
“We need to stop him!“
“Well your mum said we shouldn't leave where we are until tomorrow!“
“Why? She is probably hunting him down by herself, we need to go help her, y'all see what Carter is capable of earlier today, he has gotten stronger, they have no chance beside him. Now we have Sarah and Chloe, with the light. I'm sure he wouldn't even be able to raise a finger at us.“
“You know when I discovered I was possessing super power, I was very excited, I mean who wouldn't, but after knowing what it takes to have an ability like mine, I don't know if I should be excited or not, but if it's the only thing that could save humanity? Then I'm down!" Sandra said and they all yelled cheering her up
“That is the spirit!“ Cassie said
“We need to get going!“
“But I'm still hungry!“ Sandra added
