I need to be happy

I went up the stairs and back to my room, collapsing in a heap on the floor. I curled up in a ball and cried, feeling hopeless and broken.
I wasn’t sure what would happen to me now. I knew my parents wouldn’t love me anymore, and that my ex Alpha had no interest in me. I knew they would kill me if I was a bad Omega, and I didn't know if I could ever be a good enough one to deserve their love.
I was stuck, and all alone.
I didn’t have any friends or family that loved me. I didn’t even have a mate to help me, and the idea of being a slave scared me. My ex Alpha had promised to never touch me again, and I wondered if anyone else would ever love me. Would I ever get the love that I needed to be happy?
Would I ever get a true Alpha to love me and take care of me?
I knew that I would never get one from my parents again, but maybe I would get one from someone else.
I eventually fell asleep, and I slept for the rest of the day. My parents didn’t come to see me, and I woke up with a horrible headache and my body sore. I stood up and went to the bathroom to wash my face, and then I went to get dressed.
I put on some clothes and went downstairs to see if my parents were around, but they were not. They were probably in bed, and so I went out into the backyard to walk around.
I looked up at the stars, feeling lonely and so lost.
But as I looked up at them, I felt a new warmth spread through my body. My head started to spin, and I felt my heat beginning. I fell to my knees and submitted, my body curling in on itself.
I cried out and whimpered, begging for someone to come. I wasn’t sure if I would ever get one, but I hoped that it was happening. My heat had never happened before, and it hurt to not be loved.
My heat lasted for an hour, and then it was over. I was so exhausted that I crawled back to the house and fell asleep on the porch, waking up to my mother kicking me awake the next morning.
I sat up and looked around, realizing that I was outside. My mother glared at me and then pulled me up, slapping me in the face.
"Stupid Omega," she sneered. "You embarrassed us, and you embarrassed yourself. If you can’t get a Alpha then what good are you?"
I stayed quiet, not sure how to answer.
"You can’t have a child on your own, but you need a Alpha to do that. You need one to make you happy, too," she continued. "If you don’t have one then what are you going to do?"
She snarled at me, and then she turned on her heel and walked away.
I stood there, feeling my heart break. I knew that my parents had never loved me like I needed them to. I was never a good Omega for them, and I had never been good enough for them to love me.
I knew then that I needed to run, or else they would kill me.
The only problem was that I had no idea where to go, and if I was caught then my father would surely kill me this time.
So I went back to my room to think, falling asleep on the floor again.
When I woke up, my father was standing over me.
"Allie, I've arranged for you to be married again," he said. "This Alpha is looking for an Omega to be his slave, and he agreed to take you. You will never have a child with him, and you will be his slave. Do you understand?" I nodded, still sleepy and not sure if I had dreamed that. But I knew he was serious.
"Good," he grunted. "Now get up and get dressed."
I scrambled to my feet and then walked to my closet. My father went into the hallway to wait on me, and I went to look for something to wear.
I looked through my clothes, not seeing anything but my night dress. I put it on and went out, following my father down the stairs and to the garage.
His car was in the garage, and I got in. He got in and started the car, not looking at me.
He was driving to the airport, and we drove in silence. I wanted to ask him so many things, but I knew better.
We got to the airport and he went to a private hangar. There were two security guards waiting for us, and they checked us out before letting us into the hangar.
The private plane was in the hangar, and my father let me go on first. I looked around and then sat down in a seat, looking out the window as my father got in behind me.
The plane took off, and then we were heading to another country. I wondered who the Alpha was, and where we were going. I wondered so many things, but stayed quiet.
After a few hours, the plane started to land. My father got up and walked to me, putting his hand on my shoulder and squeezing.
"Remember," he warned me. "You do not talk unless you are spoken to. You do not look at anyone unless they have looked at you first. If you do, you will be punished."
"Yes, Father."
I said, looking at the floor. He grabbed my chin and forced my head up, looking at me.
"This is not a joke, Allie," he growled. "The Alpha that has agreed to take you is dangerous. He is known for being brutal with his Omegas. But he will do whatever it takes to make sure that you obey him. So you must do as I say. If he decides you are not worth his time, then he will kill you. Do you understand?"
I nodded and swallowed hard. "Yes, father."
He squeezed my chin and then let go of it, turning on his heel and walking away. I watched him go and then turned to look out the window, feeling a little bit of fear creeping into me.
I had no idea what was going to happen next.
