Dera looked at me and I could see that she pitied me. I continued what I was saying. 
"On the second day which is yesterday, I decided to go out with them to search for food. We came here and were served. When we were about to leave here, they told Donald that they do not know me which made me feel neglected again," I said and she wiped my face. 
 "I am sorry that you had to go through all this pain. " She said and I looked down giving a slight smile. 
 "It's okay Chloe," I said looking away. 
 "Can we be friends?" She asked and I nodded. 
 "Alright we are friends." She said stretching out her hand for a handshake and I nodded. 
We spoke for some minutes before she announced that she was leaving.
 "I will see you later." She said and got up from the bed. 
She walked to the door and walked out of it. I sighed immediately she left the room and walked to the door. I shut it close then looked up.
 "Humans are gullible." I said and walked to my bed. I sat on the bed and sighed.
 "Chloe, today I found one of my old friend. Her name is Dera. She is a human. I am sure you are sad for me having a friend apart from you but I really need her to be my friend so that I can get someone to talk to" I said. 
"I really miss you, Chloe. I really do. I wish you are still living but you are gone." I said then remembered my promise to her while burying her ashes.
 "I can remember that I promised to take revenge on your death. I really saw it as a sacrifice for our friendship before coming here but I can't continue again. I am going to try to be a good friend and vampire but I am too weak to kill humans again." I said and took a deep breath.
 "I am sure you will say that I behave like a human because I allow emotions come in but I don't care anymore," I turned to face the wall. 
 "I am going to be a better human and not let my vampire come out of me," I said. I looked towards the door and held my breath.
 "I am no longer a vampire but human," I said to myself and thought for a while. "I am still a vampire but I will try holding myself here," I said touching my face.
 I walked to my closet and pulled out a pack of wiper. I took out a wiper from the pack and pulled off my clothes. 
"Sophia!" I heard Dera call my name as she knocked the door.
 I immediately put on my cloth and walked to the door to meet her. I opened the door and saw her standing with a cloth and towel. 
"Donald told me to give you this as you didn't come here with any wear." She said and I nodded my head.
 "Nice gesture." I said collecting them from her and waited for her to leave but she didn't leave immediately.
 She looked at me and smiled. 
"Also get ready as soon as possible because we would be going to shop for clothes for you." She said and made to turn back but stopped when she heard my voice. 
I looked at the cloth that was given to me and stopped her.
 "Hold on, Dera." I said and she turned to look at me.
 "Yes Sophia." She said turning back to look at me and I raised the cloth up.
 "Who owns this?" I asked and she smiled. 
"It is one of his old clothes."She said and I nodded and raised up the towel.
 "And this?" I asked and she smiled shaking her head.
 "It's one of the new towel in this house." She said and winked at me. 
"Do not worry, no one has used the towel before," I nodded and allowed her leave before entering the room and shutting the door close. 
I sat down on the bed and removed my cloth. I immediately pulled the chair which was by the corner of the room and took the wipers. I used three wipers in the pack to clean my body. I walked to the cloth that was brought to me by Dera and put it on. The cloth was bigger than me which made me smile. I looked at the cloth that was on the bed and shook my head.
 "I can't wash the clothes." I said to myself and walked out of the room. 
On seeing me, Dera laughed making Donald look up at me. He smiled seeing me and pointed to Dera. "Get the food ready." He said and she bowed her head and left.
 I remembered the conversation I had with her in the room. She told me of how Donald enrolled her into a school and she only works as a maid when they are on breaks and on weekends. I sighed as I remembered this and looked at Donald who nodded his head seeing me look at him. I remembered how Dera told me Donald's girlfriend jilted him running away with a large sum of money and Donald promised himself not to love again by to continually do charity to people who needed his help.
 "Here you go." Dera said interrupting my thoughts as she placed a plate on my table.
 On the plate were two bread which had hamburger inside. I looked at the bread then at Donald who was already eating.
 "Do eat it." Dera said giving me a slight tap on my back. I looked at her and smiled holding up the bread. 
 "Don't you know how to eat it?" Dera asked and I nodded my head. 
Donald who was halfway through with his meal looked up to me. 
"I guess it has been long you have eaten such type of meal." Dera said and I nodded.
 She got up from her chair and started feeding me like a baby. When I was done eating, she went to eat her food and I smiled. I got up and carried my plate but Dera stopped me. " Leave that, I am going to pack when I am done." She said and I looked at Donald who nodded to me. I dropped the plate and we waited for Dera to finish eating her food. When she was done eating, she packed all the plate and they both drank water while I gave an excuse that I had over drank water the last day then we went out.
