QUEEN
I take a deep breath and tighten my hold on his hand. It was cold and when the cold wind blew I shiver and closed my eyes for a bit. We were running for almost fifteen minutes and we are lucky that we do not trip because it was still a bit dark here. I watch his back as we run and despite the fact that we are both tired I still find everything exciting.
Now it was just me and him. We are now finally together.
Just the two of us.
I can hear our heavy breaths as we stop in front of an old house. I gasp heavily and he tighten his grip on mine.
"Are you okay?" he asked me and I happily nod. He chuckled and wipe my face. "Beautiful..."
"I love you." A smile was plastered on his handsome face and he kisses me.
We are already free. Ican't believe it. I am so happy!
"I love you too Queen... I love you more than anything." I smiled at him, finally. "We're already free, we will stand on our own feet now. We can do this together, just the two of us. I will never dissapoint you." I hugged him and tears suddenly rolled down. I feel this mixed emotions, Happiness. Scared. Relief. Sadness.
"Yes, Of course. Let's live peacefully here… far from them. Yeah, we can do this together."
"Hm. I love you. I love you. I-"
"Queen." I opened my eyes and there I saw King. “Hey. Hey...”
Why is he here? Huh, where am I?
I get up and look around. Oh, I'm here in my room, yeah, I’m back in my room. I sighed and blink a couple of times trying to remember everything.

"You okay, Why are you crying?" There is a trace of worriness in his voice as he ask me that. I touch my face and he was right I was crying.
I shake my head thinking that what I just dreamed about will be forgotten. King gave me tissues and I gently wipe my face.
"Hmm, I just had a bad dream."
"Are you sure, huh? There is no problem?" I nod and he pats my shoulders. It brings me comfort and I smiled bitterly.
"No problem. I’m… I'm fine. It's just a bad dream. Yeah." I nod. I tried to convince myself. King stared at me for a minute and smiled brightly.
"Let's go down, you need to drink water," I said okay and followed him, I feel the maids stares at me and I hug myself.
Can they stop it, I feel they are mocking me, laughing at me.
I cover my ears and closed my eyes. I want to shout but no words was coming out of my mouth.
"Queen." I flinched a bit when King touch my shoulders I look at him and he sighed.
"Ahh, I-" I shut my mouth and shake my head. “Sorry,” I said in a small voice.
"No. Let's go get going, I remember that we have a strawberry juice. You love that, right? Anything as long as it is strawberry. You won’t say no."
"Yes... I want some." I said in a small voice.
I look at my back and the maids are nowhere to be found, maybe King told them to go back to the maid quarters since I don’t like the maids being around.
"Great! Let's go." He happily said and he held my hand gently pulled me and when we finally arrive at the kitchen, he opened the refrigerator and handed me that glass of strawberry juice. "Go on."
"Thank you." I smiled weakly and take a sip, he was watching me drinking it until I finished the strawberry juice. "Yummy."
"It's good that you like it." He claps his hand and I watch him as hr washes the glass then peels some apples and gave them to me.
"Where is Ace, what about Mom, and Dad?"
I asked when I saw no one in the dining area.
"Mom and dad go to the company and Ace visited her girlfriend. Aphrodite was not in a good state again. Tsk. Tsk."
I see so we are the only ones here in the mansion.
"What about you, why are you stull here?" I ask him, I know King he loves to party and it is impossible that he won't go out tonight.
"Just staying here today. By the way, get ready we'll eat at Linus later."
That's surprising, him just staying here. I nod and get the book on the table.
"Okay."
"You want to go out after that? We can go shopping, I heard your fave brand has a new set of collection." I shake my head and lean on the couch and read the book.
"I just want to go home after dinner."
"Yeah, let's just go out when you feel like."
"King..." I felt his stare on me and I sighed.
"Hmm?" my eyes were still focused on the book but I am just staring at it. I didn't bother to read it and just stare at it. He didn't say anything just staring at me silently while I was in a deep thought for minutes then I opened my mouth.
"I'm tired, King... I just want to rest." I said and then I feel him sit beside me and suddenly hug me. "I don't have any reason to-"
"Don't say that hmm? I hate seeing you like this." I closed my mouth tightly and force myself to not cry.
"I'm sorry."
I'm already big, I won't cry.
"K-King... I'm really sorry." I said it with a trembling voice.
"Shh, it's not your fault."
He gently brushed my hair and I lean my head on his shoulders. I won't cry.
It's been two years and the past is still haunting me. Memories that I tried to bury haunt me again. It's all coming back, every night I always saw his smiling face, his face that I won't be able to see anymore no matter what I do.
