" My beautiful girl , how are you?" The old man's smile seem permanent on his face as he hugged her and pated her back.
 " I'm fine grandpa, I missed you so much. It seems you didn't miss me because you still look so young " She teased him.
' oh no! darling I missed you so very much. I was very lonely while you were not around " The old man rebuked her words which made Bella laugh at loud.
" How is your health grandpa? I hope you are taking your drugs regularly and on time too" Bella moved their discussion to a serious one.
Bella just asked casually as she made sure that she was informed about the old man's health by his private nurse and Doctor at all time.
" I know you have been talking to my doctor and nurse and made sure that your knew everything was going well" The old man words only made Bella smile widen the more because it was the truth.
"Yes, yes. I'm sure that you are aware. Nothing goes pass you without your awareness. hmm. I still need to monitor you and make sure that you are doing well physically " Bella said. She doesn't want him thinking that she was being too forward by doing the right thing.
" I know darling.But you haven't told me about your experience at work and how Peter is doing" 
" Ok grandpa, Peter will be graduating this year after he successfully passes his exams. I on the other hand had a wonderful work experience but I have been posted back here after my request for relocation was granted". Bella was happy to announce to the old man.
The old man was very happy to have her back to the Estate , after all he was lonely.
The house was too boring for him except when she was home or Esther came home. Jack was only work, work and more work.
" Very good because I need all the companion I can get" The old man said and patted her head like her baby.
" I'm here now grandpa, you don't need to worry. I called Esther this morning and she said she will come as soon as her job permits her to do" Bella informed him.
" Now, I get to have two beautiful ladies by my side and a ice statue too" The old man said with a smirk directed at Bella.
Bella rolled her eyes with a smile. The old man must have known that she referred Jake as a cold statue, that was why he used her words against her.
But the old man's words soon sinked in.
Wait! Jake was coming to Glamorous Estate???
" But grandpa, Why is Jake suddenly coming back to the house?" She asked perplexed. They all knew that Jake doesn't like coming to Glamorous Estate except on very important occasions.
He was always busy but he sometimes came whenever Madam Amelia was here.
" I know what you are thinking Bella, But Jake will be living here from now on until I change my mind" The old man said.
Bella knew that the old man was hiding something.
" Grandpa, what did you do to make Jake convince Jake to come live here?" Bella really wanted to know what the old man did. He definitely did something to make Jake come to Glamorous Estate.
" I might be old but I still have some tricks under my sleeves especially when it comes to Jake" The old man's response was enough to proof that he really did something to make Jake come.
If Jake came to the Estate, then he was going to kill the joy in the place.
As if the the old man knew what she was thinking, he said " don't worry he won't give you any trouble or problems as long as I'm here".
The old man's assurance put her mind at rest .She now understood why many of her senior colleagues were always scared to meet him or submit any documents directly to him.
"Thanks grandpa, I will go and rest for a while before having lunch with you " Bella said and stood up . The maids had already taken her things to her room upstairs .
"ok dear, I will release you so you can rest now" Bella pecked the old man's cheek and walked away.
 Meanwhile, things weren't going smoothly on Jake's end.
 His grandfather just threatened him to come back to Glamorous Estate which he had no choice but to comply.
 His grandfather had always been a thorn on his flesh but they were still family.
His mind went to that angelic spirit he saw the last time he went to Glamorous Estate.
 Damn! The girl was as hot as she was smart, he remembered giving her a cold shoulder but she just looked tight back at him and scoffed.
 No form of being intimidated . It was a rare case for him to see someone who could stand against him or even look directly at his face.
 Only his family were not intimidated by him.
She was definitely someone special to the old man because the first warning the old man gave him was that he shouldn't try to scare her as long as he stayed at the Estate.
 How the hell is it possible to scare away a person who isn't afraid of you in the very first place? 
"Mr Chairman" His assistant Benjamin cut his thoughts off.
He turned back with his glass of whiskey in hand. He was shirtless making him look like the Greek god of war, Aris.
Benjamin swallowed his saliva in fear after seeing that Jake was in a bad mood.
 Jake always emitted that cold aura that made people suddenly have goosebumps.
This was the aftermath of Jake having a discussion with the old man on phone earlier.
"Sir, I already checked about the woman you told me about and this is all her information" He informed Jake and placed the file on the desk for him to see it himself.
This was getting interesting, He wondered how the woman was associated with the chairman.
hmmm. The woman was very beautiful and looked more decent than a certain woman his boss was dating.
