Tia was sitting alone at the end of the river; she has a blank expression as she keeps staring on the water. It's been hours since Aiden and his friends joined them. It was hard to calm Tammy down as she keeps screaming and cursing, it took a while for her to calm down.
"That was awkward."
Rebel mentioned as they sat in a circle, including Aiden and Red. She was crying before but now she's asleep. Gally was keeping watch of her since she's worried that the girl might attack Tia again. It was obvious that Aiden and Xian don't have a good relationship both just acknowledge each other by nodding as they greeted everyone before.
"Yeah, can't imagine."
Red replied as he just sighs. "Honestly, correct me if I'm wrong. But you guys left her to go with Tia? What did you expect to happened when they're so... weak."? Rebel spoke again as he glances towards Tia. She's still staring into a blank space. Red and Aiden exchange eye contacts. They seem to be acting weird. "Don't involve me with this drama. I have nothing to say as I never agreed or object to them leaving..." Red appeal as he nudges Aiden.
"Can't we just not talk about someone who's not here? It's annoying."
Aiden replied as he took a deep breath. "Say, what are you guys doing until now? Where are you going?"
"We're going to NĪRVANA."
Chester was the one who replied to Aiden question as both the newcomers tilt their head in confusion. Seeing their expression, Chester decided to tell them everything, about NĪRVANA, Tia, from where she came from. Everything that they needed to know.
"That sounds absurd. But I don't know what to expect anymore."
Red replied as he's trying hard to process all the information. "You're saying, she's not from here?" Aiden eyes was big as if he doesn't believe a single thing Chester told them.
"Yeah. She's from another... Place."
Chester replied and that made Aiden lost in his thoughts.
"How are you guys sure that she's telling the truth?"
Red, was the one who ask that and that made the others to glare at him in disbelief.
"She is."
Enzo replied with a death glare as Red just rolled his eyes at him.
"Okay so, where is this place? NĪRVANA? how do you plan to get there?"
"We don't know it yet."
"What the hell?"
Red stare at them in shock as if they're joking. "For now, the only way to that place is through The Noble." Chester replied as he stares at both Aiden and Red. Since they're Alpha, they know a lot more about that place than anyone here. "The walls are closed. There's no way to go through it." Aiden replied with a sighs. Hearing that, made everyone "almost" lose hope, but they don't want to give up just yet.
"We'll find a way. There's always a way. WE always do."
Enzo, again. Replied with a death glare as he finally decided to dismiss himself and went off to accompany Gally to keep watch of the girl who attack Tia. He still can't believe how she could still sleep in peace after doing all that. For some reason, he was pissed seeing Tammy.
"What's wrong with that dude?" Red spoke as he watches Enzo leaving the others. "He just doesn't like you guys, isn't it obvious?" Kyran sarcastically replied as he snickers at Red earning a smack from Chester telling him to shut up. Xian had been silent as he keep listening to their conversation.
Doesn't want to meddle into this huge mess as his head is already full of worries. "So... What are you guys going to do now? Are you going to join us?" Everyone was shocked to hear Chester asking that. Even his own friends stared at him in confusion.
"What? Why would they?"
Kyran replied as he scoffed in disappointment. "Why would you even suggest such absurd idea?" Shaking his head in disbelief. Of course, both group never liked each other so why would they join hands? Why would they work together?
"Actually, that doesn't sound so bad." Aiden replied to Red as he stares at him in confusion. "Huh? Why would we do that?" Scrunching his nose in disgust, as if telling the others that they're no match for him. Xian can't believe how the boy annoyed him so much he wanted to smack his head.
"Yeah, I think you should FOLLOW us." Xian replied with a smirk "We might need some people to carry our bags." When he said that Aiden was blasting with flames. Seeing how easy it is to made him angry, Xian can't help but want to do it more.
"This is fun."
He thought with amusement. Chester was trying his best to calm Aiden as the flame is getting hotter and bigger. It might be bad if something caught it while they're still talking.
"Woah, dude. Calm your ass down."
Kyran respond as he stomps his feet causing the ground to grumble, making Aiden to come to his sense. He was irritated indeed.
"Okay, fine. I could AT LEAST make YOU feel like you're on top of the rank once in a while. We wouldn't know WHEN you'll ever feel like that again."
Aiden response emphasizing every word as Xian glared at him. He was indeed making fun of their ranks. Although, Xian too was about to burst to that remark. He decided to ignore him since he doesn't want to cause anymore drama. "Yeah, says the guy who's going to be my pawn." That words were enough to make Aiden boils in anger, but it was thank to Chester that they didn't end up fighting each other.
"Stop it you, guys! You're acting like a bunch of crap. This matter is a life and death situation! Stop being so stupid already." Chester argued as he calms Aiden and Xian who's about to fight each other.
"Glad we have the same thinking my dear Adroit fella." Red smirk as he gives Chester a reassuring thumbs up. "As much as I hate the idea of US going together, I still think this little boy is right. Also, our survival might increase to 5% if we stick together. Not to mention two adroit being together. You guys should be... Thankful. That I, am Adroit. And Alpha at that."
Red mockingly says the last part as he glances toward Chester. Although, he is annoyed by the fact that Red has call him "a little boy" he doesn't have the energy argue with these people.
"Yeah, what he says."
"Fighting with each other, is the last thing you guys should be thinking. In this situation, this time."
Chester sighs not wanting to argue even more. Although both group don't get along well, they decided to stay together since like Red told them. Their chance of survival will be a lot bigger now that there's more of them.
"It settled then. Looking forward to work with you... people."
Aiden replied as he nodded towards the others.
"Same to you."
Xian replied as both leave the others to who knows where. "That went well." Chester sighs as Kyran just rolled his eyes still disapproving the idea of both group working together but don't want to argue even more. He too decide to left and look for something to eat. "Glad you say that." Red reply as he was smiling. A genuine one. Chester was confused to see him like that since he thought that guy might be the biggest asshole he ever meets in his life, guess he's wrong.
