A few minutes later... At Minh's room... "So are you gonna go workout today?" Minh asks as she starts to look for her gym clothes in her wardrobe. "Nah. I have some contents to edit today," Linh says while editing some videos on her phone as she sits on her sister's bed. "Ok," Minh says as she pulls out a black t-shirt and some black shorts from her wardrobe. Suddenly, Minh's phone rings a notification, signaling that she just received a new message. Excited to see the message, Minh couldn't help but runs to pick up her phone from the small desk next to her bed. "Ah I can't wait to see the message," Minh says in between almost squeeling. "Is it him?" Linh asks in a curious tone. "Ahhh, yes it is," Minh says with excitement as she stares at her phone. Her eyes fully focus on the screen. "Ok, so what did he say?" Linh asks. Since Minh is too excited while staring at her phone, she just gives Linh a gesture to come over and see for herself. Curious, Linh gets up from the bed and walks over to see the message from Nar on Minh's phone, only to find herself struggling to hold her laughter. Meanwhile... Who are you? Nar thought. After sending the message of curiousity, asking who is the person behind the sudden message he received, Nar starts to recall whoever is possible to send him a message all of a sudden on fine day. He remembered that he never gave out his number to anyone at the gyn besides Linh, so there's a big chance that the person who is sending him the message is her. Yet, he thought it's a bit odd for her to use another number, since she usually always use her regular normal. Curious, Nar pulls out his phone again and begins to text Linh. He is pretty sure that she must know something about it. Other than that, he was shocked when he received a message of a sudden confession. Sure, he appreciated it, yet he definitely thought there's something off about it. It almost feels like whether he is suddenly getting swift to a TV drama like moment, or he is just getting pranked. It's her. It has to be. No one else. Nar thought while typing the message to Linh. Meanwhile... Minh and Linh are now laughting themselves out on the bed. They literally couldn't stand his response when he told them about his curiousity. "Oh my, I am imagining the look on his face," Minh says in between laughter. Just then, Linh's phone suddenly rings a notification, which literally causes both her and Minh to laugh even harder this time. They are pretty sure that it's probably Nar asking a thousand questions about the "mysterious message" and assuming it to be Linh. "It's probably him," Minh states. "Yeah, I'll go check it out," Linh says as she gets up from the bed to grab her phone. Linh grabs her phone from the small desk. As expected, she received a new message from Nar. Excited, she quickly clicks it to read his message. "Yup, it's him," Linh says, her lips still forming a big smile as she tries to hold back another laughter. "What did he say?" Minh asks with excitement as she hops out of her bed and runs over to Linh's side. Yet, before Minh could read the message, Linh eventually burst out laughting as she couldn't hold back her laughter anymore after reading his "dramatic" message. She wanted to believe that he's trying to look funny, but she realized that maybe he's just a dramatic person in general. "Oh my, just read it. I can't take it," Linh says as she hands Minh her phone. Minh grabs her sister's phone and starts reading the message sent by Nar. She eventually end up laughting again when she read how "dramatic" his message was. Meanwhile... At the office... Nar's POV... I know it's you. I appreciate your feelings and all but you clearly deserve better. We can still be friends though. I reread the message I sent to Linh just now. I am pretty sure that this is probably just her silly doing of trying to confess to me without doing it directly in person. Who else could have got my number? The only person I ever gave my number to at the gym was her. Well, despite my curiousity and feeling surprised, I did found it to be a bit funny that a random message would suddenly popped up from my phone. I could definitely use this as a topic on my blog. Speaking of blog, I realize that I still haven't though what I'm gonna get for lunch. Suddenly, my phone rings a notification again. I quickly grab it to see that I have two new messages. One from Linh, and one from the "mystery sender", which I am 90% sure it's probably her. "What are you talking about?" - Linh. "You don't know me but I know you." - Mystery Sender. Seriously? This person has gotta be joking. I'm pretty sure this is one person using two phones. Is Linh playing dumb or is she just trying to make this seem funny when it's not? I should provide her with a screenshot. By that, I screenshot my conversation and sent it to her in advance. Meanwhile.... "He sent me a screenshot of your conversation with him," Linh says while staring at the screenshot Nar just sent to her. "Girl, whatever you do just don't tell him that it's me," Minh states. "I'm pretty sure he is already sure that it's us, Minh," Linh says. "I doubt he would believe it's anyone else." "Whatever. Just don't tell him, at least not now," Minh says. "Well, I'm gonna go to the gym. I'll leave that work to you." "What? And you're just gonna leave as the mysterious person who sent a random message without revealing herself?" Linh asks, almost sounds like she disbelief her sister would be quite silly as she think. "You know me too well, Sister. Well, I gotta go. Bye bye," Minh says before rushing out the door, leaving a now confused Linh to stood in silence. What the hell? Linh thought. She wanted to believe her sister is being immature for leaving her to deal with the now suspicious Nar alone. But well, she knew better that this would happen. She actually had some gut feelings about it. Linh's POV... I continue to stare at the screenshot of the conversation between Nar and Minh that Nar sent to me. Well, I could actually say that even though the conversation was between him and my sister, but the first part of it was actually with me, since I was the one who wrote the first message which Minh sent to him. By that, I feel like I am the one who is in a conversation with him. Now, with Minh leaving the confuse man to me, I guess I'll just have to make up an excuse so he wouldn't be suspicious. Whatever my excuse is gonna be, Minh just doesn't want him to know that it's her. "Do you know about this?" - Nar. I read the message that he sent along with the screenshot. I guess I'll just have to play dumb and act as if I don't know anything about it. Well, at least that's what my sister wants. "I'm sorry. I don't know anything about this." - Linh. Well, I actually doubt that he would believe me, but that's the only thing that came up to my mind at the moment. As I wait for his reply, I continue to edit some of my videos for my contents. Meanwhile... Nar's POV... I stare at Linh's reply on my phone. I want to believe that she's probably just playing dumb right now. I mean, who else would have send a confession message on a fine afternoon? I never even gave out my number to random people, and despite having a womanizer side at times, I don't really approach women much during my time in Ho Chi Minh. Yeah, I saw some hot girls, but I'm here for work. Literally Linh is the only girl here who had the guts to actually approach me. In fact, despite her cute and nerdy nature, sometimes I even forgot about her existence. Well, until she came up to me and I realized how quirky yet charming she is. By that, I assumed she's probably too shy to straight up just say that she has feelings for me. Haha, am I being a bit too much? Maybe she figured I have good looks. Well, might as well just tell her that I just still think it's weird that I received such sudden message. After that, it's blog time! I got so much I want to share on the internet today. A few minutes later.... Linh's POV... After reading Nar's reply, I see that despite him still being confuse about the mystery sender, I'm glad that he didn't suspect anything in a negative way. Haha, he's probably asking himself how the hell did the mystery sender got his number. But despite thinking that he's probably confuse which could seem funny if I see him in person, I couldn't help but feel an odd feeling in my chest. As if a couple of butterflies are now dancing to the beat of my heart, I can't describe what kind of feeling it is. Like running on the treadmill, you made my heart beat faster than cardio.
