"How come it never came to mind", Minho asked as he watched their biological mother from afar. "She still looks exactly the same", Minho continued as Minji patted his back. "And you're here almost every day, how could you do that to yourself", Minho now asked facing Minji. "Like what I told you, if you want to know everything, you have to suffer with me", Minji answered with a bitter smile. "Does Jisung know", Minho continued to ask. "Of course not, I wouldn't want them to think that we met on purpose, even though that's exactly what happened. I mean even though I kind of planned it all, I would be lying when I say that they aren't the best buds to be around with", Minji answered making Minho laugh. "No wonder you forced me to attend that high school", Minho responded. "Hey, it was near okay, wouldn't want you to be always late", Minji teased. "And I'm glad it turned out great. You gained friendship and loyalty from the four and that is more than enough for me knowing that someone else got your back", Minho said as he enveloped Minji in a hug. "Hey stop that", Minji reacted but nonetheless accepted his embrace. "Stop what", Minho asked. "That premonition thing like what mom did", Minji answered irritatingly. "Oh come on, you know I'm not going anywhere", Minho responded placing an arm on Minji's shoulders. "Let's just head inside", Minji said before dragging Minho to head inside Jisung's house.
They quickly finished breakfast and headed back to Minji's house to help Nari pack up. "How about bastard? Where is he", Nari asked. "We'll meet him at the airport", Minho answered. "He's alive", Jisung asked earning a punch from Felix. "You already knew that", Felix said making Jisung laugh. "Wait, he's alive", Hyunjin now asked. "Yeah, apparently he was sent to North Korea by Minji", Felix responded as Jisung laughed, meanwhile Hyunjin and Seungmin both have the same reaction of shocked and confused at the same time. With Nari, she was only shocked at the fact that the president's son was sent to North Korea. "Why there of all places", Seungmin asked mostly concerned for the guy. "She said something along the lines of it is the only nearest place where no one will recognize him", Jisung explained. "Well that is true", Nari reacted making their gaze shift towards her. "See? Finally somebody gets it", Minji said making Minho laugh. "Yeah yeah whatever, let's just finish up quickly", Minho said making everyone proceed back to whatever they were doing. Once they finished packing and was about to head to the airport, they came to a decision that Minji will drive and the ones that will accompany them were Minho, Hyunjin, and Felix. "Come on let's go", Minji yelled as she ran towards the door. "Why are you in such an hurry", Minho asked following along. "Bastard is already near the airport now let's go", Nari yelled as she reached the door making Felix and Hyunjin hurry up.
As soon as they're settled in the car, Minji immediately stepped on the pedal and drove speedily through the streets. Once they reached the airport, Nari started cautiously looked around trying to spot the president's son. "Where the hell are you", Minji asked as soon as he picked up the call. "Inside waiting for you", he responded making Minji hang up immediately and tapping Nari. "Let's go let's go come come", Minji hurriedly said before heading out the car with Nari following along. "You two guard the car", Minho said before exiting the car as well. They collected Nari's stuff and some of the things that Minji bought along by the trunk. "Hurry wear this cap, this mask, and this sunglasses", Minji said handing the list of items to Nari one by one with her hurriedly wearing the accessories. "Hurry, we still have to get a few things sorted", Minji said as she dragged Nari to head inside the airport. Minho following from behind as he willingly carried the things that Minji brought. They ran towards a coffee shop inside the airport. Minji then sat Nari down and sat beside her as well. Not long after, the president's son came running in and immediately sat down beside Minho. "Are you sure about this", he immediately asked facing Minji. "If you're in doubt, you can back out", Minji responded silencing him. "So are we all sure here now", Minji asked seeing that there were no more other reactions.
"Okay, first thing's first, here are your new documents", Minji said as she handed an envelope each for Nari and the president's son. "Emilia Hoffmann, incoming university freshman at a university in Munich", Minji said tapping Nari's envelope. "Leon Hoffmann, incoming junior at the same university. From now on, you are siblings", Minji continued as she tapped the president's son's envelope as well. "I thought you'll be sending me to Berlin", Nari asked as she took a peek in her envelope. "Some last minute changes", Minji simply answered making Nari just nod in response. "You will have a layover so don't panic and stay by each other's side, okay? When you reach Munich, I will have three of my people wait for your outside the airport, one of which is your personal language tutor and translator, understood", Minji continued to instruct them as they nodded. "I will have you escorted to the plane, you will go in last. Don't worry, okay? I will have you taken care of until you reach Munich", Minji reassured them. "Thank you so much", Nari said as she held Minji's hand. "One last thing, I want you to live your new life to the fullest and leave your life here behind. Forget who you were here and continue on living your life in Germany as Emilia and Leon, as siblings, okay? This is your second chance in life so please do as I say and I'll have you taken care of", Minji said just before she stood up.
The two agreed just before they heard an announcement that their flight was currently boarding. Minji then fished her phone out to see the notification that pinged. "Clear clear clear", Minji hurriedly said pulling the two to stand up and pushing them towards the door of the coffee shop. "Let's go, the pilot himself is waiting for you", Minji said as she dragged the two towards the boarding area with Minho following along. From afar, when Minho saw the pilot that Minji was pertaining to, he immediately called Minji's attention. "What is uncle Fhad doing here", Minho asked making Nari look his way briefly before looking straight ahead again. "Your uncle", Nari now asked. "Well yeah, something like that, he's a close friend of our mother", Minji explained making both Nari and the president's son at ease that they are gonna be escorted by someone close to Minji. "Uncle uncle uncle, good morning", Minji greeted as she called his attention. "Ah Madeleine darling, how's your mom", he asked which was suddenly awkward for Minho. "She's doing fine", Minji answered with a smile. "So these are our guests", he continued to ask. "Oh yes, we have here Emilia and Leon Hoffmann", Minji now introduced the two. "Welcome welcome and as per request of dear Madeleine here, I will personally escort you throughout the entire flight", the pilot said shaking hands with the two. "And rest assured that they are well taken care of", he continued as he faced Minji.
They said their good byes and as the last passenger boarded, the pilot now asked for their passports and immediately escorted them towards the boarding area and into the plane. "Thank you", Nari mouthed before she was out of Minji's sight. Not long after, her phone started ringing. One look at the contact name, she laughed and immediately answered which weirded Minho out. "What's up", Minji asked the moment she answered the call. "So where are you", Minji continued to ask still laughing. "Why do you sound so nervous? Chill out dude", Minji said now making Minho curious about the conversation she's having. "Nah dude that's alright don't worry about it, just sit tight okay chill out it's all good... yeah yeah seriously I'm not mad it's alright, okay", Minji responded laughing just before hanging up. "What happened there", Minho now asked. "It was Felix, they were close to crying", Minji answered laughing at the thought. "Why? What happened to them", Minho continued to ask legitimately concerned. "Well they were told by the security outside to move the car to the parking lot so they tried to drive the car but just as they were entering the parking lot, the right side of the car by the front accidentally got caught up by one of the poles leaving a huge scratch on it. Obviously they were scared and sorry, I told them it was all good so they don't shit their pants, I mean it's all part of learning how to drive so I completely understand", Minji explained making Minho smile as they walked towards the exit.
"Well I am proud of you and who you've become, being patient and understanding is tough and on top of that, you're incredibly kind", Minho commented making Minji blush. "No need to compliment me like that I already know", Minji sarcastically responded making the both of them laugh. They then went immediately towards the parking lot to find Minji's scratched car. The moment they spotted the car, they immediately hopped inside startling the two. "We're really sorry Minji", Felix immediately said. "He drove the car I have nothing to do with this", Hyunjin added earning a punch from Felix. "It's all cool really, that's part of the learning process of driving, I completely understand", Minji responded laughing just before she started driving. "So we don't need to pay to fix your car", Felix asked. "Of course not, it's alright, I got this", Minji answered shocking Felix. "You could have scared him a bit longer, I was already having fun", Hyunjin commented earning another punch from Felix making Minji laugh yet again. "You know it will cost a fortune to get this fixed, right? I don't want to place that mental burden on you knowing that the thought alone will consume you", Minji said as she looked at Felix through the rear-view mirror. "Just to give you an idea, to repair that dent and somewhat long scratch will cost around two hundred to two hundred fifty dollars", Minho said making Felix and Hyunjin nod.
Just before Minji could speak up again, her phone started ringing. She immediately answered and with automatic bluetooth connection, the call was instantly blasted on the car speakers. Being that she was driving, she just let the conversation be heard by everyone inside the car. "Midnight? You were right", the person on the other end immediately said. "So who flew the plane", Minji asked. "We had our best pilot and an expert skydiver with him to skydive after the plane has been set to autopilot", the man explained which made Minji sigh in relief. "Well always be on the look out, okay? Hopefully nothing happens of the like again in the future", Minji responded. "Thank you again for the heads up Midnight", the man said before finally hanging up. There was a minute of silence in the car until Hyunjin finally spoke up. "So what was that about... Midnight", Hyunjin asked. "It was the plane bound to Berlin. I already had a strange feeling that our father will do something to the two and my hunch was exactly on point. The plane bound for Berlin blew up only thirty minutes after take off, I had them not let anyone in the plane and reschedule the boarding passengers to a later flight. And that's basically it. Oh and I use Midnight as my code name because I don't want to use my real identity, plus I always make my move during the midnight so that's that", Minji casually explained which the two at back found interesting yet weird of her.
