MEANWHILE in the residence of Hussey’s family.
With Aeschylus and Hussey’s hands are entwined, the couple was first greeted by the lassie’s red merle, Lucky.
The lassie bended down to hug her red merle. “Lucky~ I brought daddy home!”
“What do you mean, Hussey? I’m always home!” Aeschylus turned to the direction of the kitchen when her father poked out his head through the door.
“Not you, Azul. My baby’s daddy is Aeschylus!” she retorted, that left the young man confused.
“Me? A father?” He began to knelt down to pet her dog.
There was a warm smile spread on the young man’s lips while Hussey’s dog played with his hands.
“Yes! I told Lucky that she’ll be meeting you soon.” Hussey jiggled their hands together to have his attention. “Let’s go meet Nue and Azul, Sky.”
Nodding, he stood up. “Alright.”
Aeschylus almost stumbled on his foot when Hussey suddenly pulled him towards the kitchen where they can spot Emmanuelle cooking with Astennu beside her to irk her.
“Nue! Azul! This is my boyfriend, Aeschylus Nase,” She shifted her head to his side. “Baby, this is my awesome mother—Emmanuelle Limana Aozora. Then this foolish father of mine is Astennu Aozora.” Hussey gestured her parents.
Astennu whined to her daughter. “Hussey! You don’t love me!”
Ignoring her father, she faced her boyfriend with her wide grin.
Aeschylus bowed his head to the couple. “Good day, sir and ma’am. I didn’t get the chance to ask for your permission to court your daughter. I’m so sorry if we’re going too fast with our relationship but I’m here to properly court your family as I never—”
The mother waved her hand to make him stop bowing his head to them. “No, no. It’s okay, Aeschylus. You don’t have to court our family, also drop the honorifics. Just call me Nue or mom, after all, you’re my daughter’s precious man.” Emmanuelle winked at Hussey after what she stated to her boyfriend.
While the young lady snickered to her mother.
Hussey pulled their intertwined hands lightly to make him stand up straight.
“Yeah! Call me how my twins call me too, I don’t mind sweet guy,” Astennu said that somehow eased Aeschylus’ racing chest.
Emmanuelle gestured the living room after she turned off the stove. “Let’s talk in the living room, shall we?”
The teenagers followed the couple.
Earlier at school, Aeschylus was fidgety as his mind always reminded him that he’ll soon meet Hussey’s parents.
Not as a friend—but as her boyfriend.
No matter how she made him sure he’ll be just fine it didn’t make him calm down. It’s his first time meeting her parents, he never experienced being introduced by his girlfriend.
But looking at her parents now made him felt nice. He didn’t know that it will turned just great, all of them just conversed about how they happened and her mother and father was eager to know what his interests.
This is actually really nice, he commented while they discussed about the show that all of them knew about.
“Amazing!” Astennu clapped his hands to Aeschylus. “I love you now, man! You know how to bring out the fun!”
That raised Aeschylus’ confidence.
Hussey gave her boyfriend a soft look while her parents and him talked about a certain manga series.
All of their conversation was filled with movies or mangas.
Emmanuelle was now gesturing the library filled with manga books. “Excuse our love for manhwa and manga, sweetie. We just love collecting books and I think you’ll be able to find some manga that you want to read here.”
Aeschylus beamed at Emmanuelle. “Thank you for these, Nue. I’m an anime based but I would love to read your recommendation.”
“You should really read the manga version, baby. The manga is more accurate for me since they change so many things when it got an anime adaption,” Hussey joined.
Placing his hand to the top shelf, Astennu handed him two volumes of books. “You said you already watched this, right?” Aeschylus nodded his head attentively. “Great~ You really need to check this out, it’s written so well.”
That made Hussey snapped her fingers cheerfully. “Yes! That’s highly recommended, Sky! The panels are blasts!”
The young man scanned the panels and it never failed him to be amazed as the page curled from every pages.
“It does! This is so cool!”
Three of them shared a look while they watch Aeschylus happily looked at the mangas he’s carrying.
Astennu playfully nudged Hussey’s shoulder. “He’s happy.”
A sweet smile formed on her lips. “That’s all matters to me.”
Her mother leaned to her a bit to mutter something. “It’s weird to see my young daughter being all serious to her relationship.”
The corner of Hussey’s eyes crinkled.
“That’s because your exes never take you seriously before.”
Emmanuelle gave her an offended gasp. “As if your exes didn’t take you seriously too.”
“Hey.” Her father cut them off. “Stop talking about your exes, I’m here! Aeschylus is here too!”
“She started it!” Hussey accused her mother.
Rolling her eyes, the mother walked back to the kitchen. “Whatever.”
“Kitten~ Wait for me!” Of course, her father will follow her mother everywhere she goes.
After her parents are out of sight, she began to embrace her boyfriend from behind.
“Hey.” Aeschylus tried to gaze on her over his shoulder.
The lassie rubbed her face on his back, humming a soft music. “That’s not my name, baby.”
He chuckled and twisted his body to face her. Aeschylus placed the books back to where it was placed on the shelf earlier. “Baby. Your parents are very nice…”
Aeschylus wandered his hands to her frame.
“Mmm, told you so. Let’s go inside my room, baby.” Hussey looked back to him when he was hesitating. “Why? Don’t you wanna go?”
“B-But will your parents approve it? We’ll be alone in your room…” he sheepishly pronounced.
Hussey frantically shook her hand. “It’s not like we are doing something and it’s not the first time we’re inside of a room alone, don’t worry about it. Let’s go!”
The young couple ran towards the upstairs and when they passed by the kitchen Hussey yelled, “Nue! Azul! We’ll be heading inside of my room!”
“Alright, kids, Don’t do anything naughty—ow! Kitten? Why are you hitting me? You don’t love me anymore?”
The two of them laughed as they can hear the petty argument that Hussey’s parents shared.
She gave her boyfriend a once-over as she twisted the knob of her door. “Alazne and Fionntan—my step brothers aren’t here. I think they’re in SJ training their butts out and my twin, Eiassey, she’s still at school so you’ll maybe meet them once we had our lunch.”
Eyes roamed around her room after they got in. The walls are filled with random doodles and also have a mini wall shelf and a study table.
His girlfriend’s room was well organized and he can distinctly smell her rosy scent around.
“Make yourself comfortable, baby. I’ll just tie my hair.”
He nodded and followed what she instructed.
Aeschylus laid down on the soft mattress.
He turned her attention to Hussey upon hearing her soft groans. He witnessed her massaging her neck and shoulders while tying her long and natural curly hair.
“What’s wrong, baby?” He began to approach her, he gently held on her back.
Still rubbing her neck, she revealed, “My neck and my shoulders has been so tensed and sore lately, I don’t even know why and I didn’t remember what I do to have these.” She even tapped the table of her vanity mirror to indicate that it’s frustrating her.
The young man started to brought his hands to gently massaged her neck and shoulders. “Does that feel okay with you, baby?”
Hussey nodded. “Yeah, just pressed it harder, please.”
He obliged not until his eyes caught her cleavage that made him nervous.
Aeschylus just realized how close they were! He didn’t even notice she was just wearing a tank top all the time, her jacket was covering her skin since in the school. Of course he’ll never noticed.
Sweat trickled on his forehead when he heard her grunted so softly.
Meanwhile Hussey was secretly celebrating in her mind, whoa! I didn’t know this would work for my baby!
“Is that okay? Did it s-somehow lessen the p-pain?” He gulped when he stuttered, he was trying to not stumble his words but he just miserably failed.
Just what was she doing to him? She’s getting him in trouble if she continued doing those simple things.
“Yeah—wait, my necklaces got tangled together. Can you help me? You have a better view, I just noticed it now.” Her fingers tried to untangled her two necklaces which made him so edgy.
Again, he gulped.
Why is he getting caught by the moments like these? His sanity might break, he really need to get used by her actions.
He needs to control himself, he needs to fight it.
“O-Okay.” With his twitchy hands, he helped her untangle her necklaces.
After some seconds, he finally untwined the necklaces much to his relieved.
“Thank you, baby!” She gave him a chaste kiss on his lips before she removed the other necklace off her neck, afraid that she’ll get to tangle her necklaces again.
“Hussey! Aeschylus! Come downstairs, lunch is ready!” They heard Astennu yelled from downstairs.
Hussey’s face lit up. “I think my siblings are home now, let’s go! You should meet Azne and Fio!”
