LEISURELY, she got up and sat down again with her eyes glued on his widening eyes. With his lightly parted lips, Aeschylus felt his fluttering stomach and his breathing was getting deeper and deeper as if he was catching for some air. Shit, did I do it wrong? He looked petrified, she wondered. “Baby? Are you doing fine?” She traced her fingers on his face. “H-Hussey. Stop doing that.” She innocently titled her head. “Doing what exactly, baby?” Aeschylus moved closer to her. “Nothing, just focus to the movie.” Minutes passed and she still didn’t look in front as Hussey was wondering what will be her next stunt. Since the room was dark, Aeschylus failed to notice how Hussey’s face brightened with her scheming smile forming on her lips. “U-Ugh . . . there’s something in my eye.” She made it sound real and convincing. Because he was being a concerned boyfriend, he examined her face. “What is it?” He cupped her face and tried to move her finger away from her eyes to make her stop rubbing it. “I don’t know, it’s poking my eye.” When he got closer to have a better look on her eyes she began to smile at him sweetly. Aeschylus gazed on her, bewilderment was present on his features. “What?” he asked sheepishly. Her smile grew wider. “I just love how you look at me, baby.” The young man shrank down on his chair with a hue of redness forming his face which she vividly saw. “Now I’m certain you’re playing with me,” he whined that made her tittered. Hussey drew closer to give him a quick kiss. “And you love it.” “You’re bullying me.” The lassie frivolously taunted him, “Oh, yeah? You aren’t gonna bite back, aren’t you?” Aeschylus looked at her almost pleading. “Not here please.” “Call my name first.” His eyes firmly shut closed. “Hussey. . . .” “That’s not it, it’s my given name from my mother. Call the name you made for me,” Hussey demanded. “Baby. . . .” The corner of her lips almost ripped because of her unusual grinning face. “Very good, now do it again.” “Baby, we’re here inside of the room with so many people. Flirt with me when we’re alone,” he stated in a somehow bold way but his voice was faint. She skittishly scoffed. “I’m not flirting with my gorgeous boyfriend, I’m just doing what Hussey would do,” she denied. “Whatever, you’re bullying me,” he jived in with her teasing that left her in disbelief. So this is how it felt like to be with the real Aeschylus? He’s surprisingly going out of his comfort zone. With satisfied feeling, she lounged on his shoulder. “You are such a cutie, Sky.” “That’s not my name, baby.” That made Hussey laugh, Aeschylus imitated what she complained to him earlier. “Yeah, sure, baby.” Once again, she pressed her lips on him but on his jaw this time. “After this can we go at our house? I’ll introduce you to my family properly.” He tensed up after hearing her invitation. “W-What? Will they like m-me for you?” “Of course, they already know you before we got together anyway,” she revealed like it wasn’t a shocker. “They do? How?” He looked over her lashes. “Since we met, I already had a crush on you, I never shut up about you whenever I got home and—” “You what?!” Hussey pinched and played with his fingertips, she didn’t mind his stunned reaction. “They love you already, remember? You met them in the prefect of discipline before,” she reminded. But that didn’t make him calmed down. “That time, I wasn’t your boyfriend—” “And that time, they already know I fancy you. Don’t worry, baby, they don’t bite they’re just weird.” “Baby, I don’t know how I’ll face your family. . . .” “Just be you, don’t worry about it,” she comforted. “Also, my father will be talking to you about joining to our training.” Bewilderment clouded his features. “Training?” “Yeah, I told you before that you’ll learn how to defend yourself if you ever encounter something like the stupid did to you. I have your permission, right?” Later on, realization drawn to him as he comprehends what she was talking about. “You said this administration you are in is covert, am I right?” Hussey nodded. “Yes, so we’re needing your parent’s consent for this but I think my father already informed your mom.” “Huh? That fast?” “We’ll never know unless we go to our house.” She smiled at him guilelessly. “So, do you still want to meet my family?” Aeschylus had a long paused before he opened his mouth to speak. “It’s not like I have plans to back away from my girlfriend’s family.” “Good, out of all the boyfriend I had, you’re the only one I introduced to my family formally.” Awe popped out of his features. “Are you making me feel special or not?” Since he wasn’t so sure if he’ll took it as a special spot in her life and also not sure if it was a compliment. “I mean, yes. You’re the only guy I can see my life with, the one I want to get wedded with. Isn’t that great, baby?” He studied her face and he ended up just seeing her sincere smile that she gave for him. “M-Marry me?” “Yeah, don’t you want that too?” His heart was fluttering inside of his chest, he never thought she’ll think about them getting married! “O-Of course I want it too, but why you never introduce your exes to your family?” Hussey shrugged as she shifted her eyes at the front. “They are a piece of shits and doesn’t deserve my hand in marriage. For me, introducing a significant other to my family is also leading for marriage.” Aeschylus parted his lips to speak but there’s no word came out. The lassie continued when he didn’t comment anything. “I only see my life with you, I hope that’s enough to explain how much you impacted my life—talking about life and marriage is very sacred for me. Never in my life that I thought of that kind of things so it’s kinda nerve-wracking when you suddenly showed up in my life.” “Like, when we got close, the living feminism in my body vanished after I got to know you more. Felt like I’m willing to ruin my life just to please you,” she also added. He doesn’t know what to say after all she just spat out. It’s making his heart swelled up from the overwhelming emotions. All his life, people made him believed how worthless he was. That he doesn’t deserve to breath the same air as them. In a snap, this woman came in and made a variety of colors in his life that he never imagined to happen. When the movie ended. The couple headed outside and go to the back of the school ground to wait until the guard let the student out to go home. It’s still early and they will only open the gate once eleven o’clock struck. “Baby? What’s wrong?” she asked when her boyfriend suddenly embraced her frame firmly. Hussey lifted her hand to brush his locks that he soon melted in her touch. “Is there something hurting my baby?” she cooed. “Nothing, just being grateful that you’re existing the same time with me.” He nestled his head on her chest, reason why his hair flowed on her neck up to her chin. “I’m happy too.” She kissed his hairline. “I don’t know where I’ll be right now if you never came in my life, you always knew how to make me feel better. You know when I needed you, you know when something is bothering me. You’re just too perfect, Hussey.” The young woman snorted. “If we’re being real here you’re the perfect one.” Aeschylus groaned. “Just take the compliment, you don’t understand how much you mean to me. I think I’ll never get the satisfaction to explain it properly as I am not good with words like you.” “Yeah, yeah. Don’t sweat it, baby. It’s not that it’s a big of a deal.” “You save my life, thank you.” Hussey winced. “Don’t say thank you, felt like it’s a debt in your inner self.” “But it is. . . .” “Sky, I don’t like it when people thanking me over something I whole heartedly did. You know that.” He just hummed at her, not taking his gratefulness back. “I love you, Hussey. I know it’s selfish but please don’t go anywhere.” She used her hands to lift his head up so their eyes can meet. “I love you too, Aeschylus. Don’t get rid of me if you don’t want me to go anywhere.” Her boyfriend nodded that made her smile. From that moment, one boy and one girl shared a long kiss.
