I looked around in surprise. We were standing in front of empty lands. I looked around and all I could see were empty lands.
I blinked. What is going on here? Were we not standing in front of Axel's house some minutes ago?
"You are joking right?"
"She is not" Mira answered. "This is the Spirit clan"
"What are you saying? These are empty...". I blinked. The once-empty lands were now filled with houses and people walking about. "Wh-what just happened?"
"The Spirit clan always stays hidden and is only seen if the person who visited is a Spirt being or a person with no bad intentions"
"Is that the reason I saw empty lands at first?"
Elora nodded. "Yes"
"Elora, we will get going," Mira said.
She left with the man Axel introduced to me as Ryan. Elora faced me.
"Come with me. Let me take you to the Palace"
I pulled Alaila was had not said anything since we arrived.
"Are you coming with us or do you want to keep staring"
She chuckled. "I think the Spirit clan is beautiful"
"Do you want to stay back here?"
She chuckled. "I never said I wanted to"
"It seems that is what you want to do"
"Xavia, Alaila, you can continue with your chat when we get to the Palace," Elora said and we followed her.
Many people stared at us as we walked past them, with most of them bowing.
"She must be the missing Spirit Princess" I heard them say. "She looks so much like her mother"
We got to the Palace and Elora showed us to our rooms.
"I will be sharing a room with Alaila. Hope, I can?" I asked and she nodded.
"Of course, you can. I will ask the maids to bring you some snacks.
"Thank you" I muttered.
"I will let you have some rest"
"When are we meeting the King?"
"We can't meet him now because it's time for the Spirit beings to send dreams to other realms. I will let the King know that you are here. You can meet him tomorrow evening"
I furrowed my brows. "Why are we meeting him in the evening?"
"Because we Spirits sleep during the day"
I blinked. "A-are we suppose to sleep during the day too?"
"No, you can sleep at night like you always do"
"Then what are we supposed to do in the morning when you Spirits are sleeping?"
"We have a few humans here. They are trustworthy. They will show you around"
I sighed. "See you tomorrow evening then"
"Can we go out this night?" Alaila asked. "I mean we can do the tour this night and then sleep like the rest of you tomorrow morning. It's going to feel awkward walking around a village with no people around"
I nodded. "Alaila is right"
Elora smiled. "Of course, you can. The dream-making starts in two hours"
"Isn't that the time humans go to sleep?"
She nodded. "Yes"
"Is dream making all you do?"
She nodded. "Yes"
"So all that the Spirit realm does is make dreams?"
She smiled. "No. We are sections into five clans with different jobs"
"What are the other clans?"
"We have the Healer Spirit clan. The Warrior Spirit clan, the Animal Spirit clan, the Plant Spirit clan, and this is the Dream Spirit clan"
I shrugged. I do not have an interest in what the other clans do, but I could tell from their names what their jobs are, just like the dream Spirit clan.
"Do every one of you sleep in the morning?"
"No. Only the Dream Spirit clan does and this is the Dream Spirit clan"
"Do you belong to the Dream Spirit clan?" I asked and she nodded. "Do I belong to the Dream Spirit clan too?"
"No. You belong to all of the clans". I furrowed my brows. "You have all the traits of the five clans in you"
I shrugged but said nothing.
"It would be nice to visit the rest of the clan," Alaila said and I nodded. 
"You can visit them after you meet the King"
Alaila chuckled. "That would be nice"
"The maids will be here soon with the snacks. You can have some and then get some rest. I will come back to show you around"
"Thank you" I muttered.

Alaila followed me with Elora to meet the King. When we got to the door I began to feel nervous. Alaila noticed I was, she held my hand.
"Are you nervous? Don't be because I am here with you"
I smiled. "Thank you for coming with me"
"We are going in now" Elora and I nodded.
The door opened and we entered. There was a man seated on the bed and a doctor attending to him. There were two men seated on the couch. They seem to be between the ages of twenty-seven to twenty-nine. There was a woman seated beside the man on the bed and a little girl on her leg. A younger boy stood behind the two men.
I wondered who these people were and why they were here.
"My King," Elora said, bowing. "She is here"
The King stared at me with sad eyes and I wondered if he was about to cry.
"A-Amaya" he cooed. I did not take a step forward but stood rooted to my spot. "Amaya" he cooed again.
One of the men seated stood up and moved closer to me.
"You are Amaya. You look so much like Mother"
I furrowed my brows. Does he know me?
"You were little when mom took you away. It's good to see you again"
I sighed. I do not feel comfortable staying here with them. Every one of them stared at me and I did not like it.
The King spoke some strange words and everyone stood up. They bowed and left the room.
"Alaila, come with me. They need a father-to-daughter time" Elora said.
"Alaila cannot come with you," I said.
"Xavia, he just wants to talk to you privately," Elora said.
"Xavia, I should go with Elora. I will be outside waiting"
"Are you sure you want to go with her?" she nodded and I sighed. "It's fine"
After Elora and Alaila left. I stared at the man seated on the bed.
He is supposed to be my father, right? 
"Come closer, we have a lot to talk about," he said and I moved closer to him.

It was time to return to the Lycan Pack. Unlike the four days I had promised Axel I was going to spend, I ended up spending two weeks. There were so many things to see, so many places to visit and so many people to meet up with. After hearing their side of the story though I did not tell them that I had forgiven them, I could not get angry at them. Just like Alaila had told me hearing from the other side can change our attitude towards someone who thought had hurt us.
After spending time with them, It felt like I should not leave but I knew I needed to return to Axel. I have kept him waiting for long already and he must be missing me so much. I have also kept Alaila away from her mate.
"It's time to go," I said. 
"You will visit soon, right?" my first brother said.
"Hope you will be coming with your mate when you visit next. I would like to know what the Lycan King looks like"
I smiled. "I will make sure to bring him"
"Thank you for coming, Xavia. Your presence has changed a lot in the Spirit realm. Thank you" my stepmother said and I smiled.
"I am going to miss you," my little stepsister said, hugging me.
"I will miss you too" I cooed.
"It's good to have you around," my stepbrother said and I smiled.
They also greeted Alaila. While they exchanged greetings, I decided to look around for the last time. I had already said goodbye to my father who had gone to a meeting. After my first meeting with him in which he explained why my mom took me away, I visited him a few times. For some reason, my presence had helped him recover and he could move around now. I was told he fell sick when he heard about my mother's death and had since then been indoors. I felt he had felt guilty for not looking for me or my mother and that is why he was sick. 
"We hope to see you soon," Elora said.
"Thank you for bringing me here," I said.
"Thank you for coming with me. Hope you remember everything I had taught you?"
I nodded. "I do and if I cannot remember any, I will speak to you through the mirror"
She smiled. "Good girl"
Elora had been teaching me how to use the powers I never knew I had and it had been fun. She had been a good teacher and a good friend and I love her.
"Can I hug you?" I asked and she nodded.
"Guess you guys are ready now, right?" she asked after the hug and we nodded.
Alaila was already standing beside me. Elora flicked her fingers and the portal that had opened when we first came opened up again.
"Bye, Xavia or should I say Amaya" Elora said as we walked into the circle.
I turned to look at their faces once more as they waved at me. I waved at them too. As the circle closed, the Spirit clan disappeared, and the empty lands we first saw when we came returned. I sighed.
"I know you are going to miss them," Alaila said and I nodded.
"I will. I am sure I will"

I have been back for an hour and I was yet to see Axel. Jason told me he was having a meeting with all the Alphas of the Packs where the companies have been built. After sitting for a while in my room. I decided to go to the meeting hall and wait for him. Alaila went with me to see Kayden. We only stood for a few minutes before the Alpha began to come outside.
When Kayden came out, Alaila had to leave.
"See you around," she said after I had exchanged greetings with Kayden.
"Have fun" I answered, waving at her. 
"Xavia?" I heard and I turned to see Arden.
"Arden? It's been a while"
"Look at you. You are radiating"
"Thank you" I muttered.
"Thank goodness I saw you. Kate is very angry with you. You were supposed to call her"
I nodded. "Yes, I was. I am so sorry. I will call her and apologize"
He smiled. "Xavia, I was happy to hear that you are the missing Spirit Princess," he said and I furrowed my brows.
"You knew about that?"
He nodded. "It's everywhere already". I smiled. "How does it feel to be the Spirit Princes"
"It feels..."
"Who is the Spirit Princess?" I heard and I turned to see Gilbert.
My heart skipped a beat. I wasn't sure if it skipped because I still feared him or if I was surprised to see him. He stared at me and we got lost staring at each other.
"Xavia?" Axel called and I blinked, breaking the eye contact I had made with Gilbert.
I smiled. "Axel" I cooed running towards him. "I have missed you"
He pulled me into a hug. "I have missed you too"
He stared behind me for a while before finally pulling me closer for a kiss.
