“Doc Vin, our team come up with a suggestion that Mrs. Monteverde will undergo a supervised one month before her expected due date to monitor if her conditioned worsen before giving birth. We have a limited options to choose for and we think it is the safest one. If any danger signs come up, we can have an emergency cesarean section to her to avoid any further complications that will occur after delivering the baby.” Doc Chua explained when it is the time for there team to provide an opinion about the said case of Lyn.
                  Even Doc Vin, who’s leading them can say that the limitation of options on how to delivery the baby and the safety of Lyn will be assured during the birthing process. They can’t take risk because the life of the wife of a billionaire was in line. No one dares to mess it up. Even them doctors wouldn’t dare.
“That’s what I’m thinking as well and it is the safest only way. I will update it to Axiel and discuss how the plan will be. I will also ask if he prefers to confine Lyn here in their hospital or we will be going in their house to monitor her. But I can say that he prefer in their mansion not here. Okay it is the end of the meeting, thank you for your time.” Doc Vin end the meeting and get his phone to call Axiel and tell him what they discussed.
“Hello Axiel, good morning.” Doc Vin greet when Axiel answer the call.
“Good morning too Uncle Vin, what is the matter? Why did you call me?” he greeted back and ask. He is in the side of the mansion where the strawberries of Lyn is planted. There is a cottage that you can go and sit think. The environment is silent and you can inhale a fresh air. He is having his morning coffee while Lyn is having her hot milk and visiting her strawberries.
“It is about the case of Lyn. The team come up with a solution for Lyn’s condition.” he started his agenda but stop to see what is the reaction of Axiel.
“And what it is Uncle Vin?” Axiel asked like want to hear what he is going to say.
“Lyn can be admitted to your hospital one month before she gave birth and we can observe her condition. We can’t do any further therapy to her because of her condition and it is the best we can do. Or the other choice, Lyn will be staying at your mansion and some members of the team will be their to observe her until she start to labor and she will be transferred in your hospital. Also we can do cesarean section to her if she can’t delivery the baby normally. What is your opinion Axiel?” he explained the plan they came up.
“I can’t decide, its my wife to decide what she want and what she feels comfortable. I don’t want to stress her. We still have months to decide about that. I will let you know if she decide.” He answered. Yes, the decision is upon what Lyn would say when he tell her about it.
“Okay I will wait for her decision. That is all for today.” Doc Vin ended the call after Axiel bid his goodbye.
“Hubby I think my strawberries is producing a lot of fruits this season. There’s a lot of big strawberries and I got some.” Lyn let him see the basket full of big strawberries the she picked. You can see the proudness in her eyes. He smiled by seeing her like that.
“Wow that’s great Wife. Come here and I will wash some and slice some for you to have.” he stated and coax her to sit down.
“Okay Hubby” she sit down and drink her hot milk in the tumbler. Axiel wash some of the strawberries and slice it and give it to Lyn.
“Wife, Doc Vin called me and he ask if you want to stay in our hospital one month before your due date or you stay in the mansion and the doctors will stay there to observe you. What is your opinion about that Wife?” Axiel stated while watching her to eat her strawberries with a big smile. His question makes her glare at him.
”I don’t know yet Hubby. We still have five months and I still have time to think about it.” she answered while playing her strawberries in the plate.
“Hubby what if you need to choose between me and the baby? You need to choose the baby over me. Can you promise that?” Lyn open a topic that maybe they needed it in the future. She don’t want to die and either her baby but when the worst happened she want the baby to live. She can go crazy if not.
“Don’t say that Wife. I wouldn’t let that happened. You two will be saved and I don’t like choosing to whom I going to be saved. I can’t live without you two. Okay, so stop thinking about that matter. Come on eat your strawberries and we will go inside. The sun is already up.” he ended the topic by assuring that whatever she thinks about it will never happened.
               After months of waiting the new member of the family is now time to come out. Lyn stay in their mansion in her last month of pregnancy to be observed by the doctors. She didn’t want to stay in the hospital because it may kill her not the process of giving birth. A lot doctors suggested that she needs to delivery her baby through C-section because it is the better choice for her.
                She think a lot about that and came up with the decision that she will undergo C-section. She has a hard time in her last month of pregnancy because her back pain strikes but because of the people around her, she overcome those trails in her pregnancy journey. Lyn is now in the operating room for her scheduled C-section together with Axiel in her side. They let him in to support her and to talk to her so she will not fall asleep while the operation is still going on.
              After an hour in the operating room, Lyn is wheeled to her private room together with their baby boy. Yes, it’s a boy. They named him Leonor Simon Monteverde. It came from their names. It maybe sound like a girl’s name because of the Leonor but he will be the first heir if Monteverde’s generation that will carry their surname.
