Until I got to the office, I still couldn't get out of my mind what Zandy had told me the other night about the truth he was saying about Roven. I don't know what to think or if I should believe Zandy in what he said. But I feel that there is something hidden in my past that I need to know. Should I still talk to Roven to hear all that? "The interview will be on Saturday, Miles," Sir Troy said when I got to his office because he had called me. I nodded. "Sir, may I know who he is, so that I can prepare to face him. I've never experienced an interview with an unknown personality. I can't even research to have a little idea of who he is and what he should do so I'll ask him comfortably," I explained to him. Sir Troy tilted his head slightly. "Don't worry, he's kind and easy to get along with, Miles. For sure you know him too," he answered. I frowned. How can I recognize what he is saying? I don't even know who I will face? "But I want to have some idea what kind of person he is, Sir," he insisted. "Yeah! You're right, you should know something about the person you're going to feature in the interview, but this time, it's his request to hide his personality," Sir Troy returned. It seems that no matter how hard I try, he won't tell me who that man is. I can't do anything there. "All right, Sir," I just said. "That's good, just prepare yourself, Miles. You can go back to your work." I nodded and stood up. I said goodbye to him and left the room. When should I prepare myself for the interview with whomever I will face? Well, that's one of the must-have characteristics of a magazine journalist, one must be prepared. — Andrea and I left the office together when lunchtime came. Andrea is stressed because of the amount of work assigned to her due to the Olympics being held in the Philippines. She's been in the same situation, but that's just difficult, that's why I understand her. It is difficult to feature the entire Olympics because of the amount of information that needs to be done. "Hays! I'm gonna quit, Miles," she complained. She was still out of breath and the tiredness and stress on her face were obvious. Andrea is simple, with a small face, medium-sized eyes, and straight hair that barely goes past her shoulders. I smiled at what she said. "How many times have you said that? But look, you're still doing your job," I returned to her, smiling. Andrea gasped. "If I can leave it, I'll do it but because I need to invest for my future, to provide for the needs of my family, I can't," she said, being truthful. She's the breadwinner of the family so it's no wonder she works hard for the family. "You know, right? It's hard to be the breadwinner, everyone depends on you," she added. I don't know why Roven suddenly came to my mind. I remembered what a good son he was. He's the breadwinner of his family, everyone depended on him then and I was a witness to that. All of his salary as HR in a company goes to his family and only a few are left for him. It got to the point where I was jealous of his family because he always chooses his family over me. I've never been his priority. Yeah! I admit, I've been selfish and immature at that time. "Hey! You're in a daze." I blinked when Andrea spoke. I turned to her. "Y-you're right, it's hard to be a breadwinner," I agreed with her. When we got to a restaurant, near the office, Andrea and I immediately ordered because I could feel my hunger. I've barely been able to eat the past few days because my mind is so messed up because of Roven's return and what Zandy said to me that I don't understand. "Andrea, do you think...I need to talk with Roven?" I asked seriously while we were in the middle of eating. She slowly looked up at me with a hint of surprise at my question. She checked me, so I looked away from her. "Wait. So, do you think you need to talk to Roven? The question is, for what reason, Miles? For his explanation? For your satisfaction?" She asked again. The sadness appeared on my face. "I'm confused, Andrea. I don't know what to do. I want to leave the pain of my past but I can't because I feel like every time I see Roven, the pain all comes back. But someone told me, I need closure to start forgetting and forgiving," I answered. Andrea sighed. She put down the cutlery she was holding and looked at my face seriously. "If you think that talking to him will reduce the pain you feel, go, and if to answer all the questions you have left, go, talk to him. Miles, you need to let go of the pain and anger so that you can forgive. It's a process and it takes time," she said that all went straight to my heart that somehow gave me realization. "But I don't know if I can face him again without blaming the past on him." "You don't need to talk to Roven right away, take your time. When you can, then do it." She even gave me a smile that gave me comfort. "But, wait, isn't Roven back, does Zandy already know?" She was curious. I nodded. "Yes, he already knows but the strange thing is, Roven's return doesn't seem to be on his mind," I answered. "What happened to them? I'm curious. Do you think they had a relationship or was it misinterpreted from what you saw before?" My brow furrowed and I couldn't speak immediately. The past came back to my mind and I saw them kissing because their faces were touching even though their backs were turned to me. "I don't know and I don't intend to find out, Andrea, but I'm sure of what I saw before and I can't be wrong," I insisted. Andrea snorted. "Ok, fine,," she agreed, then turned the food over. I don't understand but why did Andrea's words stick in my mind that maybe I just misinterpreted what I saw before? Did Zandy and Roven have a relationship then? What came between them? There are so many questions in my mind that I know I can't answer and only Zandy and Roven can answer them.
