Chapter 68 Malayasati Village
The night air was so cold to the bone. The heavy rain that had fallen on the earth of Malayasati Village almost all day earlier was unable to reveal the darkness of the sky which was covered in thick fog. People were reluctant to leave the house. Except for a figure dressed all in black who was walking lightly on a quiet and muddy street full of puddles.
The pair of legs that were stepping were swinging lightly as if they had not stepped on the muddy ground. His footsteps were barely audible. In front of a large house with a large courtyard with high walls surrounding it, a pair of feet stopped his steps. The owner of the pair of legs could see that the gate was tightly closed. His gaze then stopped at the two people who were curled up sleeping on the verandah floor.
Suddenly, a figure dressed all in black bounced into the air, spun twice, then lunged rapidly towards the two people in front of him. As soon as her feet touched the floor, her hands moved quickly and grabbed them. The two people had not had time to realize the situation, they only had time to complain briefly, then collapsed with their heads split open.
"Hmm..." a figure dressed all in black muttered softly.
Her legs, which were wrapped in tight black cloth, took another light step across the front porch which was only lit by a small lamp. His light steps were silent, indicating that the person had quite high knowledge. He stopped when he reached the front door. Slowly his hand raised forward.
"Hey!"
From his open palms, a thin cloud of smoke shot out towards the door. Then, slowly the door opened without making the slightest sound. His feet then stepped into the room.
"Hm, this house is very big. I have to check every room. I'm sure he's in this house," he muttered slowly.
He then entered a nearby room. His instincts were spot on. A fat man lay in deep sleep with a beautiful woman whose back was wide open.
"Sleep tight, fat pig! I won't wake you up again." the person snorted while his eyes stared wildly. Then slowly he took a knife from under his jet-black clothes.
But suddenly the man he was about to stab as fast as lightning jerked his hand.
Plaque! Very hard jerking his hand. Then followed by the movement of his right hand to poke the stomach
"Humph!" the man who was dressed all in black complained short. His body was pushed several steps back.
"Bastard! Who are you?" snapped the man as he jumped down from the bed.
Even though his body is fat like a barrel, his movements are very agile and make it difficult for his opponent. The man who was dressed all in black snorted as he crossed his knife in front of his chest. He began to get into a stance and open a stance. Even his opponent did not remain silent, while trying to find out who the impudent person dared to attack him.
"Take off your mask, bastard! What business do you have in coming here?"
"You don't need to know who I am, Badaraka. I have come sent by the god of justice to take your life," the voice of the masked man who was dressed all in black was cold.
"Satan! Whatever your reason, you have dared to enter my private room. You must die!" growled Badaraka.
Immediately Badaraka attacked with short, empty-handed moves. It seemed that the black-masked man had also prepared his signature moves, so that he could break Badaraka's attacks easily. Even then several times he managed to push his opponent to the corner of the room. Until one day, Badaraka fell after being hit in the stomach by a deadly kick. Luckily he had time to rub his body when his opponent kicked off with a jump towards his vitals.
The noise from the fighting in the room awakened the beautiful woman from her deep sleep. He screamed in fear and tried to jump off the bed while holding the cloth to cover his body. The masked man who was dressed all in black immediately took action. And a knife flew like an arrow released from his bow.
"Aaahh...!" the beautiful woman could only scream stifled as the knife stuck in her chest.
"Rath...!" cried Badaraka in surprise
Badaraka was caught off guard, and his opponent took advantage of the meager opportunity. As fast as lightning he jumped to beat Badaraka with his kicks and punches. Badaraka fell again and a knife stuck in his neck made him flounder and no longer breathe.
The masked man who was dressed all in black turned his head to hear the screams and the running footsteps were getting closer and clearer. He jumped through the window, then his body soared high over the wall of the house of his opponent who had perished.
The people who were chasing towards the room, their steps suddenly stopped to see two bodies stretched out - covered in blood. The horror radiated from their faces. For a few moments they seemed to freeze at the door of the room. It was only when a young man barged in that they moved towards the broken window.
"Bastard! Who did this?" growled the young man as he clenched his fists.
"Chase! Search, don't let the dog escape!" he ordered furiously.
The people who heard his order immediately jumped out through the broken window. In their hands each held a machete. The young man then knelt beside Badaraka's corpse. His hand pulled out the knife stuck in the neck. For a moment he noticed the bloodstained knife clutched in his hand. His eyes shifted to the woman who was sprawled on the bed with her legs dangling on the floor. Before he could move to remove the knife stuck in the woman's chest, he heard someone shouting his name.
"Santika, what happened?"
The young man who was called Santika turned his head. He immediately stood up. As if he didn't need an answer, the young man who had just arrived looked at the two lifeless bodies. He was silent for a moment, then his gaze shifted to Santika.
"Who did this?" he asked angrily. "You should know more than I do. Isn't Kakang Banulaga the one on duty at night?" Santika stared intently at Banulaga who was none other than her own brother.
"It's past midnight. My job has been replaced by Wadalika," said Banulaga.
"Wadalika died on the front." "What?!"
Before Banulaga's surprise had disappeared, one of the people ordered to chase the killer appeared from behind the window. He immediately bowed respectfully.
"Young Master, all forces have been used, but still unable to find that person."
"Keep searching! The killer must be caught!" "Yes, Young Master."
*
Badaraka's death left the entire population of Malayasati Village in an uproar. Badaraka is known as a rich skipper who controls almost all of the land, rice fields and plantations in this village. People could already guess that the killer was definitely not a random person and had high martial arts skills. They knew that Badaraka also had quite high martial arts knowledge, and tens of thugs always guarded his house day and night. But nothing can stop the mysterious killer's actions.
What happened in that village was then heard in other parts of the village. Badaraka's death makes former foes and friends alike think about the mysterious killer. No exception residents who have daughters. They know very well that Badaraka is a womanizer and likes to eat young leaves. They were gripped by fear that the killer would be even more cruel and depraved than Badaraka.
"Have you mobilized your people to find your father's killer?" asked Widura, a close friend of Badaraka who is also a landlord from Batujajar Village.
"Yes, but my people have lost track."
"I'm so sorry, I should have held your father that night so he could stay at my house."
Banulaga smiled wryly. He knew very well who this Widura was. A middle-aged man who is not much different from his father. Men who also like to fight cock, play women and waste their money at the gambling table.
Banulaga knew that his father only came home late at night by taking a woman to his room. And his heart was really furious and curious, because his father died when he had just been replaced by someone else.
"It's almost evening, I have to go back," said Widura farewell.
"Thank you for coming here Uncle Widura," said Banulaga.
"You're welcome. If you need anything, call me,"
"Fine. Thank you again, Uncle," Banulaga accompanied Widura to the outside of the door. A young man greeted while leading the horse. Widura immediately jumped. The two men immediately spurred their horses out of the courtyard of the big house.
Banulaga took a deep breath. His gaze scanned the surroundings. There were several people on guard at every corner. Banulaga had indeed ordered his people to remain vigilant while looking for his father's killer. Banulaga was surprised when he turned his body around, suddenly Santika was already standing in the doorway.
"Where have you been?" Banulaga asked.
"Inside," Santika said as she stepped outside. "Santika, where are you going?"
"Go out!" said Santika indifferently. "Santika!"
But Santika still walked outside, approached her horse which was tethered to a tree. In an instant he had driven his horse away from that place.
"Son of Devil!" Banulaga could only grunt in annoyance.
*
Since Badaraka's death, practically all the power and wealth he possessed fell into the hands of Banulaga. Unlike his younger sibling, Santika, Banulalaga inherited almost all of his father's characteristics. The fruit doesn't fall far from the tree. Not just a penchant for beautiful women, but his behavior exceeds his father's cruelty.
"Badrun..!" Banulaga shouted loudly.
The person who was called came bent over to Banulaga who was standing with his hands on his hips arrogantly in front of the door.
"What's wrong, Young Master?" Badrun asked.
"Young Master. Call me Big Master, you know!" Banulaga snapped.
"Sorry, Tuan Besar. I often forget," Badrun grinned. "Have you prepared the horse?" Banulaga no
caring about it again, he just kept walking across the verandah.
"That's it, Tuan Besar," said Badrun following his master's steps.
"Hm," Banulaga mumbled a little.
Badrun rushes ahead of Banulaga. He approached a tall white horse with a saddle embroidered with gold thread. Then lead the horse towards its master.
As if he wanted to show his lightening skills, Banulaga jumped onto his horse's back. His hand pulled the reins. He glanced at Badrun who was still standing beside him.
"Take your horse, come with me," said Banulaga. "Where are you going, Master?"
"Follow! Don't talk too much!" Banulaga half snapped.
"Yes, yes .., fine, Master Big."
Badrun immediately jogged to the back of the big house. After a while he came back riding a black horse. The two horses immediately galloped out of the yard. Two gate guards armed with machetes immediately bowed their bodies in salute.
Along the village road, Banulaga rode his horse in a haughty manner. Not a hint of a smile on his lips. Nor did he nod when the residents along the village road he passed bowed.
Banulaga snapped his fingers while stopping his horse. His sharp eyes stared straight at a house among the thick trees. A house with walls of woven bamboo and thatched roof. Badrun stomped his horse's belly to approach Banulaga who couldn't stop looking at the house in front of him.
"You know whose house it is?" asked Banulaga slowly. "Which one, Master?" Badrun even asked again. "That, you idiot!"
"O..., that. Pak Karta's house. What's wrong sir?"
"Hmm..., no."
Banulaga stamped his horse back. But just when his beloved white horse took a few steps, he stopped the horse instantly. From the open door of Pak Karta's house, a young woman appeared with a bamboo basket on her left waist. Banulaga's eyes widened, he kept staring at the young woman. The woman is beautiful. Banulaga knows that behind the tight cloth there is something plump and stimulates her lust. The woman he looked at was surprised to realize there were two foreign men - was licking her body with lustful eyes. His thin lips parted open, making Banulaga swallow hard. It was like seeing a goddess from heaven. Badrun also glared wildly at the girl's body.
"Badrun, child virgin Who he?" ask Banulaga whispered
"Perhaps his son Sir cards, Sir Big," replied Badrun.
"Why perhaps?" Banulaga was not satisfied with the maid's answer.
"I just saw it myself, sir."
"Hmmm... since when did Pak Karta have a virgin child?" Banulaga seemed to ask himself. Then his attention returned to the beautiful woman who had now stepped through the yard beside the house. Banulaga swallowed the saliva that moistened his throat.
Suddenly an old man appeared from the back side of the house. The man in black clothes and loose pants immediately bowed as soon as he saw Banulaga in front of his house.
"That old man is Pak Karta, Tuan Besar," said Badrun. Then without being told by his employer, he half shouted calling, "Come here, old fart!"
The summoned hurriedly approached while bowing his body. Badrun then turned to his master, as if begging his master to find out information about the young woman. Banulaga was quick to catch his maid's intention. He stared intently at Pak Karta.
"Is there something wrong with me, sir?" Pak Karta asked with a respectful bow with a trembling voice.
"No," said Banulaga quickly.
Banulaga glanced at Badrun, then he jumped down from his horse. Badrun also did the same, then-took over the reins of his master's horse to be tethered together with his own horse.
"Who do you live here with?" Banulaga asked without the slightest respect for older people.
"I... I live alone here, sir," answered Mr. Karta nervously.
"You're lying, huh?"
Karta raised his head. His eyes glanced at Badrun who had just finished tethering his horse. You can see the hilt of a machete sticking out from the black-bodied man's waist. Pak Karta's face immediately showed fear.
"Who was that woman who came out of your house earlier?" asked Banulaga loudly.
"Oh! Th... Master have seen it?" the old man was shocked "Your son?"
"Ma'am... no. Uh... yes, sir" Pak Karta was very nervous to answer.
"Answer the truth!" snapped Badrun harshly. "Er... um, sir, he... he's my son."
"Hm...." Banulaga furrowed his brows. His eyes were sharp and somewhat wild looking into the face of the old man in front of him. Then he saw the face of the young woman that aroused his lust again. "Quickly call your son here!"
"He... he's still small, sir!" Pak Karta tried to politely refuse.
Truck!
Badrun kicked the handle of his machete hard.
Pak Karta took a glance towards the source of the sound.
"... ok sir, I'll call you."
Banulaga was impatient, his breath was going up and down abysmally. Badrun also smiled a little watching his master's awkward behavior. After a while they saw Pak Karta and his daughter walking towards him.
Until Mr. Karta and the young woman stood in front of him, his eyes did not blink, crawling over the beauty and beauty that inflamed his lust.
"What's your name, pretty girl?" asked Banulaga grinning.
"Mega Violet," said the flat woman.
"Ah, what a beautiful name, as beautiful as the person," sighed Banulaga seductively.
"Thank You."
"Pak Karta, I intend to take your daughter with you," said Banulaga without preamble.
Mega Lembayung's face turned red when she heard those words. Meanwhile, Pak Karta was confused by the request that he had been worried about. Mega Lembayung then glared at Banulaga. His heart was full of anger and hatred. His sharp eyes startled Banulaga. So far, no one has dared to look at his face in such a way, let alone a woman.
Banulaga belittled that stare. He then walked over to Mega Purple. His hand stretched out to touch. But just as her hand was moving, suddenly Mega Purple jerked her hand away. His hand jerked so hard, that his body was pushed to the side two steps. Before Banulaga could reply, Mega Lembayung grabbed his leg.
thump!
Banulaga bounced and fell to the ground. Badrun, who witnessed the incident, immediately drew his machete. While Banulaga jumped to his feet. His lips twitched in anger.
Only this time he hit the rock. That girl terrryata has intelligence that cannot be underestimated.
"Woman cursed!" Banulaga growled fiercely "Badrun, arrest him!"
Badrun jumped right in front of the young woman. Pak Karta immediately backed away. His face was pale and his body was shaking. His horror grew even more when Badrun's machete flashed in the sun. Meanwhile, Mega Lembayung rolled up her cloth so that her pangsi pants were visible.
