Amaya can't believe that she got married to the king while they are both trapped in another time. Now, she needs to deal with being a queen all of a sudden. It's confusing to be back on her timeline again. She can't forget how unusual the future will be and she's glad that she's back in Hanyang. 
Now that she's back to her old self, she doesn't need to worry about how people see her. She's the queen around here and she's married to the love of her life. Although they can't even remember how it happened since it was their reincarnation who got married around here. She hopes that they will be happy now that they are back in their timeline. 
Present time….
Chloe can't believe that this is happening even after all that happened. It's her wedding day and she's James' bride. She thought of leaving but he was able to stop her. That will be her biggest mistake if she was able to go back to her country. 
Sure, she's still worried about their age gap but James is marrying her today. The bond that they have formed from being stuck in the past is too strong to ignore. Although she can't help but think about Prince Moon. Now she's having second thoughts about this wedding!
"What's wrong with me?" Chloe said to herself. 
She's sure that James loves her but she's not sure about herself. How come she's thinking about another guy in her wedding gown? It will be unfair to James if she can't let go of what happened in Hanyang. As much as she doesn't want to hurt him, she can't marry him just because he's James.
"Miss Chloe, it's time to come out now." The wedding coordinator informed her. 
All of a sudden, Chloe's heartbeat becomes too fast. She feels as if her heart is about to burst out of her chest. Whatever is happening right now, she can't get married to James. Now that she has recovered from traveling from the past, it's already clear who she wanted to be with. 
She got up from the vanity chair when the lights went out. It's the same thing that happened in the hanbok shop before. She feels nervous to even move but she needs to see what's going on. James will be devastated to know that she changed her mind but she needs to deal with it. 
Chloe slowly walks in the direction of the door. She needs to get out of here and talk to James. at least explain to him why she can't marry him. As she opens the door, she realizes that it's eerily quiet. there were many people outside the door earlier but it seems like they just vanished.
"What now?" Chloe asks herself. 
Although nervous about what was happening around her, Chloe started to walk around. She needs to find James and inform her about her decision. It will be hard but she can't continue to pretend that she's in love with him. Her wishful thinking is not the same as what her heart tells her.
That's when she heard someone sobbing from another side of the room. She knows that it's not James and when she realizes who it might be, she clutches her chest with her hand. She knows that it's impossible to think that it's Prince Moon. But she hopes that she's back in Hanyang. 
She walked toward the sobbing guy and when he looked up at her, she couldn't believe her eyes. He looks like Prince Moon and she saw anyone who looks at her like that. As if she's the most beautiful woman in the whole world. James may be in love with her but Prince Moon is the only one who looks at her with adoration in his eyes. 
"You're back. I thought I lost you!" Prince Moon suddenly gets up and embraces her tight away. 
Chloe can't believe it as she automatically embraces him back. Her heart is beating fast but in a good way. Prince Moon is the only one who can make her feel this way. She can't believe that this is happening. If she's back in Hanyang, does that mean James is also here?
"Prince Moon, how did I get here? I mean the real Amaya is here already." She asked him in a confused tone but almost regretted what she just said.
"Don't worry, I know you're not from this time. I realized that when I saw how the queen looked at me. She's nice and all but you're the only one who looks at me that way!" He explained. 
"I was about to marry James today but I ended up here. Why are you crying?" Chloe asked. 
"That's why I can't stop feeling sad! Why would you marry a man you didn't even love?" Prince Moon asked her.
"How did you know that I'm not in love with James?" She asked in a confused tone. 
"It's because I love you and I know that you feel the same way too. Also, the queen told me what happened. I never thought I would see you again!" Prince Moon holds both of her hands. 
Chloe needs some time to digest everything that Prince Moon has told her. She's back in Hanyang which means that she's in the past. It will be a happy day to see Prince Moon again if only she's not worried about James. Will he think that she dumps him on their wedding day? 
"What will happen now?" Chloe asked the prince. 
"Well, my request to leave the palace has been granted. I will be happy if you will come with me." Prince Moon replied. 
"Of course, I will come with you!" She answered without even thinking. 
"Let's do something about your clothes. People may get shocked to see you in that. I'll be back!" He suggested it and left without delay.
Chloe can't believe that she will still end up being with Prince Moon. She looks at herself in the mirror and sees that she is in her young version again. Her confusion leads her back to Prince Moon. Maybe it was also because of his strong emotions. Whatever happens, she hopes that James will forget about her and live a happy life. 
EPILOGUE 
James can't wait any longer for Chloe. It's been an hour but she's still inside the room. She was supposed to join him at the altar. Maybe something happens to her. He needs to find her right away so that they can get married in their timeline.
"Chloe, it's James! Are you here?" He started knocking on the door.
It's in a hotel near the church where they are supposed to be getting married. They both agree to have an intimate wedding. She doesn't want other people to see their age gap. He can't understand why she feels that way. It should not matter since he accepted her the way she is already.
The door suddenly opens and James sees an empty room. Chloe is not there and he immediately knows what it means. He stepped inside the room and saw an old note at the top of the dresser. It's from Chloe telling him that she's back where she should be.
"She's back to Hanyang!" He exclaimed trying to understand what was happening.
James can't do anything about it anymore. It seems like his hunch was right. Chloe seems to fall for Prince Moon while he was gone to meet the Japs. He thought that he could make her forget what happened in Joseon but he was wrong. All he needs to do now is to accept Chloe's decision.
In Goryeo…
Chloe looks out the window to see Moon and their son. She still can't believe that she will be able to stay around here. They left Hanyang and went to Goryeo instead to start a new life. She can't stay in the palace since she looks exactly like the queen. It might cause some issues for their people.
She still can't help but think about James from time to time and hope he's doing just fine. Going back in time again was unexpected. But at least now, she's with her husband. This timeline may not have the technology she was used to but she's happy around here. Still, she feels scared at times.
What if she wakes up one day and realizes that she's back in her proper timeline? She can't leave her family around here anymore. This is where and when she belongs with her husband Moon and their child they named Sun. She hopes to be able to stay here for another time.
