      " She is your soul mate " .
No.... I never wanted that ... I never wanted to be connected to anyone. I was never supposed to get attached. I trained myself, provoked the hate in me that I knew was always there. I am Storm Red . And I am not weak.
  
   But I became weak .... I was given a destiny and I couldn't even do it right . I chickened out . You might be wondering what I am blabbing about , let me slow it down.. Luna is my soulmate . And no I know what you might be thinking but ... No... I have never thought of her in that way ... And besides a soulmate is not just someone you fall in love with and get all lovey dovey with ... No ... A soulmate is one awesome who soul is bonded with you for life... One month of whose soul and yours follows a pattern that align with the stars of connection. In our astral society , the wood goddess chooses a soulmate for you... One who you are sown to protect no matter what... That soulmate becomes your destiny ... Your only purpose for living is to stand by that person in life and in death ... And I was chosen to protect Luna ... She is my destiny... I may have failed once but I was not going to fail now .
  
   We arrived at Bana street , which was now laying in ruin and everything stunk of misery... I could hear the shrieks of children calling out to their parents , see lovers clinging onto each other for life , parents engulfing their children in a manner that was would guarantee a little protection if something was to attack them..
  " We are really late " Luna muttered beside me with a grimace that said she was so not happy about this..
   " Tell me about it " I replied
  " Alright , there's no way , they're gonna go away with this " Hadrian said angrily.. I could feel the magnitude of his anger ....
  " Talking about they.... Where are 'they', we must be missing that part " Zuka thought aloud
   " Zuka get the citizens out of here .... I can still sense something .... We are definitely missing something " Hadrian instructed
   "Okay... " Zuka agreed and started walking away , then stopped to look back at us ..." You guys better give them their entrails to eat , and you better don't get yourself " that was Zuka's best way of saying take care of yourselves  she was really something .
   " Let's start with that spot over there .." Luna said pointing to a place that was covered in fog from the fire flames that was set on the houses.
  We walked over to it .... Something was definitely not right but I couldn't place my hands on what it was , why did they set on attack only to just disappear ? Something was definitely off...
   " Stay close guys , I can barely see " Hadrian warned waving his hands to help clear the fog ... But the attempt was not useful ...
  " Me too ... Neither of my visions can see beyond the fog " Luna retorted ... " Storm ?!!" She called out to me ... The fog was getting heavier at this moment because I couldn't see a thing now...
  " Yes Luna , I'm over here , something is not right " I responded
  " Honestly I'm starting to think so .. why would they suddenly disappear " I heard Hadrian concurring
   " Guys listen !" Luna suddenly instructed
  And we all went silent ... I couldn't hear anything at first but after a few seconds, I heard it ... Growls and  animalistic pants ... they were here... But why are they being so sly about this attack ... Why couldn't they just attack us head on ... Something was really up...
   
   I shifted into a mini dragon because right now shifting into an Akuta was a bad idea ... I didn't want the others getting all confused when they encounter an Akuta ....
   I heard the swing of a sword ... Probably lashing at an unseen enemy..
  " Guys something just came at me ... Keep a close look out... Luna , are you alright ?" He called out
  " Yeah I'm fine ... Storm ?" She inquired and I just let out a little growl as an answer .... I couldn't talk when I shifted into something not human..
" Oh ... Okay , we have to be really careful guys ... I'm getting a really bad feeling about this ..." Luna said.
  I was getting irritated at the mind game this things were playing ... Okay Maybe I was also that same thing ... I felt a Sharp Pierce at my side and then let out a loud cry , before releasing fire at the direction the attack came from , at that I heard a lot screech and the sound of something burning ... Cause I got it ... And it was probably burnt down ... From this I know that it's not only the Akuta who are here but also the Bektus ... We Akutas couldn't just get killed by fire ... Before I could get over the sting of the pierce , I heard a loud cry ... Not just from anything or anyone but from Luna ... Oh no...I was panicking..
  "Luna ?" Hadrian and I called at once ...
   Luna let out a moan of pain.... Something was not right ... Luna please be alright ... I shifted back to my human form ... With blood currently dripping from my side ... But I paid no attention to it..
  " Luna where are you?. What's going on " Hadrian was definitely panicking right now... Luna was his mate and having anything of pain done to your mate was like a stab to the heart ... That was definitely a much more painful feeling that what a soulmate could feel... Mates were two beings that become one through the eternal bonds of their soul , spirit and body ... So whatever Luna was feeling now ... Hadrian felt a stung of it....
  I moved forward ... Waving my hands trying to get a better look but I couldn't see a thing except thicker fogs...
  " Luna ?" I called ...
  " I ... don't feel so ... good... My neck ... Something is on my neck .."  Luna said in a whisper ... Something was so not right...
  " Luna talk to us " Hadrian said painfully..
   We heard nothing..
  " Luna ?!!"
  Nothing
   " Luna ?!!"
 
  Nothing..
    Suddenly the smoke slowly faded and I could begin to see ... And I saw Hadrian laying unconsciously on the ground and Luna no where to be found...
   No.....
........
....
Oh no Luna...
