Queen Annabelle could see and hear everything, but she couldn't move or do anything because of the spell that had caught her. So, she had to put it to rest first. It took her a little longer to get rid of it, but she did.
"You sneaky little princess, damn you!" Queen Annabelle snarled and jerked her head violently toward where Lyca was. As Queen Annabelle's irritation grew, she quickly left her spot and reappeared on the stage where Lyca was standing.
She didn't waste any time, either, because as soon as she arrived, the queen let out a blue flame and used it to attack Lyca right away. "Your courage is impressive... You already know what happens to everyone in this village, but you still have to face me alone..." As she watched the fire swallow Lyca, Queen Annabelle's voice was angry and cruel.
Albert, on the other hand, was in a lot of pain and crawled toward the queen. "My Queen! Help me!" he cried out, wincing in pain. His whole body felt like it was on fire.
As she looked at Albert, Queen Annabelle sighed.
"Remind me next time to give you a medallion that will protect you from any spell." After she says these things, the queen puts a spell on them.
But Albert's pain didn't go away. Instead, he screamed even more. "Stop!" he cried out as his skin started to burn.
Annabelle's face showed surprise when she saw that Albert's skin was steaming and his flesh was coming out. "My spell is not working... Albert's condition gets worse, not better, because of it "she whispered.
"Are you amazed by my power? Do you still think the little girl you know is still innocent and nice?" Lyca spoke after a long silence. The blue fire that was hurting her slowly got eaten up by her own fire.
Queen Annabelle's eyes got bigger when she saw that Lyca was still standing there without any marks, like nothing had happened. "Well, it looks like my little princess has grown up..."
When Lyca looked at the queen, she gave her a snide smile. "Little Queen? Huh... Since my mother died, I've never been a child... All that you made me go through? So, I forced myself to be smart, sneaky, and even more evil." After she spoke, Lyca put out her hand... It gave off a blue flame.
"That's what I live for...
How did you—" Queen Annabelle couldn't finish what she was saying because the blue fire shot quickly toward Albert.
"Ahh! Quit it! No! Please!!!" Albert rolls around on the ground and screams in pain.
Queen Annabelle tried to cast a spell, but nothing she did worked. Albert's body is still being burned by the blue fire.
"Queen Mother, you're wasting your time... That flame is as hot as hell." Lyca replied with a smile. "It eats the person's soul right away if they have a dark conscience... And it's interesting that the more bad things you've done in your life, the more pain you'll feel."
The fire in Hell was heard by Queen Annabelle. This story was not made up by Lyca. "How did you get that kind of power? The legend says that to get back to the world of living, you must die and beat the guard at the gate of hell."
Lyca smiled and nodded in response. "Impressive... My queen knows everything, as expected "She said it with a grin. "Yes, I'll die and give up everything to get this power." Her last point made her feel very strongly. So, she tightened her fists.
The way Queen Annabelle looked at Lyca was very interesting. "You have to give up everything... It takes you a long time to get that power." She snorted and looked at the dead bodies.
Lyca looks at the body, just like the Queen. Then she looked at one person for a long time.
"As the story goes, you can't have everything in this world. When you gain something, you lose—"
"—No, my queen mother, you still don't get it..." Lyca adds to what Annabelle has already said. "The power I gain is much stronger than the power you give me. I can do anything with it," she said as she walked toward Xavier.
"Ha Ha Ha! No matter how strong your magic is, my little princess, there's one thing you can't do... You still can't bring someone back to life, no matter how great you are." Queen Annabelle sneers at Lyca as she looks at her.
But it seemed like Lyca didn't hear what she said because she kept coming closer to Xavier. Then she got down on her knees and stroked Xavier's bloody face.
"My little child, since your family is dead, why don't you come with me... We both have enough power to rule this planet. All the kingdoms will be on their knees before us, and the kings and queens will beg while still worshiping us." Queen Annabelle was sure of what she said.
"Sorry, you have to go through this because of me..." Lyca spoke softly. Then she kissed Xavier on the head, smiled, and turned to look at Queen Annabelle.
"Now, take the fire out of Albert's eyes and hug me—"
"You want me to be your friend?" Lyca cold remarks, even her gaze is blank. "If you kill Albert, I'll think about it!"
The smile on Queen Annabelle's face faded as she looked at Lyca closely. "Will you help me kill him if I do it?" she asked.
Lyca just slugged her shoulder. "I can kill Albert quickly, but I'd rather see you do it..."
When Albert heard what the queen said, his fear and pain grew. "My queen, don't listen to her—"
Albert was terrified, but the queen didn't even turn around. "Then what you want will come true!" Albert felt blood coming out of his eyes, ears, mouth, and nose after hearing this. "My queen," he said, but he didn't finish the sentence. Albert took his last breath as he looked at the queen's figure.
"Ha Ha Ha! I was always surprised by you. My Queen Mother, you killed your right-hand man without even thinking about it." Lyca said this with tears in her eyes.
Queen Annabelle clenched her hands and was quiet for a few seconds before letting out a sigh. "Killing him shows kindness... We both know that the fires of hell will torment him forever."
Lyca had a big, happy smile. "I'm aware of... But your man doesn't know that. To him, you killed him because you wanted to gain my trust and power."
"So? He is dead and irrelevant." The harsh words of Queen Annabelle.
Lyca said with a sneer, "But not for long."
"What are you saying? What are your plans?"
Queen Annabelle asked Lyca a question, but she didn't answer. Instead, she raised both arms while enchanting.
